I bought a dish set and sheets here. Plus a dish drainer and mat. I am very satisfied with my purchases and the prices.

I am posting this on google because Bed Bath and Beyond won’t post it on their website. They send me emails to change it. Well you can’t change the truth.This in no way reflects on the rug it was great! This is about Bed Bath and Beyonds service, company reactions, the service, response time and their polices. Following is exactly what I tried to post.Description incorrect and still no refundFirst in description it says grey/black on ivory. No-where does it say it has yellow and gold in it. Also it says 8x10 again incorrect it is only a 79x 10. I returned the rug and Bed Bath and Beyond has had it since May 6, 2021 and it is now May 20th and I still have not received my refund. I will never order from them again. This is my first and only time to order online from them. So disappointed!!! Finally I have spoken with Maheer my third attempt at getting refund and he is the only one that sent me a confirmation email. I think he will get me a refund in 2-3 days. So it will be shy of a few days in being a month in receiving a refund from bed bath and beyond. I really will be happy to be able to purchase another rug.Update: I will finally have my money June 1st just shy of one month.

Liked to look around while it is still around at Decatur Mall & seeing a lot of good stuff in the store.

Organized 10. Most things are expensive; unless u have coupons; Then the prices are awesome! Lots of variety & choices. Love that. Half of the things I looked at & purchased werent priced. Cashier was okay with it tho.

Nice to see BBB reopened after a Covid shutdown.They price match is great and it allows you to save and get he best possible price.Unfortunately the staff was resettingAll of the merchandise modularsWhich made pricing difficult

Ordered on line for curbside pickup, order was correct and the Team Member who delivered to my car was extremely courteous.

First and foremost, love this store and Decatur location. Very well organized and clean. The evening shift manager exceeded the level of customer service I have ever experienced. I just lost my mother a month ago(my father passed when I was a child), and this really brightened my day, the butterfly coasters I had an issues with, remind me of my mother. If I could give This particular location a 10, I definitely would.

I love to shop at bath and body works,the staff is always nice and friendly,there always great me as I walk in, I will be returning to this store

This store is a real delight to visit. They have things you need that you didnt even know you needed! There are so many things to see and learn about that if you will allow yourself some time it will almost positively end with finding a treasure. The bathrooms here are maintained to a high standard and if there is an issue someone will take care of it quickly. This is not only a store to come and make a purchase but to just allow yourself to dream.

I have always liked this store until today. My husband, mom, and I went in to shop. After we had already been in the store long enough to find what I wanted and to look at a few other things we were approached by a worker and told that since my husband and I did not have a mask on that we would have to leave. I kindly told the lady that we have COPD and could not breathe with a mask on. She had the nerve to ask me if I had documentation stating that we do have COPD. Of course we didnt, we dont take our health history with us everywhere we go. So I told my husband that we would go somewhere else to get what I wanted. The state mandate does say that people with breathing problems are not required to wear a mark. And with it being in the 90s and high humidity I was already struggling to breath without the mask. I will do my business at other stores. By the way, any other stores tells me that I can shop without a mask due to my COPD without any issues. They have lost my business!!!

I only gave it 3 stars for two reason. Employees smoke outside the front door which blows back on us nonsmokers n not always are sale items or items listed in their ads are stocked. The managers and employees are nice but not all are trained in the products they sale.
