Came into this location and was approached by the staff, got assistance! This young lady took the time to explain my needs what I was looking for and also colored matched me on the foundation! She was extremely helpful. Thank you MAC

Terrible service, employees are rude. I sat more than two hours to get a simple make up done, and it came out horrible. Never going back again.

I love MAC products but every time I try purchasing anything at this location I end up having a horrible experience with the service. Ive never come across a nice employee nor have I been asked if I need any assistance and when I ask for help the workers are in a rush to move on and do something else and Im left unsatisfied. Unfortunately, this location is nearest to my home so its only convenient for me to shop there, but only when Im truly in need of a product.

They are a very small counter and they usually get a lot of buisness.. I had to get made of for a performance and despite how busy they were they got me together.. I looked absolutely gorgeous.. I did not have an appointment but they made time for me and I appreciate that.. I saw at least 50 people get serviced and make purchases while I was there with only 3 people working the counter I believe that is a miracle..

You cant give zero stars and write a review so Ill give one star and simply state that this is the absolute worst location to purchase MAC. I would suggest going to the location in 12 Oaks. You wait for 30 minutes plus to make a purchase, and if you actually need help locating something youll probably be there much longer. I despise this store. Its literally only an option because theres construction on 275 and I cant get to the other locations

HORRIBLE!!!! The employees there are very rude. When you ask them a question they act like you are bothering them. The WORST!!! m.a.c store Ive been to. When they use to have a regular m.a.c store in the mall, the service was a lot better than this one. They should had left that one open and close this one in Macys .

Theres not enough people working in this Mac for the clientele. HIRE more employees! This was my first time making a Mac purchase and Im very satisfied with the product and the employees are nice but they are overworked!! 4 clients were sitting down to get their makeup done another 5 were waiting for product they wanted and 3 were walk in full face service. Mind you there were only 4 people working! I felt guilty asking another questions because they had to leave another client to answer mine. This location has potential but they need atleast 2 floor employees, a cashier and 4 makeup artists. Ridiculous!!

Made a MAC appt for my mother; Apt was at 12pm, we didnt leave till 230, Artist kept walking off to serve othee customers. Very unprofessional

I went in because Im learning how to do make up . The person on purpose took me to the products that cost the most . I ask her was there different kinds that cost less then she was telling me she said no .Lucky a women who was listening helped me . I think that was wrong we would have a choice on what we want

HORRIBLE!! Asked for help, waited over 30 mins and asked for help again, at which point I was given unnecessary attitude! I will NEVER shop at this location.

I only walked into the store to grab eyeliner as a gift for my girlfriend, and the ladies behind the counter refused me service. Thats the last time Ill be in that store.
