I am a lash technician elsewhere and I had a client come from this place and let me tell you whoever is in here doing lashes can get in very big trouble especially dealing with other people skin . I saw the lash techs Instagram page and the work is absolutely horrific and very disturbing for the client i spent a hour removing this poor lady lashes who was once a client here at this salon before finding me.. from the looks they use every cheap lash products, the lashes were literally glued to the clients top lid of her eye and took a hour to remove also to find that the glue being used on the clients eyes is not lash extension adhesive I can literally tell that this is hair glue being used on these clients I’m sorry who ever does lashes in there should not put themselves at risk like this not being properly certified or licensed.. here are pictures I took of my clients eyes. This review is not to bash but to help this is not okay.

I loved how professional this place was. Very efficient service and everything was done on time. Hanan did protein on my hair and also dyed it. It was amazing I’ve gotten so many compliments I’m obsessed. 10/10 recommend

I’m so disappointed in the service I had and in myself for being to shy to say anything . I went in to retouch up my roots ( hair is black with dark blondish ends) roots are about 4-5 in. grown out super straight definitive line between the too. They just toned my hair, roots and ends don’t blend and don’t match. Roots need to be toned at least two more shades to look nice. My roots from my ears down to my neck are still black, didn’t tone. The line is horrendous you can clearly tell it isn’t blended properly. Just so sad about my experience. Will never go back :(

Omg!! I love love love love my hair! I am originally from out of town and found too many options when I looked up hair salons. I chose European Hair by Hanan primarily because they had many great reviews and let me be honest, they are NOT KIDDING! Given the hundreds of different shades of blonde, It’s rare that you leave with the EXACT color and detail you hoped for but I could not have asked for a more perfect job!! My hair looks AMAZING! The shade is on point, the contrast in the highlights is so detailed!! This is the first review I have EVER left in my life, but im beyond impressed with the end product, the environment, and of course the amazing staff that I wouldn’t be doing it justice to leave my excitement to my self! I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone and I will actually be saving my touch ups for my visits to Michigan!! 0 stars to this location. I went in for a Brazilian wax. The lady had NO IDEA what she was doing. She left bruises all over me. She didnt even do the service correctly because I still had patches. I then called the owner Hanan, and asked for a refund and she was extremely rude. I do not feel beautiful on this valentines day because of this salon. DO NOT GO HERE. save your money and go to a professional salon that knows what they are doing.

Got my hair colored and trimmed and loved it. I showed them a picture and they did it the same exact way. Owner was so nice and sweet. I had my hair colored, trimmed, blow dried and curled within two hours. Would definitely recommend going there!!!

I went in for a full face wax that ended costing $35. I think her name was Jenan. The service was very unpleasant. The lady completing the wax was very rough and was completing the face wax like she was in a hurry. She was slathering on the wax like it was a face mask, only to peel it all at one. She ended using one large wax papers to remove it which hurt very much. she wiped it off like it was removing my leg hair and not soft sensitive skin of the face, as of right now I have a burn on my left side next to my eyes because of her harsh work. She was very rough on a very sensitive part. The salon experience where you go to get a nice pampering on your face was not seen here. I would not recommend going there for a face wax. She did a good job with my eyebrows but I feel very uncomfortable and in slight pain cause of her work method. 👎🏻
