Good selection, exactly what you would expect from a Sephora. The main issue was the wait time for assistance of any kind. Once the employees were there, they were courteous and helpful, but the wait was ridiculous. I feel this was a staffing issue, and not anything against the employees themselves, but it was problematic.

Mateo was AMAZING!! He was so helpful and answered every question I had and recommended the best product for me, as I have rosacea so its hard to find anything that works for me..I will definitely be going back to purchase again as long as he is working of course!!

I went to this location today nov 6 around 2-3 and the person working during that time was so helpful! I asked for a brush recommendation after having a strange problem with my foundation and the rare beauty brush worked perfectly! I went home and tried it out and I really like how it gives and air brush look!Her customer service was A1!

This is the worst Sephora I have ever been to.first of all they don’t have anything and things they do have are old or used

The dirtiest Sephora location I have ever seen. They were out of tissues at every makeup station. A few of the shelves were oddly empty as if the store was going out of business.

I always receive good customer service here but its hardly worth coming to this store if I cant find what I want. They have testers of the Philosophy lotions but NONE in stock EVER ! and Ive checked repeatedly. If this item is not available WHY DO YOU HAVE TESTERS ??? Im confused 🙁

Ive been to this Sephora a number of times that I find surprising. I didnt go here out of pure intention, it was primarily a matter of expediency. Id grab my purse and head out, only to find I was missing something and needed to make a quick pit stop. Unfortunately, when Is stopped here, I didnt always find what I needed, and I rarely found what I wanted on sale. When I buy beauty products normally, I usually wait for a sale and buy more than Im going to use immediately.

I mean, it’s okay. Could be better. Need stronger attentiveness.

Sarah in here is the only reason I come here....she has done my makeup many times it turned out perfect every time....she is super nice ask for sarah .she will actually take time and help you out with anything you need...other girls r ehh okay not as helpful.

I wanted to try the Fenty beauty products I walked in the sales associate looked at me didn’t smile didn’t greet me just walked past me to handle a customer at the register. I waited patiently in front of the fenty counter after she was finished she walked past me again with no interaction. I just left I’ll go spend my money elsewhere 🤷🏾‍♀️

Worst experience. Spent twenty minutes testing the few lip glosses on the Urban Decay displays and not one person acknowledged my presence. Not one! Eventually, another woman entered the store and was approached and helped immediately. The store itself was not well stocked nor was it as clean or vibrant as the Sephora stores I have been to previously. Needless to say, I did not get the gloss painstakingly chosen nor will I venture back to this location. Sad.

Went last saturday, the make up u tryed on is nasty, the place is a mess, very filthy, and the lipstic Im looking for for more than 3 months, every time I go here they never have it😡
