Jessica went above and beyond. When I called looking for a dishwasher with specific measurements I needed, she took the time to measure it, send me photos and the model number to be sure! I appreciated the time she took and the wonderful demeanor she has while doing her job! I wish I thought of Happy when I initially purchased my other appliances, but its definitely a go to going forward. 😊

Greatest customer service. The guy Mahdi was very helpful. Went there and bought very comfortable bed sheets for the best prices and will come back to buy the dryer he showed me . He was very respectful and showed me all the selections they had even though I gave him a hard time because I am picky. Jessica was great helping me out. Delivery day was another story. I purchased a king size bed, box springs and a bed frame. Delivery shows up and they are ready to leave. I asked them if they were going to assemble the bed. They said it would be an additional fee. I spent over a thousand dollars, and Jessica failed to tell me that the bed would not be assembled. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this company. Look somewhere else. Very disappointed ...... Like who is strong enough to lift a king size mattress...... I only give this store a one.....

I ran into a few issues with financing, but Jessica stayed with it for HOURS to ensure I was taken care of. By the way, she handled MOST of it AFTER closing and reached out to let me know it was taken care of. Then, she used her elbows to squeeze my delivery in for me. We went to Happys where we usually buy most of our big appliances to purchase a washing machine, and dishwasher, Jessica helped us, she was informative, kind, and very no pressure salesperson. Zero star, I Bought washer and dryer from them on 9/6/2021 paid extra for delivery, the washer and dryer were both not working, I called them to return them They said I couldnt so I had to wait a month for someone to come fix them. I finally got them to give me another washer which was smaller and cheaper from the one I got but they wont give me the difference because its the policy, so amonth later which is today the guy comes to fix my dryer and couldnt he said we need to order the part for it and it could take 3 weeks to amonth or more, Im stuck with broken dryer to this day 10/12/2021,

Worst experience ever 😤😤😤😥😥😥I bought a washer & dryer and paid extra for pickup and delivery($1,857).They forgot to pickup my old ones and the washer didnt work. I called and driving too them every day for 7days till they get someone to come and get them.I tried to get a new one from them. But they said they cant exchange it. They will send a technician to look at it. The earliest appointment they had was in 3 weeks.OMG....... 😤👊😥. I would have went somewhere else.

We bought a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer just over a year ago and financed for 14 months. Within the 1st three months we had to call to have the fridge serviced twice. Just hooked the washer and dryer up for the first time because basement was being remodeled. First load in washer didn’t drain out and door locked. Called a tech out today and was told the computer board has gone out! How???? when we never used it, supposedly brand new! Repair cost estimated $550! Now we will have to buy another washer. I will never buy or recommend anyone to purchase appliances from this place!

Happys has a driver with a lifted truck and trailer, swerving across lanes on US-24 East, nearly missing hitting me when changing lanes to over take me. Exhaust is blowing tons of black smoke and cant hold his lane repeatly cossing into the grass shoulder/median.Plate on the trailer 53F 2GH. Delivery speed isnt worth putting others at risk. I would prefer to not have a washing machine land on my windshield.

I bought $800 washer two months ago. It has not worked once since the day they delivered it. When I called to let them know if did not work, they said, Dont worry. Its got a warranty. When we called Electrolux, they told us this washer had been owned by two other owners. It had already received a repair under warranty. Its been two months, still I have a washer that does not work. While Happys tells you they sell you NEW appliances, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

Great place to shop on a budget! Bought a new house and the owners took all the appliances! This wasn’t expected of course, so we needed something decent and fast. Sammy took care of us and worked with our budget! We purchased a washer and dryer set, stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave AND dishwasher at an affordable cost. Plus fast delivery and set up! NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS!!!! I felt very uncomfortable being at this store. Ive been in twice within the last month looking for appliances. The first time I thought it was by accident that the sales person came up to me without a mask on. However, the second visit I realized none of the workers were wearing masks. The sales lady came directly up to us and did not seem to be worried about maintaining a 6ft distance either! All in all I will not be returning. The least they could do is wear a mask when they are talking to customers to make us feel comfortable!

They sold my elderly cousin a combination washer/dryer and when it arrived the washer was dented and the dryer has not worked since it was installed. I got involved to discuss the issue with them but they refused to take them back. My cousin who is a senior and speaks limited English, was tricked by the sales person. I was shopping around for a new mattress. I went to all the big box stores. I was about to spend over $2,000 on a new mattress because I needed one so badly due to moving. As I was in the store I overheard a woman telling her husband about your store. Yes I was eavesdropping so I asked the woman where the store was. She gave me the info for the salesman that helped her, she spoke so highly of him and the store. The big box store I was about to make my purchase at was not too thrilled but I left and went straight to Happys Appliances. Even though their name said appliances, I took a chance and drove to their store before dropping $2,000. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! I was able to UPGRADE to a King sized mattress for cheaper than I was going to spend at the big box store. My salesman Joe Burke was so helpful and funny. After a series of unfortunate circumstances happened, we were moving in 24 hours and no prospect for a fridge. After a fruitless search, we came upon Happys. After going down there they had a great fridge that was extremely affordable and after learning that we needed it the next day, Sammy was able to have it delivered the next day. Disaster averted. I recommended them highly.

*EDIT to respond to the owners post. Happys was at fault for posting that they had a return policy on their website and then lying to me on the phone saying they did NOT allow returns. There was NO stipulation that returns were ONLY allowed on non-working items. ANY store will allow you to return an item if you are not satisfied within that return policy period. It stipulated that you would charge a restocking fee which we would have paid, HOWEVER, you did NOT include that you would charge us the delivery fee and FORCE us to have a delivery company to come pick up the return and charge us an ADDITIONAL $79 on top of the original fee. We have a pickup truck and would have delivered the stove back to you unscathed, minus the scratches it already came with. You told me you had NO stove of equal value in black stainless steel, which would have been a pointless exchange. Please tell me how you take customer service very seriously? PLUS the woman on the phone told me someone would be crazy to pay that amount for a stove. Great customer service. Maybe you need to revise your website to tell the truth that you do not allow ANY returns. Please see the terrible reviews below with customers stating the exact same issue. Clearly this isnt a one-off scenario.I purchased a VERY expensive Black Stainless LG slide-in range from the Dearborn location after finding their company website and reading more about them. I spoke with the saleswoman on the phone and asked about the model and if it was a smart stove where we could connect it to an app on our phone. The main reason I wanted this feature is I have two children under two and sometimes its hard to break away to go preheat the oven for dinner. I have all smart LG appliances now that work with the app so the stove was our last needed purchase. We got the stove delivered and it sat for a week since we are remodeling and needed to finish the gas hookup. Once we hooked up the stove, we determined that this stove ONLY works with an Android phone and will not do what we need and therefore is rendered useless as far as smart features go.I contacted the store and told them we wanted to return the stove. We were told by the woman on the phone that all sales were final DESPITE their website saying there is a 14 day return policy. She argued with me and told me that the website must be old. It said 2021 at the bottom. Then she told me it was MY due diligence as the customer to read up on the stove SHE sold me to make sure it would work. This conversation went back and forth until I told her I hadnt used the stove. Then she said she would call corporate and see what she could do.She called me the next afternoon and told me corporate advised her to call LG and troubleshoot the issue. I had already done that I sent her all the screenshots of my conversation with LG and also the stove manual. She agreed that it was ridiculous that the stove didnt work with my iPhone and said when she looked at the price tag she thought it was a super expensive stove and someone would be crazy to have purchased it at that price, then realizing what she said, she said not that youre crazy. Um ok.She called me later on that day or the next and said corporate wont discount the stove for me to want to keep it, and IF I want to return it, they wont only charge me the restocking fee of 20% but also the first delivery fee of $79 (since it was financed) AND I cant deliver it back to the stove myself since we have a truck, but Id have to have them pick it up and charge me ANOTHER $79 for them to do so. Oh AND Id have to drive the 45-60min to Dearborn to pay in CASH to return it!Ive worked in retail, sales and customer service for years and I know how NOT to treat your customers and Happys Appliances in Dearborn is a perfect example.If anyone shops here, theyd have to be crazy.
