Spent a whole day looking around for a laundry set and not getting anywhere with other retailers. I went into the ABC Warehouse and I was greeted right away by one of the salesmen. They took their time with me to get me into the right washer and dryer that best suits my needs. 10/10 would recommend ABC Warehouse to anybody!

Ive done business with them on different occasions every time been smooth but now adays with everything being the way it is its hard to find what you want to buy and its availability but I dont hold this against them its everything the way the prices of everything is outrageous so much inflation but not more money in the peoples pockets greed is what motivates the suppliers unfortunately for us and stores you might find what u like but will go backwards in trying to actually get something you want or need and thats not rite what so ever but I dont blame ABC I blame the company that supplies them as well all the stores if no1 would buy nothing for a month then thy would have to bend to our needs

I went to the ABC Warehouse store on Michigan and Greenfield to purchase a new bed and a frame that lifts my head and feet. I was told by Brent Pinsky, sales rep., that the bed would be delivered on the 24th of July. The delivery boys came on time at 7:30 that morning. They told me that they dont carry furniture or beds up to 3rd floor. The that we do have would have held the box with the frame in it. They didnt even try to bring it in. The other guy was standing in the rain with the mattress, it was covered in plastic, but the point of it is that they refused service. People like that is bad for business. I will never go to that location ever again. If you ever want something delivered, make sure they deliver past the third floor.

On hold waiting to a refund.Second call.15 minutes in.Sold me a microwave over phone.Would not check stock.Call me an one hour later said it was indeed damaged.Said they would refund my card did not do it.Called again, they transferred me to five different people.And back to the beginning on hold waiting for a refund.

Terrible. Salesman asked if he could help me once I was halfway through the store. Once shown the product I was looking for (very limited selection), salesman had to check price because there was none on the product. He never returned and when I stepped out from where the product was, he was ringing out other customers. Once he finished he left from behind the desk and stood off to the side. He never returned with any info. So as I was leaving because no other salesperson asked if I needed help, the original salesman looked right at me, nodded his head as if in acknowledgement of me, and then turned his head as I walked out of the store.

Second time weve bought a suite of appliances from them. They were incredibly helpful during the buying experience. I asked for the sales reps personal opinion regarding 2 different brands I was looking at and he surpassingly recommended the cheaper one. He definitely wasnt just trying to make the biggest sale possibly. Last but not least surprisingly all itemsIn stock at abcwarehouse, most box stores were back ordered in couple items which is understandable due to pandemic .

High prices, bad service …

If you want the worst customer service look no further. I ordered a washer and dryer together in early November. Scheduled the washer to be delivered no problem. They said the dryer will be in next week and can scheduled later. Sure why not. Well next week came and went. No contact, no follow up call, nothing. Then called and they said oh will be in for sure next week! Okay. Same thing no call no update. Called once more and got “oh we will call you when it comes in”. Doubtful but I wait. 2 more weeks to by and nothing. This song and dance goes on for 2 months and I got so sick of being strung along I cancelled my dryer. Got my new one somewhere else in 2 days no hassle. If you want to be strung along for a big ticket item with no update or even offering to switch go here. I won’t be going here ever again.

We were in need of a new washer & dryer so of course we called abcwarehouse in d ! I work with JD sales Mgr and he set me up with good pricing and an excellent delivery Team! They were very courteous, respectful of our home and Covid cautious. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and performed a flawless and painless installation. We all know how many things can go wrong and they made sure they did not! I highly recommend Abc for any of your appliance needs!

Poor salehs person calls you out with name calling. Very unprofessional. he didnt want to refund and rewrite the order because, he was trying to pull a fast one on me and to give me credit of 75 dollars. the washing Machine cost $1098 with ABC warehouse I went to another store, other then Abc warehouse. and got it for $750 plus tax. Im no fool to there games... Stay away from J.D, salesperson. Best Buy lowes had way better deals

I have been in the Dearborn store waiting an hour to receive credit for an order that hasnt come in since August 2020. The assist manager was very rude, telling me that I either had to come back tomorrow for the store manager or wait!!!!

I went to this location twice the first time was yesterday. The young man lar informed me that they will no longer be selling electronics .so, when ask for couple of things out the case he informed me he does not have keys .The person took the keys home and will not come until today 11-23-20 came today and Sam is very unprofessional at his job very rude when asking questions about prices. His attitude says if you’re not a high customer by big items I really don’t wanna be bother with you. I hope management reads this comment and if that Sam is the manager of your store he needs to be retrained.

The customer service here has gotten worse and worse as time has gone on. This use to be my go to place for my appliances and televisions. Now I wouldnt recommend going here for ANYTHING!!!Had a issue with delivery of mattresses that I purchased. They were very rude and unprofessional over the phone, so I decided to go into the store to try to resolve it. My salesman was Brent who insisted on trying to over talk me and was very rude in trying to resolve the issue. They didnt want to issue me a refund and only after calling my credit card company in front of them to do a stop payment did they give me a refund. This use to be a good place to shop when Tony was there, but this place has gotten HORRIBLE!!!! Go to Best Buy instead!!!!

Horrible customer service!I called in to ask a question regarding pricing, before I could even ASK my question the manager, he didnt want to tell me his name as he said it SUPER FAST (starts with a B I believe), already was telling me he couldnt help me and I need to call online customer service. I tried to TELL him, how can he even say that and he didnt even hear the question, he claim what I SAID (not asked) was the question. I said you had your mind made up at hello! I was polite and courteous throughout the whole call and he was a complete a**! I would NEVER shop that store again.

It was a pleasant experience and all of our questions were answered. Thank you JD ! Then it came time for the delivery. We were kept Informed as to when the appliances would arrive. On June 22, 2020 I went in to this store looking to price out and see if I could afford new appliances along with a new dryer that I absolutely had to purchase. As I entered noticed a ton of sales people milling about all without any masks to keep their customers safe. I headed over to the appliance section to look at the products I viewed online. I was approached by a man, Junaid “JR” Umer, who as I was explaining my situation cut me off and told me he’s got a great price. Followed the gentlemen to the counter and awaited this information, it was a great price, so I decided to move forward. I confirmed the final price was including taxes, delivery, etc. because who likes surprise additions to their bill. I also confirmed the delivery date multiple times to make certain of it because I’d be taking time off of work to be home floor the delivery. JR said it would be coming from two different factories and confirmed the date.Delivery day was fast approaching so the night before I made sure to unhook all my appliances so the delivery guys could get them out easily and not take too much of their time. They were fast and professional however, they only had half of my order (fridge, dryer) and the fridge was missing a set screw for the freezer handle. The delivery guys had no information on the rest of the order and said I’d have to contact the store but they’d be back with the screw for the freezer drawer. A couple hours went by and no one returned, so I called the store to talk about the missing appliances and the missing part to the ones that were delivered. I was told that I’d have to wait to speak to my sales associate because the store manager had no idea. The woman I spoke with also laughed and said that no one was coming back out, “and really a part like that, you should just go to a hardware store and get it”. But I thought I purchased whole appliances that I wouldn’t have to repair on day one?The following week I was able to finally speak to a district or regional manager, Rob, who seemed disappointed in my experience and genuine in wanting to resolve it. He was able to work with my schedule and set another delivery up for the remainder items and to have the missing part sent via mail while also refunding me $100 for my trouble. The second delivery never showed up during the time it was supposed to because the delivery guy, Matt, lied to his boss saying he called twice to attempt delivery and I declined...false. Through threatening disciplinary action Matt did finally come back up around 630/7 pm that evening with the items and get them in.A few days later the missing fridge parts came, wrong screw and an Allen wrench. So from my original purchase on 6/22/20 to today, 7/15/20, I still have not received everything I purchased.I will never shop with ABC Warehouse again and would never recommend this option to anyone. In retrospect I would have loved to pay a bit more to be respected by a sales associate and receive the items I purchased on the day that was committed and also in tact.

Out of the three appliance stores I went to to purchase a new washer at ABC Warehouse offered me the quality and price for a new machine. The salesman was professional and helpful. He worked with me on delivery and haul away to keep the machine I wanted within my price range. I was in and out quickly without feeling pressured or rushed. Highly recommend.

Needed a refrigerator, I had already researched it and knew what I wanted. We had contacted Linda prior to arriving at the store. Once there the process was easy. She explained everything to my understanding. Great experience!

Mr.Hakim was terrific! He gave me the best possible deal on my kitchen appliances. He barley made any money off me and proved it. When my wife and I went in there we were looking for a great deal. He price matched and saved me more money than Home Depot who is currently got a 40% off all appliances deal! Definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family.

ABC has the best speakers in town. I attached my speaker on my bike and was immediately surprised how good the sound was. Everyone complimented me and my speaker. Rollin around the block has never been better. All thanks to my man Hussein.

I called a couple of places looking to have an auto start installed in my daughters car, ELoy and installer truly took there time to explain all the options and what he thought would be the best fit. No hidden costs and no up charge what so ever. I’m extremely satisfied with the price, quality and performance of the unit installed. Do not waste your time calling or going anywhere else. While looking for a new dining table after our 15 year old table did its time, my husband and I went over to ABC Warehouse to find one. The manager JD was very considerate and helped us look for a table that somewhat resembled our old one, while keeping the vintage aesthetic of our living room. I recently visited ABC Warehouse in search of a new dryer because my old one wasnt drying my clothes all of the way. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a worker named Hussein. Hussein was incredibly helpful and I explained my situation to him. He looked me dead in the eyes, didnt say a word, and grabbed me by the hand and led me into the back. He grabbed a hose and completely drenched me from head to toe, and aggressively shoved me in a dryer and hit start. I tumbled around in there for somewhere close to an hour. When the cycle was over, Hussein let me out and I was absolutely bone dry. I was so impressed with the service that I bought 3 dryers, and gifted them to two of my friends. I will definitely be coming back just because of Hussein!

They would have gotten 5 stars because the gentleman that helped us was awesome. But as we were getting ready to leave one of their employees, who obviously needs to go back to driving school parked next to me and was only about 3 inches from my driver door and when I went in to ask who it was (cause I thought it was a customer) she had nerve enough to be indignant about it! Threatening to call the police and everything!

My first experience at ABC warehouse was quite the emotional ride. As a child growing up my parents would beat me black and blue. My parents have now both passed and I miss them so very much. Walking in the first thing I seen was the laundry machines. The same one my dad would put me in and turn on to stimulate drowning while giving me a nice ride going around and around and around and around. I got extremely depressed. Thank god Hussein was there. He went as far as to dress as my dad, beat me and threw me in the laundry machine for 2 hours. I came out happier than ever. This place is one of the best.

Correct choice

Ordered an air conditioner this morning from abc warehouse to be picked up today. After about 4 hours without hearing from anyone, I called the store only to rudely be told that they didnt have any air conditioners. I asked how was I supposed to cancel my order and the person told me to cancel it how I ordered it. I went back on the website and found a customer service number only to get a voice message that told me to call back later. 2 hours later, here I sit with no air conditioner and no way to receive a refund.

They didnt handle their business been there 3 times before with no problem now i am done with them ....location Michigan & Dearborn.
