Angel was great. I brought my Audi A4 and sold it by consignment in 3 days! I had my Audi A4 to travel for work since I have an old aJeep Wangler it wasnt reliable on the highway. My work changed my location to a 10minute drive locally so I didnt need my nice car anymore. I had it only 14 months. Made over my pay off loan amount, so I think next time Ill go and buy a used Audi R8!! Lol

This is my second used BMW I purchased from Spanos, I thought that my m3 06 with low miles on it that I purchased 5 years ago was a great car now I just stepped into a 2011 335 i in the car is almost brand new with 71,000 mi Not only did they assist me in every way they could and make sure the car was in perfect working order but they also put on two new tires that I was really surprised because the other ones didnt look that bad so needless to say these guys do a great job My salesmans name was Steve Call on him hell take care of you. By the way be safe out there.

Kathy, Angel and Alan were such an absolute delight to work with. I purchased a beautiful vehicle remotely (from Ga). Over the course of a few days, the team kept a fantastic line of communication that was helpful, detailed and honest. My husband and I arrived and within an hour, we did a test drive, signed the necessary paperwork and were back on the road home.I highly recommend this dealership and the great team. They worked quickly but were very thorough, as much as could be done before arriving to the dealership was done and resulted in a smooth and enjoyable experience.

This would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for Lisa. The GM has my wire (CONFIMRED with their accounting department the next day) the day I wanted to ship my car. They told me I can have it picked up, had a carrier arranged and payed for enclosed and she made me cancel it.I lost a $1k discount as enclosed trailers cost 1800 minimum and I had a driver lined up at 1100. Not sure why Lisa lied to me, not sure why she wanted to hold my car there when she had my money in the account. Very disappointed in upper management, sales man and finance manager were great (John and Allen are amazing thank you guys)

I made a deposit on a vehicle that I planned to fly down and pick up. After further consideration it just wasnt the right vehicle for my family at the time. I contacted Dean and explained my situation and he returned my deposit without any hesitation! If you are dealing with an out of town dealer trust is the main concern you might have but with this group you will have no worries!Dean is a first class individual!

I had an unexpectedly surprising experience. I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in nearly 20 yrs and to say the least was apprehensive about the thought of that process. Considering my options were limited after narrowing my search to a specific vehicle I found myself looking at 2 vehicles with Spanos. The salesperson, Billy was very helpful throughout the process. There was no aggressive sales tactics to make my decision. I was able to assess, evaluate and ask questions as I determined. Once I down selected my vehicle we negotiated items that needed attention in which they addressed. I was able to have vehicle inspected by a third party which Spanos assisted. The finance, body shop and detail personnel assisted in making the experience satisfying. I recommend considering Spanos with your next purchase.

I must admit I had a great experience with this dealership. I started working online with Dean Shaw because I live in Jacksonville and before I traveled to Daytona Beach I wanted all my ducks in a row so I could be in and out. I originally went interested in one vehicle, however, got a great deal on a much newer vehicle for virtually the same payment amount but GAP and warranty included. Brad the finance manager was also awesome. I will definitely recommend this dealership. They have the right cars at the right price in a no nonsense, no haggling environment.

We bought a very nice Porsche Cayman from Dean Shaw. The car was in great shape and the price was right. Im always cautious working with used car dealers, but this experience was very pleasant. Dean knew everything about the car, was not pushy and didnt try any sales tricks on us. If anyone is looking for a used sports or luxury car, I would strongly recommend Spanos Imports.

After breaking down in my 2006 Range Rover Sport on I-4 on my return trip to North Carolina from a week at the Golf Show in Orlando on Sunday 01/30/16, I was fortunate to be towed to Spanos Motors in hopes of finding repair. With repair obviously closed on Sunday, I was pretty much stranded for the day. In lieu of repair, I did give serious thought to trading it that day as I was planning on trading upon returning to Charlotte. Dean Shaw and Sales Manager Elijah extended me every courtesy the entire day. Dean afforded me several hours of his time showing me much of his luxury SUV inventory (BMW, Mercedes and Land Rover LR4) with no guarantee we would be doing business. Elijah offered me a most reasonable trade value even though my vehicle was compromised. I very much wanted to stay with a Range Rover, but existing inventory just didnt support what I really wanted. I decided to stay the night & return when Service was open to evaluate if repair was practical or if indeed a trade was the better option.Upon returning Monday morning, it was obvious Service was backed up from the week prior & it would be up to a week to diagnose & order parts. With very limited options, Dean & Elijah never took the opportunity to pressure me into a vehicle I was not completely interested in. They both referred me to Bob Sellers Auto Clinic nearby to see if he could work me in to at least evaluate my vehicle. This was a Blessing - Bob Sellers was able to drop what we was doing, took me right in, hooked up diagnostics and repaired several issues within a couple hours - all at a very reasonable price.Even in a compromised & challenging situation, everyone at Spanos Motors afforded me dignity and respect, especially Dean & Elijah. Had the right Range Rover been in inventory I would have done business with them without question. I would highly recommend anyone in Central Florida do business with these gentleman (and ladies).Its good to know there are still people in this world willing to selflessly help out a total stranger in need.All my best!Gary LarkLark GolfMatthews NC

One I am a woman, and car dealers get a pretty bad reputation for trying to pull crap on women because they think we dont know what we are looking at. Well let me tell you that did not happen here.I got a hello how can I help you, sure the car you are looking for is over here. Here are the keys go ahead and take a look at it and Ill answer any questions you have. BAM, it really is that simple. No hoovering, no trying to sell me something I dont care to look at...nothing. Just an honest LET ME HELP YOU TODAY attitude. Now that is what people want.Great experience and if I could have bought a car from them I would have.

I saw my car on the Spanos Imports website and called to see if it was still available. Due to the great interaction and warm response from Libby Gardner, I drove all the way from Jacksonville Florida to meet with her. At the time of visit I meet with Brad who was a financial guru and Eli Debaron who made sure this deal went thru and I was satisfied. Eli ( sales manager ) even kept in touch with me every step of the process to make sure I knew what was going on and make sure I was comfortable . The staff at Spanos are unique you dont get that warm experience at other dealerships. Trust me I know !! I went to 8 just in Jacksonville alone during this car buying nightmare that Spanos turned into a fairytale 😘. Would recommend them 100 times over. Thanks again you guys rock !!!

Part 1While our purchase is not final due to a few repairs needed on a 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S, we have been pleased with the level of customer service Libby Superman has shown. On my first call to inquire about the vehicle, Libby was extremely attentive in that she sent me the Carfax, sent pictures of the car in question, and offered to come to the showroom before open hours the following day to test drive the car.Fast forward, following day. My husband met Libby at 8:30am (remember, they open at 9:00am), test drove the vehicle and was sold. The final price was a bit lower than the Carfax suggested price and although there are a few minor issues to address, Spanos Motors has shown that they are not a typical dealership. The mileage on the car is low for at 49K miles. The dealership looks more like an European showroom than a used car shop.Thus far, my husband and I are very pleased with the Spanos Motors experience. The part for the car is due on Thursday. It is our hope that the reviews are made expeditiously. An updated review (Part 2) will follow once we drive the car off the lot.

I had the best experience ever! Mike was extremely helpful on our buying process. I bought the car of my dreams and everyone was sooo amiable. Everything from lunch to pick up & drop off at airport, drinks, coffe etc etc. It hasnt been 3 years after my purchase and i am on my way to purchase my second car from spanos :-). I cannot tell you how many complements i get on my luxury car and most importantly THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES IN THE WHOLE US!!!!!!!!!!
