Ive been to Tire Kingdom 2x. Each time was pleasant. The staff was very polite. Any questions I had, they answered without hesitation. The building was clean. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom, especially this one. I will b back again. I found my place to get my car worked on.

Steve is my technician and can work on almost anything and takes care of your vehicle as it was his own and Jhonny, Brandon and Keith do your tires and oil changes and pitch in on almost anything. Be aware people, dont trust them I bring my wifes car there to replace a tire sensor and do a re-balance on the tires,a few days later my wife calls me saying that the car is making a weird noise on the front so I told her to come to my job so I can take a look at it,when she arrived I drove the car and I notice the noise immediately from the front end so I parked the car and the first thing I noticed was that the front driver tire only had 2 wheel nuts of 5 and I keep checking the other tires and two more tires were basically loose too! Imagine if my wife had an accident with my two kids in the car! Come on people I know mistakes happens but peoples life are at risk when you work in cars like in this case,I would never go back there again!

Got 4 new tires, valve stem wasnt seated right. I brought it back the next day, they fixed it right away. Great friendly service! Will use them again.

The Honesty and Integrity of the These Employees are Great. Ive had alot of Mechanics/Shops try to milk me for everything lil thing and swindle me out of repairs that were Not needed. Let me tell you this world and customer service has gone down the tubes! The exception was when i visited Tire Kingdom off Beville Rd Daytona Beach. The associate Blake gave me the best service I had in years. Blake is professional and very knowledgeable about his job,products, and services. This is a professional that earn my business and my respect.

Disappointed. We have a national account with Tire Kingdom and normally they are great. Monday was not the case. I walked into the lobby and stood there with another gentleman that was already waiting. After standing in the lobby for 15 minutes, no one came inside to acknowledge us. I ended up walking out and setting up an account elsewhere as time is money in business.

This is my go to auto repair shop. Honest and they have always treated me right. Great crew.

Fair price well tjsywasyh the first time I went there but I’ve been There a few times since then service really is not good it was that first time thing I was told her an appointment a certain time I was there for the appointment on time when I got there they said it was a different time than what they originally told me and they couldn’t service me today so I lost a hotel for the weekend and I already reserved and I can get refunded but if they don’t care about that I found out all they care about is getting out of there early selfish I’ll never go back there is ever to get my free rotation and alignment

If I am paying an hourly rate for repairs, why does the mechanic stop working on my van and do an alignment on another vehicle when all the parts are there? I know I get discounts on some things, but I dont think its right to stop working on a car someone is waiting for, to start something on another car. Did the labor clock stopon my van while he was working on something else? I dont think so. So if I get charged for the time, he should still be working on my van. Shouldnt he?

First time I went there they didn’t check any of my fluids when I got my oil change and my tire rotation ended up having to put my own windshield washer fluid in for the trip I was going on 1200 miles. Then when I got back I took my car back there to get another oil change and I also brought my other car with me and told them that I was going to be taking that car out of town 1200 miles the next day and I got from Florida to Illinois and my brother-in-lawWho is a mechanic checked my fluids and I needed a half a quart of transmission fluid and I called the place and no return call I’ll never go there again

Got me in quick,oil change was done but don’t mount tires unless you buy them from them or they have to be “brand new” mine were new take offs but could not be installed, it’s ok I have a mechanic that will do all my work for now on!

Had an appointment at 11:00 second till 11:45 and then they said it would be another 30-40 minutes just to give me an estimate so I wasnt not very happy

So we are on our way back to French Canada from the bottom of Florida, and our dodge caravan started going bonkers. The three lights went off for ESP, BAS, and traction (anti skidding?) anyway. We have about 1750miles to go to reach home and needed to make sure we weren’t going to be the reason of a crash on the I-95! So we went to this other place first, who told us our bearing was out and that it was going to cost us something around 700$ US, now in Canadian that’s roughly 930$! Needless to say we were in need of a second opinion. So we came here. There guys took a look at our car, drove it around, checked it with their little computers, put the car up to look under properly and came back to us with information. It was clear and precise and honest. They were unable to identify if it was actually a bearing or just electrical sensor issues, and they did not scare us into absolutely thinking we were going to crash and die. They simply said that to them our bearing seemed fine, and that it is probably a sensor issue, and that for this we needed to go to a dodge dealership. The staff was friendly, the info was clear and they did not even make us pay for the time we took off them which I was willing to pay for this inconvenience. Thank you for your work your time and your honesty, from two young snowbirds who are so ready to just get back home.

This particular tire kingdom is under a new manager named Matt Lyon, and it is absolutely phenomenal. Matt is an unbelievable manager that will give you the best customer service that you could ever expect. Their prices are great and their work is awesome. I highly recommend this location. They do tires but they also do all kinds of mechanical work.

My experience at this place was amazing! I went and got my car serviced today for an oil change, fuel tune up, filter swap and an alignment, and the service was outstanding. of course during this hard time they are shortstaffed but with the three employees they had they were able to make my experience very pleasant and quick. I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s name that helped me, but everyone is very informational and honest. Even the mechanic, and for me being a 22 years young woman I did not fear that I would be misled with false information. They didn’t try to get over on me for any extra expenses or repairs, they gave me coupons and discounts to complement my services, and I overall walked away saving over $100. Overall they are very trustworthy and I never give reviews in fact this is my first review so I hope this speaks to someone or gets someone a raise, especially during this very hard time! Thanks guys!!

I went to Tire Kingdom today, I had a nail In my tire of my Toyota I just got from Daytona. I didnt even have it two weeks and they were charging 150.00 to repair at Toyota. I went into Tire King and Blake was very nice he greeted me and I explained my tire had a nail. He came right outside brought a liquid and removed it in less than 5 min. I was so happy he didnt charge me he was so efficient, knowledgable and professional. I am so so thankful I could not afford the cost they were charging and I am forevergrateful for Tire Kingdom!

Had to make an appointment due to them being so busy, which is a good thing in these troubling times. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and they did the work I needed in a timely and professional fashion. I definitely recommend them!

Extremely positive experience! Karl, the manager, works very closely to make sure you’re well taken care of. He was willing to have me come in anytime the tire air pressure dropped so they could put more air into the tire until I was ready to buy a new one. Professional but kind and friendly as well! Danielle at the front was also excellent! I plan to have my car service there from now on as I learned how much more they do then just tires. Kudos to all!

Nice location. Looks brand new. Very clean. It was my third stop shopping for a set of four tires. Specifically Continental tires. Thats what is on my car now and thats what I want for new tires. They are very good tires. The quote from Tire Kingdom wasnt even in the same ballpark as their competitors. My impression was they just dont really care to sell tires. Maybe they make more money from service? They have been advertising buy 3 get 1 free and buy 2 get 2 free. Apparently that is only on specific tires. Wont be going back.

I ordered a set of tires from SimpleTire and had them shipped and installed here.I also had an alignment done on my 99 R/T Dakota.The manager greeted my wife and I as we walked in the door and was very nice had my paper work done in 5 mins. They called me 4 hours later for pickup.They did a great job mounting tires and the alignment is dead on.Id highly recommend this place, they have earned my future business. 👍

Slow. I only say this because I have been in places where they have like 15-20 people waiting. With 5 mechanics and your car is seen within 45 min on a busy day of you being there. I was waiting for an hour and a half before my car was even in the garage. With 3 mechanics and 3 people in front of me. I did not have an appointment. So my only take away is come here if you have free time or make an appointment. The workers were nice and professional.

Staff here are amazing they go above and beyond to help! Prices are pretty good and you definitely get your money worth of great service and great people! Im a single mom and so its tough and what I needed done was a lot lower than I thought and they even have me a ride home! Amazing 💯% awesome!

I was quoted 4 brake pads and 4 rotors at over 800$. They wanted 300$+ for labor & still needed to order the parts. Mike, the manager, said he would call around to see if he could find the parts in a package & would call me back, but never called. When I called to follow up, my call was not returned.

Checked my tires for low pressure and filled them to specs. Very friendly too

Harvey Gordon - the same thing just happened to us. Needed a new tire and they blamed my husband’s ability to put in a spare. An extra $150 later and god knows how long. Will not return to this location. Have always had a good experience at Tire Kingdom in Winter Springs.

After changing my front pads on my chevy I had a hose in the rear spring a leak and didnt know how to repair it. They got me in same day and had my car repaired by noon the next day. Blake at the front desk was a lot of help and helped me save some money and the guys did a quality job thanks

Worst experience I’ve ever had.I came in a week in advance to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve also never had a single problem in my Honda Civic. They take about 2 and a half hours and as soon as I start driving I notice something’s off, it feels like a tire is very loose, and I can’t go over 30 mph without fearing that it’ll fly off. I stopped at a near by friends house to check it and he tightens the tires all the way.. this helped a little but still somethings wrong. So I took it back and a few hours later they tell me my tie rod is broken.They are required to inspect and make sure everything is fine before letting me back on the road which they didn’t, they didn’t even tighten my tires properly. So not only did they put my life in danger, but they broke something while rotating my tires and then blamed me for it and charged me 170$ to fix it.If they did there job correctly and told me it was broken before I started driving I wouldn’t have had a problem paying for all of it but they wanted me to think that I broke it as soon as I drove out of the lot. My car went from perfectly fine to unsafe for the road after a tire rotation at Tire Kingdom.They’re unethical and shady.

Never know what youre gonna get - especially with a chain store. This one is the hidden gem. Manager Karl has customer service skills second to none. Had an issue shortly after installing premium Michelin tires - not with the tires but another system on my car. Went back - Karl had his team check it out and determined what the issue was. Explained it clearly - was empathetic to the second budget hit - scheduled a time to get it fixed and wha la - back on the road! Be sure and work with Karl you wont be disappointed.

Karl Hunter was very helpful during a stressful situation. Tire blow with a spirited child and young infant. He stayed open even though hurricane Dorian was finally deciding to show up. Was a bit confused by one charge but I hope that will be clarified.

Stay far away from this place! Took my SUV in to get my tires rotated and balanced because they were noisy. 1. They never rotated my tires, even though they charged me for it. 2. They told me I needed new struts because of a ticking noise coming from the driver front tire. That turned out to be the CV axles that needed replacing. Had I been naive and just let them do what they wanted, it wouldve cost me over a grand! I will never go back!Go to Boulevard Tire in Port Orange! They will treat you right and not steal your money!

Took my van in for a tire alignment on 19th November. They were unable to get the jam nut loose from the inner tie rod to adjust the alignment. The Tire Kingdom mechanics destroyed the inner tie rod threads trying to get the jam nut loose but claim they didnt damage anything, the manager said we dont know the history of the vehicle, it could have been like that when it came in. They told me they could fix it by replacing all the tie rods. Now, even if another mechanic could get the jam nut loose, I would still need to replace the inner tie rod due to the threads being destroyed by Tire Kingdom. They damage what they cant fix and claim it was that way when they found it.

I came in to ask if they can replace an engine belt on my car, I already got the replacement belt, I just needed it changed out. I live in Florida and hurricane Dorian is coming, I just needed some help and they want to charge $107 just to change it out, they couldnt even lower the price, they didnt even care about the natural disaster that is coming our way. I ended up finding someone to replace it for me for free out of the kindness of their hearts cuz the hurricane is barreling down on us. So thank you for not helping when somebody just needed a little bit of help and it was only a 30 minute job, it was very quick to just change it out...

Had a one o clock appt. Everything went well without a hitch. Just needed 1 tire because of a blowout. Was out by 2 and spent 70 dollrs for the tire. Good service decent price. Nice store looks to be almost new.

Busy shop good service been going there for 20 yrs

This place fixes what’s needed with your vehicle. No vehicle leaves the shop unless it has been properly torqued to the vehicles lug specifications and has been inspected throughout. If something is really and truly needed on your vehicle YOU will be Notified. The 1 star rated review was told her outter tie rod was broken and blamed the shop for something that’s impossible to do when putting on tires. I believe her car was almost 20 years old with OEM everything. Her shocks and struts weren’t doing the job after almost 200k miles so you cant blame the shop for not taking care of your vehicle...

Bought 4 tires and in a days time I woke up to a flat tire the next day. They told me they would patch the tire. I then ask to see whatever that had made the tire go flat....when the person came and told me what the problem was ...someone didnt tighten the valve stem i was .....no apology..this could have cause serious problems it this malfunction happen on the highway.😢
