Really had a great experience with Summer and the sales manager working until I got to Manny in finance and he showed me the paperwork showing a factory rebate that was applied and never disclosed to me! Even he said they absolutely should have disclosed it… good experience but questionable morals if they don’t tell the whole truth 🤷🏼♀️

Even simply getting my oil changed was pleasant. The vibrant, helpful staff were casually professional. The dealership was much more comfortable than the sterile environment where I purchased my car in the first place. Ill be back, the drive from St. Augustine is worth it.
Had a outstanding experience at this dealership during the purchase of our Alfa Romeo Giulia. We shopped for a new car for almost a year and over that time we stopped at a lot of dealer’s test-driving cars and gathering information. On a whim, while on vacation to Daytona Beach last Christmas we stopped in and where very impressed with how they treated us and took us seriously (even though we live 600 miles away), We stopped in again while in vacation mid-summer, again while on vacation and found the car we wanted. But the wife wanted to consider a few more option and I wanted to see what was coming in the next model year. This was the second visit, several months later, and we were remembered when we walked in. The visit was a pleasure, we were taken seriously and there were no high-pressure games. Recently we decided to pull the trigger on buying the car. I called them up and we managed everything over the phone, we flew down a couple days later to pick up the car and drive it back home. Everything was ready to go, and we were on our way. Albert Pacheco was a real pleasure to work with on all of our visits. Very friendly and professional. We will definitely consider coming back here when we purchase our next vehicle. The entire experience, over the course of many, many months was professional, patient and truly outstanding.

Since the Jacksonville Maserati dealer had closed, I had to drive to Daytona for service which was inconvenient to say the least but turns out well worth the effort.

We stopped to check out the Stelvio by Alfa. Their GM or buyer gets a thumbs down for buying boring units. However, a nice young guy named John, recently here from Ky tried really hard to earn our business. He called us whenever he got new units in, and even sent us pics. John made a great effort and knows building relationships is the key to success.
Had a fabulous experience at this dealership! We bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 from them, and the experience couldnt have been better. No high pressure sales, and our salesman, Carlos Otero, went the extra mile every step of the way. He was friendly & professional and just a pleasure to work with. Well definitely go back to this dealership when we are ready to buy another vehicle!! The service was magnificent! Never had a car dealer experience like this before. Loved it!

I have been to 3 Maserati dealerships in Florida and DAYTONA is hands down the best!!! I love the car but had a bad buying experience in South Florida and a bad service experience in North Florida. Maserati Corporate and Katelyn in service at Maserati of Dayton have more than made up for these bad experiences. If you are shopping for a Maserati or looking to get your car serviced....I would give Maserati of DAYTONA and Katelyn in service more than a 5 star review if possible. I rarely write reviews...I didnt even waste my time giving the other dealerships a bad review so coming from me should mean something.

Went to buy a Fiat this weekend and they were expecting me and the staff was very professional. Got the deal that I wanted on the Fiat, all the incentives were given and they did give the beast deal on my trade-in in whole Central FL. I live in Orlando and I knew it was worth the trip. First I would like to say that everyone at Daytona Maserati Alfa Romeo are super nice. They have excellent customer service,and they really do everything in their power to make you feel at home. Mr.Albert Pacheco our sales representative was very knowledgeable and attentive. He met our every need in terms of buying a car.Every employee greeted us,and was extremely welcoming.After buying our car with them we will now be Alfa Romeo customers for life.
I took my car in for routine maintenance to the Daytona dealership (currently the one in Jacksonville is closed). They kept it for a week because the wrong part was shipped to them, etc. I asked them to wash the car prior to pick-up. I drove down to pick up the car and it wasnt washed but was fixed so I let it go. In less than 2 weeks later the check engine light was back on. Mind you, the is a 2017 and I have only put 15k miles on it. I drove all the way back down to Daytona again. This time I asked for them to fix it as well as give me a full detail at a cost of approx $300 to me (which was fine). Once again, a full week goes by and she (Kaitlyn) called me to say the car was ready. She also said it was nothing and they just needed to clear out the computer (so why did they need to keep it a full week??). So as I was driving down I went thru a typical Florida torrential down pour, which added time to the trip. I get there and she is helping a lady get into her car and told her it was detailed but she would need to towel it off when she gets home because of the rain. When it was my time to check out I handed her my credit card and she said its no charge. I told her that I owed her for the full detail and she said that they did not detail it because of the rain!! They had it for a FULL WEEK and couldnt find time to detail it?!? It didnt rain all week so that excuse set me off. Especially since this is the 2nd time in a month that they did this. Also, I just saw where she detailed the lady before me. Paying 6 figures for a car, I shouldnt even have to ask for them to vacuum and wash it, but this was me PAYING for a full detail especially for the interior. She apologized and said I could wait and they would wash it. Wait?? I just drove 2 hours and you had it for a week and now you are asking me to wait again?? No thanks. When I left I called to talk to the Department Head and they put me thru to his voicemail. Its been 5 days and he has yet to call me back. That is why I went into full detail on this review. Btw, I have owned several BMWs and one Porsche. I can tell you without hesitation that the service levels at BMW and Porsche are FAR superior to Maserati. And lets face it, the service department is essential to the overall enjoyment of your vehicle. Maserati is a big fat FAIL in service.

Our search to find a particular Fiat Spider 124 lead us to Carlos at the Daytona dealership. We flew into Sanford airport and Carlos picked us up and took us to the dealership. Everything was just as we had spoke about on the phone. Good experience would highly recommend this dealership and Carlos.

Absolutely the rudest sales manager I have ever encountered.
We bought an Alfa Romeo Giulia less than a year ago from another dealership. We have taken it to this location for its first oil change and recently a part that needed to be replaced. The issue came in when we were told via phone that our vehicle had damage, we were not told to what extent. Unfortunately for us, a hail storm came into town and caused extensive damage. When we went to pick up the Giulia, it was driven up, and we were handed the keys to be on our way, we were expected to leave without looking over the car. There was a severe lack of concern for our property both while in their care and during pick up. We asked to speak to someone about the next steps, we were told the manager was too busy to meet with us. We were avoided like the black plague. We were directed to call our insurance (which we would do anyway). Being in the car and customer service industry ourselves, we treat every car like our own. This was not the case with the folks at this dealership. According to the assistant manager this was an act of God. Fine, I understand, but there can still be a sense of empathy that the dealership was entrusted with our vehicle and in the end we received damaged property. Not once did anyone offer help or an apology for the experience. I would certainly discourage anyone from purchasing or servicing their vehicles here.
I was immediately met upon arrival and directed to the salesman that I had spoken with on the phone. There was no hesitation in getting me into two vehicles for a test drive. Upon returning and working up a deal on one, it turned out that it was more difference than I wanted to pay. They immediately suggested an alternative that was suitable.I now own a brand new Alfa Romeo Gulia! And is an awesome vehicle! I wanted to share our great experience with working with salesperson Mr. Marc Tait. Marc provided excellent service and help to me and my husband. Not only did Marc have his work cut out for him because we weren’t sure what type of car we wanted/needed, but I am totally blind and that added an extra level of how the car would feel when driven and my touching insides and outsides to see what the car “looked” like. This did not faze Marc. He patiently listened to us and started showing us cars. When nothing on the lot that day seemed to fit our criteria, Marc would notify us when a car came in that would fit our parameters. This wasn’t an easy task either because what we thought we wanted and needed kept changing in our minds. Marc was caring, patient and in touch making it clear that this wasn’t just a sale for him and that we as customers came first and foremost. We visited three dealerships in the area, and Marc was the only person that treated us this way.You can’t go wrong with employees such as Marc who make it clear that they care as much about customer needs and satisfaction and not just making a sale.
I’ve had the worst experience with this dealership. Rushed me out the door, car clearly wasn’t ready to be purchased because it said “Oil Change Required” and my salesman said it was nothing to worry about. Three weeks after purchase my car said “Service Requested” & “Service Electronic Throttle Control” & “Start & Stop Unavailable” and it had to be taken back to the dealership for repair. The dealer said they’d bring my car to my home once repaired.... 5 days later I’m now having to go out of my way back to the dealership to pick it up. I wouldn’t suggest this dealership.... don’t waste your time or money.

The dealership staff is fantastic even while they are still in the process of setting everything up to include hiring more staff to support the business. Carlos Otero was AMAZING! . So I found myself with a job transfer 2 years after building my dream home. I thought I was done with the mortgage process for at least 10 years. So I needed to trade in 2 cars for 1 to get my debt to income ratio in-line for the new mortgage. Carlos appraised both my cars using pictures and vin numbers . Since I live an hour north I couldn’t bring both vehicles in to start negotiating. Carlos was beyond accommodating, the trade value was fair and I was able to negotiate,. I couldn’t believe I was able to trade in two cars for one. What a relief . They had my new car ready for pickup . Carlos even drove up to Jacksonville to pick up my 2nd trade the next day. Who does that?? The finance manager Jason got me a good rate with Space Coast and even informed me about refinancing a motorcycle loan I had using the same approval. Ive been dealing with Maserati in Orlando since Ive owned my Spyder. Decided to call Daytona for a part since they are closer and I hadnt dealt there since they opened in last year or so. The phone was answered by a gentleman who voiced he was sales. I asked for parts. Immediately I went on hold without any response. Obviously this chap was not interested in talking with me. Then I was answered by another chap. When I advised I need a Maserati part, I was advised that he didnt handle Maserati and I was put politely on hold again. Then I was answered by the proper parts chap who gave me the proper info and was polite through the process, as I would expect. I suggest that sales at this location needs to understand that a customer wanting parts is not a total waste of his time since he he probably owns a Maserati and may own another. Bullseye!! My current vehicle is 10 years old, runs like a charm but my wife has been suggesting I start shopping since my son would love to have this one and she thinks I should be buying my last Maserati. Guess which salesperson I have no desire to meet!!

I purchased two cars from this Dealer in one year. I spent over $80.000 with them. My Alfa was do for first oil change but no one told me I had a cretin time to have it done in the car only had 3200 mils. on it. Wen I called to have the oil changed the informed me that I would have to pay over $200 to get the service. Iwill not buy anything from this Dealer again & Iwill never recommend them!!!!!

FRAUD!! HORRIBLE!! Purchased a 2014 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ryan Williams at Maserati of Daytona on 08/24/2016. Ryan Williams confirmed the vehicle carried a CPO warranty as part of sale. After repeated attempts for over ONE YEAR Maserati of Daytona has remained uncommunicative and repeatedly failed to respond to my attempts to confirm status of warranty. I flew from Saint Louis, Missouri and visited their dealership in person on 02/02/2018 to get resolution and received nothing but more run around, no answers and not even the decency of a confirmation either way. Ive spoken with Joe Taylor in service, Ryan Williams in sales, Tim Rodewald, Aaron McNeely, a guy named Brett and a guy named T.J. The entire team at Maserati of Daytona is still refusing to provide confirmation of the CPO warranty that was included as part of the vehicle sale. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General offices of both Illinois and Florida. Have also had my attorney begin legal action against this company. STAY AWAY!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!UPDATE: Regarding the below response from Chris Schwerdt asking me to call - I tried calling you people for AN ENTIRE YEAR to get this resolved, and you ignored me. Now you post a response EIGHT MONTHS after my review. I wont be calling Maserati Alfa Romeo of Daytona EVER AGAIN, and Ill warn everyone I encounter to stay as far away from your dealership as possible.

My jeep Gladiator the supercharger with guarantee went to the dealer so that it could be sent to the manufacturer, this process prolonged the repayment of my car since December, they gave me a car rental that left me a Bill of $ 1550 and made me pay the Bill ... in addition every time I Nobody was calling about my vehicle the last time I went because they already had the unit to put it in. I was received by a part manager who does not know about my car and the previous agent who came to the dealer cannot be contacted the story is more frustrating than this because Not having someone to defend me was sad, also the boss of the same dealer calls me to the office to scold me and tell me that I do not have to talk about it in the lobby and that I was an inconsiderate screaming but the urge to cry gave me withdraw to the shop managers office So that he would let me show him the emails of the previous agent 😥and he made me shut up every time I wanted to speak the truth that it is hard to see how this beautiful country is filled with arrogant people and in short, horrible experience🤬😡🥺😩
