They do good work here. If you find something not to your liking the Manager goes out of his way to make you happy. Both Mustangs I had work on were as good as new when done.

The automall body shop had my car for 3 days shy of 8 weeks, unfortunately I had to tell them what my car was, and supposedly my vin didnt tell them, went through 3 bumpers, before I informed them I had an AMG sport edition, clearly marked on the back of the car, then after 7 weeks, they fixed it, lacking the knowledge of a burned out headlamp, that took almost a week, then after I spent out of pocket, almost 400 for rental fees, they deducted $50 off my deductible, what a place, if I had known they were not knowkedgable, I would have taken my Mercedes somewhere thats qualified.I drive down the road after picking it up, and notice my tire pressure sensors are on.8 weeks, is way to long to finish a 10 day job.Never recommend this place.

I am very satisfied with this body shop. I was working with Kyle, and he made sure to keep me up to date about the progress they were making on my car after I got into an accident. Everything was fast, smooth and within the time frame I was originally given. Highly recommended.

I had a front bumper cover paint job done because Nissan had damaged it. After it was completed three days later i got the car drove it home and noticed the sides were not linked up like the clips were not clipped in so i returned it to them they said fifteen minutes to fix it but i waited 2.5 hours. Now Ive had the car back about six week and already on the right top it looks like there is no clear coat and its got a flat ruffled look. Ive only had a few different vehicles at the Auto Mall Body Shop but each time it had to be returned for something.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with my GEICO claim that was dealt with by the AutoMall Body Shop, and Shontelle Hardy in particular. Shontelle was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, and made what started out as an unpleasant event (a car accident) turn out very positively. The quality of work was far beyond my expectations. My car now looks NEW!! Thank you so much.

Have to give a shout out to the staff at the Body Shop. Peter - John (the Manger) and the Ford shuttle drivers Gary and Frank whom I got to know quite well.I had to take my car back repeatedly for some work to be done and they were totally awesome. They were polite professional and extremely willing to make sure the customer was happy. They went over and above what is expected from a Body Shop and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My car uses a very special painting process that was apparently very difficult to duplicate. After the accident, I did my research and pushed my insurance company to use the auto-mall body shop, I go to the dealer there for my normal maintenance anyway. Proven again, best place to go is the auto-mall. They only used new factory parts, worked with the dealer for the techy stuff and the paint turned out perfect. Yes, I would have liked it quicker, however if you want it right, it takes time. People need to remember the value in that. Anyhow, keep up the great work!

This place is very expensive and miss leading. Dont be fooled that they are the best around and are professional just because they are surrounded by car dealer ships. I dont recommend this place at all. If you notice from all the other posts, this place doesnt reply to comments. Just goes to show that they dont give a damn.

My auto insurance Adjustor sent all material to Bodyshop, I made appt to drop off vehicle & waited for my rental. Vehicle was ready on day I was told it would be. Vehicle looks great. Would refer to this Autobody shop.

Sitting here renting a car and the egotistic agent was given a message by the girls at the front desk. They said he literally crumpled the message and threw it away. I guess this Jeff cant be bothered she says. Apparently he cant be bothered because he oh so busy. I will never come here or send anyone here. He walks around like hes something and all I see is a jerk. Sadly they think this is professional....when their own employees say that they wouldnt even come there if they were in an accident. Tells you alot about a company.

DO NOT take your vehicle here to get repaired. They will cut any corner possible. I had my vehicle taken here after an accident and had to take it to a new dealership because of steering issues. Just to find out that they didnt put the hood on right, missed badges on the side, used so many after market parts etc. etc. Then I found out that the steering component wasnt even replaced and it has been bent this whole time (4 months later). This was completely rushed and not double checked. Very unimpressed especially considering my vehicle was less than a year old at the time. You would expect a very thorough job would be done on brand new vehicle.

They fixed my brand-new 2017 Chevy Colorado because somebody backed into it at work and I dropped it off Monday morning and I picked it up Wednesday morning and you cannot even tell that my truck has been fixed they did an awesome job and they were very fast and they even detailed my whole truck inside and out I am very happy with the quality work they performed and for also detailing my truck. The front corner passenger side of my car was hit while parked at work. I had requested that it be taken to the Mercedes Benz dealer for the repair work. Unbeknown to me at the time, the dealership contracts their body work out to this business. It took over 4 weeks to get the car repaired and back in my possesion. Now I know better.

Beware. Youre a number and itll be difficult to get updates on repairs. They will take forever to get to your car but then rush the job. Leave overspray on your windows plastic panels. Undercarriage. I guarantee they will give you paintwork with all sorts of defects only visible when you do a good inspection. Dirt will be trapped under the color coat because they dont properly prep your vehicle for paint or poorly cleaned paint booths.

They really did a great job fixing my car. When I got in my car I notice that I had things stolen out of my car. When I went to the front desk I ask to speak to the manager or the person in charge, she asked me what was the problem. I explain my issue and at the time she call for somebody to come speak to me. When a manger came out she address me as the manager of the car detailing department. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I told her what happen. Her response to me that nobody in her department steals. I explained to her that I wasn’t there to say if anybody in her department did it, and I was there to address the issue. I felt as if I was wrong for addressing the issue to them. Still to this day I never received a apology. So I call Gieco insurance company since they are my insurance and they was the reason why I was dealing with the Auto Mall Body Shop. I explained to them what was my issue and what happen. So they got in contact with a Gieco Rep that is station at the body shop. So he called me and he had to apologize for the Auto Mall Body shop actions. So if you take your car there take out all your personal belongings because it may come up missing.

I went in close to 9 months pregnant to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who was 16 at the time . The main thing I expressed was that I wanted something safe and reliable for her! After increasing our budject we finally decided on a CPO Ford Fusion . The car was in mint condition except for a small rip in the carpet which they promised to fix ! Little did we know this was going to be Minimal to what we were going to face in the next couple years . We left the dealership with the check ingine light on and I was told that it was because they gased the car with it on... ok so we drove the car back the next day and they made the light go off and a couple days later it happened again. So now we take the car back again and they give us a loaner till they fixed it . Meanwhile they contact us and let us know that we signed papers on the wrong car and the one we liked is a little more and if we wanted that car that I would have to go in redo the paperwork! Of course no problem I’m only about ready to have a baby . We go back redo all the paperwork and finally get the act back ! Meanwhile I’m still waiting for the carpet to come in for them to fix that as well l. 6 weeks later my daughter breaks down with the car overheating . 16 years old !!!!! The sent a tow truck to pick up the car and we are stuck with another loaner, meanwhile we kicked out 2k for a down payment, spent more than we wanted because they sold us the wrong car, made 2 month payments in a car we barely had. We get the car back this time I had reached to the head manager who promised me that everything was fixed and new carpet was installed car was good to go!! Car came back with carpets that were cut up and tucked under seats i couldn’t believe it and have pictures to prove it! Again I thought this is not real ! So they come pick up the car again and have it for another week. Finally car came back carpet was good and seemed to be running good . So we thought . So i’ll try to cut this nightmare short . My daughter was left stranded on 92 in Daytona because of the heating problem, heading to school, on top of a bridge in Saint Augustine and I could go on ! This car has been there AT LEAST 8 times I’m 2 years and it’s there right now !!!! 4 times this year ready . I’ve talked to every manger they keep making promises they can’t keep . Please be aware of buying a car from here ! I asked for a safe reliable car for my daughter and it’s bren nothing but a nightmare! She could have gotten seriously injured a couple of the times, thank God nothing happened!!! What if ? What if the time at the bridge, what if the time on 92 when it was dark ? I hope this doesn’t happen to any of you guys, look into a dealership that is honest, and with integrity.

My car is baby, I dont let my girlfriend or mother near it. Needless to say I have high standards when my car has work done, especially paint. The Automall body shop not only did great work, but provided great communication updates throughout the process. If youre a car guy who cares about your car this is a place you want to take your car.

They had our vehicle for a month for some frontal cosmetic damage. When we got it back they had things that were only done half way, and things that werent done at all. After making a list of all the things still needing repaired (probably 10-12 different problems pointed out) and taking ANOTHER month, after getting it back the second time we still have to take the car to a different shop to have it finished being repaired. Absolutely horrible. They had the car 2 months and its still not repaired all the way. Save yourself the trouble and find a body shop that actually takes pride in their work.

Have had work done here a few times but I will say that the receptionist Janine or however it’s spelled was so rude today I wanted to just get up and leave. I called a day prior to coming in to make appt if available which they ignored when I asked, and told them who my insurance was, get in today EARLY and her attitude was “we don’t write that company”. She didn’t say that on the phone yesterday when I told her the company! (Mind you I just got done paying my $500 deductible HERE a little over a month ago for a different claim!!) Then they left me sitting forever while the guy I had to see helped everyone who came in after me first. Horrible customer service as I sit and listen to them complain and be rude behind the desk. On another note the estimator Jeff is very nice and knowledgeable and made up for the rude receptionist on this visit as he was able to help me even though the rude receptionist told me he couldn’t.

I was in a car accident about 3 years ago. My car was fixed in this shop. They did a terrible job, I could not accept the repairs twice because the vehicle looked totally wrong. Parts did not fit rightseat belts did not work, painting job peeling after one year warranty expired. Do not take your vehicle to this shop. Besides bad work, they have really bad customer service. They took a long time to get my car to be acceptable and they keep switching car rentals for me just to save money.

I have had a ridiculous experience with the Auto Mall Body Shop. After being in an accident where I was not at fault, Geico had my car taken there to be fixed. My car was there for about six weeks. It had been estimated around three, there was never a call to explain delays or even a call to tell my I was not going to be picking up my car on the date I was told. I could never get into contact with the Geico representative Shantell, who I would call multiple times before and after her lunch and leave messages and would not be called back for days. Not only did it take over six weeks, but I received my car and had to return because they had not fixed it correctly. They fixed one of the problems quickly and I had a good experience with the manager. But, I had to return because half of my wheel was not working 9butons wouldnt work and would not light up). I am still currently waiting for a loaner car, entering the fourth week from when they told me one would be available. Have received attitude from the Geico rep and manager. It has been four months since my accident and I am still dealing with their ridiculous customer service and disregard for wasting my time.

Still dealing with a horrible experience even after a rear end collision. i was told by the opposite end insurance company that my bumper will be replaced. to start, communications SUCK! i was barely able to ever get ahold of anyone in that whole department about the status of my car. initially i relayed what the insurance company told me, to the auto mall, but they insisted on repairs rather than replacement. upon inspection they found further damage which obviously required a bumper replacement (again why didn’t they do that initially). so now this is two weeks in waiting for bumper repair/parts to come in. it gets even better when the representative handling my case has been out of work for the past week and a half and i can not get ahold of a single person to update me about my cars status. now three weeks in, my car is actually all ready to be approved and taken home (given they did a good job) but i’m still not able to pick it up until the insurance company pays them. so i’m stuck without a car for three weeks now, even though it’s fully fixed, and i’m relying off rides from friends. they never even once offered a loaner vehicle either during this repair period. not once. help yourself by NOT. TAKING. YOUR. REPAIRS. HERE.

Friendly staff, worked hard to accommodate last minute work. Paint job was well below any standard, bubbles and imperfections everywhere. Body work had to get redone for poor and rushed work. Just sloppy bottom dollar work overall. Never again.
