Great group of people who work here. We own Pink Power Cleaning and they have painted 12 cars for us in the last 2 years.There was one car that did have an issue about 5 months after it’s paint job and when I let them know they fixed it right up for me.If they feel that their may be a better solution or if is something that they do not do they will let you know someone who is able to take care of it for you. This did happen for me when I wanted a set of powder coated rims, they gave me the companies name where to get it done at and that company was also quality.

They painted the wrong color the first time..but was corrected the second time... between taking my can in and finally getting my car was way too long... not sure if I would recommend Maaco to people!

They fixed my left front lights, tire and left driver door after a car accident. Good as new.

A cheap paint job is not a good paint job. This is more less a drive thru paint shop. It’s a joke. After they paint you car do not go threw the car wash because the paint will come off. A lot of over spray on everything and they do not tape anything off. If you want a good quality paint job go to a real body shop and pay the extra money. It’s well worth it

This place is so amazing and did such a great job on my husbands truck. I had done too sharp of a turn and ended up scraping the side against a stone pole. We took it here and they had it looking brand new like nothing has even happened to it. Im so thankful that I found them and chose to take my business here. If I have anything else that needs done to vehicles I will always come here and I will recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their vehicles.

Good estimate and quick inspection of the car to give u quote for dent and paint. The place is bit out of city but seems worthy.

They left some white paint on the trim and it took quite a while, three weeks to get the car back but OK beside that.

I when there on a Wednesday they told me will be ready by Tuesday and then I wasnt then i called on Wednesday a week after i dropped t off and was told I was just getting ready for paint and that they will call me the next day. I didnt get any calls I had to called them back on the fallowing Friday just so they could tell me that my bumper was just painted it that morning and that i would have to pick it up on Monday. I wouldnt have care about the time they took to paint a bumper i didnt like is that they lie to me told me one thing and another then no calls not communicating or what so ever then no apologies at all. The color of my bumper is not the same btw.

No one in dayton wanted to paint my truck gave maaco a chance. Paid for the base coat clear coat and to have some minor body work done. Black is the hardest color to paint it shows every flaw. They did a awesome job and gave it a deep dark black paint job with mirror finish

Expensive & backed up 3 weeks. But they did recommend a great body shop with reasonable prices

As most would be, I was nervous to use Maaco, the price seemed too good to be true. Every Maaco is different and the one on Needmore is one of the better ones. The staff were all knowledgeable and helpful. I went with the preferred package and a color change on my e46 and couldn’t be happier. Although I did ALL of my prep work and taped off my trim, they did a fantastic job with the paint process. For $998, i couldn’t be happier with my choice at Maaco, I’ll definitely bring my vehicles back if I need to.

I drop my car off at Maaco 19 days ago. I’ve had called him three times and when I called them this past Friday on the 22nd they assured me my car will be ready today which is Monday the 25th. I said well I have the call back again? the owner said no we will call you back when he’s ready. I didn’t hear anything today I called back they are closed. I would never use Maaco again they had my car for three weeks. No courtesy calls that’s what I mention the second time I talk to the receptionist I said this makes no sense I haven’t had no updates I had to call twice already to check on my car. If I would’ve had a rental to my insurance company that rental will be for one week and I will have to pay for these next two weeks luckily I didn’t need a rental. No wonder my insurance company emphasize that they ordered the parts before I drop it off because they have dealt with Maaco up before.I would never use this company location again the customer service I’ve gone to the dogs are used to use them all other time but I’m very disappointed three weeks for bodywork and paint.

Gave me a quote over the phone of $75 to paint 1 fender flare. When I show up with it 4 week later the price jumps up to $100. I had them paint all 4 fender flares in 2017 for $250. There price are crazy now. I have more body work needing done on my other vehicles. That Ill take elsewhere

Had 4 fender flares painted. Very fast turn around time and the flares were about 90% awesome and then I found a big run down one fender. Not a big deal but just seemed like a small enough area that it should have been caught.

People were professional. Just needed a hood painted so all i needed was a paint match an i was happy. They met my expectations hood match vehicle color perfectly. Yes it wasnt perfect there were few little tiny spots where i thought they could of done better. But my personal experience i got what i wanted my vehicle is an 2005.I would do business again

Dropped truck for rust removal and paint job. Over 5 weeks later, and after not receiving any word on progress, etc. I received a call from an insurance company for MAACO, asking me where to send a check... i was a little taken back as i had no idea what he was referring too. Turns out, the shop was broken into and mine and other vehicles were damaged. Thiefs cut and stole catalytic converters from the truck and damaged O2 sensors. I contacted MAACO, who in turn, was very non chalant on the subject. They had “their “ shop look at this. They replaced catalytic converter. So at the end of 5 weeks I went to pick up my truck; whereas, i had gauge lights on, low oil pressure and no working speedometer. Guess “their” shop was told to fix minimal work. They had reset all codes, but fortunately for me, they came back on before I departed MAACO. I had one of MAACOs employee look at this, and eventually reset codes as well. Short lived. The lights were back on before I could make it home and i was without oil pressure or speedometer. Their shop said they would look at it again a few days later. Shorter story, i was stuck with bill to fix o2 sensors that were supposedly bad but not part of the damage created from the thieves.Fact, everything was working fine when the vehicle was dropped with MAACO 5 weeks earlier. And I certainly wouldn’t be spending $7.4k on a paint job for a truck with knowingly maintenance issues. Nor, after 27 years of federal service would i put my integrity on the line for a $250 invoice for something as silly as o2 sensors. But, your company just did...

Concerned that I didnt see anyone wearing masks during my visit. To each his/her own but I dont think its very wise to be unmasked working in a small office setting when Covid illnesses are the highest theyve ever been. Choosing to take my business elsewhere.

Dropped my bumper off to them to paint to my original car color and got a call to p/u a few days later. Reviewing the work there’s two look like dirt specks under the paint that showed up to the surface. Dissatisfied with the end result, didn’t care how long it took just wanted it done right! Tried to avoid high cost of the dealer... go figure!

This Macco located on North Dixie rip people off and lies within 2 working days. 45 days ago they painted one of my Dodge Grand Caravan van for $599 plus tax. Today when I asked about the car they said $589 plus tax and when I said its van they said $899.While Macco in Springbrough Pike and in Cincinnati would the paint job for van, SUV for $650.I wouldnt have to this North Dixie Macco if they were not closed.When u go there you will see how greedy they are.

Paint Job was good. But I ordered a bumper that didn’t fit that they didn’t try on my car emblems wouldn’t put on it it was a lot a little teach still stuck on my car. I just feel for me to speak at $2500 it should’ve been perfect

The entire process from walking in to ask about painting my car to picking it up was not just professional but pleasant. The advice of rep was correct and helpful in choosing proper color and level of paint. Masking and detail to a great finish on the car was exceptional. My car was completely cleaned and ready to go when I arrived. I am 125% satisfied.

Impressed with how quickly and affordable MAACO was able to get my car door repaired with new hinges and paint. I had to wait with my car, however not very long of a wait at all that day, they estimated a couple hours but I wouldn’t say it was longer than just an hour and a half. I know for a fact they will work with you in the financial aspect and get you what you need in a good time efficient manner. Great service!

This location is family owned and operated. It truly has a feel that they care about you instead of just your car. Ive had three vehicles painted already and every one was beautiful. I had my car painted and it was not the correct color. I told them twice of what color I even picked the color out. They told me it going to cost me more money for a repaint. Its the first and last time I WILL EVER TAKE MY CAR TO MAACO.

The quality of the paint job is excellent. The paint has a very high gloss shine. We did choose the better quality paint. They painted 2 other vehicles for us over 10 years ago and they also still have a nice shine. The owner of this location Dean has taken very good care of us and we will be back!

The paint looks great from far away. Up close it looks like they threw sand on the car prior to paint or clear coat. Sad never again. Also no touch up paint provided. The people who tape off the car must need glasses.Good luck if your desperate.

This Maaco is awesome. I have had nothing but great service and quality work done at this location. The guy I spoke with was very straight forward with great advice and very fair pricing. My experience with Maaco was second rate due to poor quality of the work and lack of timely finish. The work order extended two additional days because of issues that were the fault of the crew performing the work. The owner had to issue me a discount due to unsatisfactory service. I seriously doubt that I will patronize the company again!

I have had three different occasions that I have used Maaco on Needmore Rd in Dayton and I have been very pleased with their work each time. I also like knowing they are a Christian family and would recommend them to anyone.

I got treated with great respect by an amazing staff. I got the urithane with the integrated clear. My car went from embarrassing to proud to be owned.

I just recently had a replacement bumper cover painted here and I have to say the service was awesome and they didn’t waste any time on getting it done and not to mention it looks GREAT!! I’d recommend to anybody who needs a repair or just a new paint job.

Manager was rude and absolutely, inflexible uncooperative in allowing my to directly pay for services over the phone. A little respect and courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead he all but guaranteed that I will never do business with Maaco ever again.

I had rust, dents and torn metal on the left side of my Ford Fusion. Maaco made it look like it came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend them. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Went there because they had a special on painting a car which sounded too good to be true. Once they gave us a quote, the price had more than doubled. Cant really tell you how good of a job they do because we didnt get it done there. They were polite.

Went with the base coat + clear coat service and had really good if not the best result. When I got the car back, it looked like a brand new, clean car coming off of the lot for the first time. I was worried that the paint wouldn’t match completely, or that something would have been missed. My car has a metallic color to it, and I heard that metallic colors are a little harder to work with. The staff was also very friendly. The manager came out to make sure I was satisfied and offered to touch anything up if I felt like something needed any touch-up work. I ended up driving off the lot very pleased to have basically a brand new looking car.

Supper happy with the AMAZING work the guys did on my late Grandpas 1985 VW Westfalia.... I know he is smiling down from the heavens.

Took my VW CC to be painted and body work and over all they did a nice job. Just had some white paint on my chrome trim and you can tell where they tapped off certain areas.

The manger or the owner was rude. I been with them for a year and brought lot and lot of parts, even paint 7 Whole cars. Every time I have some comment or something complain they been rude to response.
