This company exceeded all of my expectations in every single way. From timing to quality of work and excellent customer service. Im glad I gave them a chance to prove me wrong and they did just that excellently.. Felt like Im driving a new car. Find below before and after pictures of my car.

I had to have my rear lift gate replaced. Caliber collision took two days longer than they said to get my car back to me. When I picked up my car the bottom seal for my rear window wasnt seated at all which I immediately pointed out to them. I was told they would order a new seal and call me to set up an appointment to fix the issue. I waited 3 business days to hear back before I took the initiative to call Caliber myself. When I called it seemed to me that they didnt even know I had an issue in the first place and they scheduled me in the very next day. After redoing the seal I went on my way only to notice the exact same issue a couple days later. I refuse to bring my vehicle back to Caliber Collision for this or any issue in the future. As a side note, I had to use the restroom while waiting for the seal to be repaired and two of the three stall were out of order. When I flushed the toilet in the one open stall it immediately backed up. I dont understand how any business worth its salt can allow its facilities to reach such a state.

I had to get the bumper on my Subaru fixed and not all full extent of the damage was unknown until they removed the bumper. We receivedupdates throughout the process, our car looks absolutely beautiful and it was fixed much quicker than I would of expected. I amso grateful

I had my car repaired there. Was originally told it would take 5 days to fix but they had it ready in 2!! Repairs looks great! I want to give a special shout out to Nikki! I left my remote to my garage door in the rental and she went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to me!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

My car was returned after body and trim work was performed and it looked like I almost had a brand new car. I was very pleased with the care taken by Caliber and Collision.I would recommend this repair shop for any and all repair body work needs.

If you take your car to another body shop, your really missing out on great service! Abra Auto Body is a step above the rest! The customer service was amazing, the text updates of the process was amazing, my tech kept in contact with me at every step. Also the repair was super clean, dont believe me? Look at the pictures, before and after you cant even tell it was damaged. I would strongly recommend this bodyshop!

Wouldnt recommend for newer vehicles. If your car is older with damaged paint and you just need a functional repair they would be fine, but my car came back with scratches and marring of the clear coat that wasnt present when it was dropped off, to include not being present in the before pictures. Its just poor care taken during repairs, Ill find a small shop that cares about their reputation rather than a chain next time.

Took my car to Caliber for repair following an auto accident. Other than a little hiccup at the beginning, when the tech failed to move ahead after assessing the damages, the service was very adequate and communication was timely. Repairs were completed approximately 2 days later than anticipated, but my car looks like new. It was returned to me in immaculate condition. I would use Caliber again.

Overall alright experience. The most important thing is my car repairs turned out great. Could have been cleaner on pick up, a bit better on communication, and the rental cars need some real work, in my opinion. Still pretty decent.

Absolutely amazing! Just picked my car up today and it is perfect exactly before my car was hit. Tiffany was super nice and was able to get my car back to me earlier than expected I was absolutely wowed with the service I have never been in a situation needing my car repaired and was scared how my car would look and it was beyond what I expected just so happy with everything.

Jarrod who helped with the estimates and when I dropped my truck off was super sweet! He handled everything right away and all my questions even though my truck was a bit of a problem child! Mr Tony who helped with when I picked my truck up was very nice and accommodating to my schedule! Helped put some of the final pieces back on my truck so it looked perfect! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any work done!

I thought my SUVwould be totaled after accident but it was not. After Caliber worked their magic, my car looks brand new, drives great. I am amazed at the quality. I feel like they rebuilt my vehicle and I honestly didn’t know what to expect before I saw it. I was pleasantly pleased and VERY VERY GRATEFUL to Caliber. The folks there are great and do an excellent work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else to make those repair. Hope to never need them again but if so, I am going to Caliber.

Tim, Anna, & Tiffany (the GM), were absolutely amazing! They were so professional, pleasant and thorough. I have an ‘18 Jeep Grand Cherokee, so I’m very particular about who touches my SUV. I’ve been dreading making a claim & getting my car in the shop to fix my door from a hit & run. They seriously made it so incredibly easy & effortless. You can never tell it was damaged. This is the second time they repaired my vehicle, and I will ALWAYS bring my baby back here!

So first my mom went there first because insurance told her to. It took A MONTH to fix her car because parts were on “back order” then told my mom they didn’t know how to fix it just for my mom to take it somewhere else and they fixed it the NEXT DAY. Then someone else hit my car 3 MONTHS AGO and my car went to caliber as well because insurance said to take it there once again. They’re saying my parts are on “back order” too and now i have to pay 400 for a rental because it took so long and insurance only covers it up to 30 days. Also I’m picking up my car today after 3 months and muffler is still not fixed. So i’ll have to bring it back and wait for a hour for that to get fixed which is very inconvenient.

Only supposed to take up to a week of work and ended up a month without being properly fixed without the right car parts for my yr make & model

I had to bring the vehicle in four times! and a week later I am still waiting to have the vehicle repaired after damage done by caliber. The original work done to remove dings was done well, however; there were chips or nicks in the vehicle that were not there when the vehicle was dropped off. They agreed to repair that but now that brings the car value down!

Do not rent the car from Enterprise and pick up from this store! They are tricking on customer together ! They gave you the car with damage and you are not easy to see ! After I return the car back ten days ! They call me the car have a damaged! Please see the picture how can I cut the machine without the car do not have any damage? The manager is really stupid! They are tricking on insurance!!

I usually never write reviews but I was NOT impressed at all with this body shop! They took forever and paid them thousands of dollars to get it fixed. I had to call multiple times during the weeks it was being fixed and every time I would call they would never get anywhere! The car is fixed, but how SLOW this place runs is ridiculous!! I would never come back again.

Ignore the old bad reviews! This location was fantastic! My car was needed the windshield and side window and mirror replaced, and my dash was scuffed. When I used the Geico app to start my claim, it suggested using an Auto Repair Xpress location, and the closest one in Dayton was ABRA on Webster. I was a little nervous because of the previous reviews, but trusted that Geico wouldnt use a shop that didnt do quality work, so I booked my appointment through the app. Thankfully my instinct was right! I showed up and Cameron from ABRA, Nathan from GEICO, and Dustin from Enterprise were all amazing gentlemen who walked me through each step of the process! I was nervous that my car might have been totaled, but Nathan explained that he does not like to be the grim reaper for cars and he would do everything he could to get me the best repairs for the value without going over the total amount. The best news was that he was able to negotiate to skip the minor dash repairs and waive my $500 deductible (I can live with some minor cosmetic scratches.) I got a great Enterprise rental that was covered by my insurance. I picked up my car within 7 days of dropping it off and it looked like a new car to me, and I didnt owe a single penny! The icing on the cake was that when I got there, they were closing in 5 minutes. I hadnt had time to get the rental gas tank filled up, so I was ready to pay the extra fee for that. But Cameron said, go ahead and go fill it up; I will pull your car up while we wait for you; we wont close til you get back. He did not have to be that kind and stay late on a Friday night because of my lack of planning ahead, but he did! I told all of them exactly what I wrote here, and that they all deserve rave reviews on their surveys. Apparently they have had several owners in the past that didnt maintain this level of customer service expectations, but David is leading his team here to go above and beyond. Thank you ABRA!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I wish there always an option to give zero stars because they gave zero cares about the satisfaction of their customers and the quality of their work. We had two vehicles go in for hail damage repair. One vehicle took over a month to get back. Both vehicles had to be sent back into the shop after they did their quality control. The vehicle that was there for over a month came back scratched, filthy inside, personal belongings missing, stains in the seats, random hardware missing or loose in the vehicle, pieces of repair materials in the floors/seats/trunk deck. If management cared about the quality of work they put out they should get more involved in the process. Abra, please feel free to contact me if you care!!!!**Update - After reading this review I was contacted by a member of Abras management staff. After a long conversation on the phone about general quality management and sending photos of the condition of the vehicle, I was assured that Abra cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Abra reimbursed us for the expenses we incurred replacing missing belongings and cleaning the interior of the vehicle. It is refreshing to see management step up to the plate and take care of their customers. I have changed the rating I gave in response to these actions.

Good communication throughout the process. Covid caused serious delay in scheduling as it took nearly 2 full weeks for a repair determined to be four days initially.

Slowest and laziest service ever. Brought car to this shop after someone broke in and ripped out the center console. It took them three full MONTHS of holding the car in their shop, just to determine it was totaled. The entire time they texted every few days saying the repair was “delayed.” They gave this message probably 30+ times with poor explanation every time. After the total loss determination, they delayed sending the paperwork to my insurance company until I called and pressed them to actually do it. I would give 1 star, but at least they were generally polite.

As any car owner would be worried about a body shop taking care of their vehicle, I had those. Though, my experience was very easy, on time and I actually enjoyed working with them. I received texts almost everyday that informed me of the progress made, had a delightful conversation with the woman at the front desk (Anna) and really want to thank Tiffany for going above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. Certainly recommend.

I have been there twice for repairs on two different vehicles. They did an outstanding job on both vehicles. Customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Very successful establishment that has many locations throughout (at least S.Easten) Ohio. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The claims adjuster was young but was extremely helpful, friendly and was thorough in his evaluation of my damaged vehicle. He took several pictures and made sure that he included my input as a guiding factor in his evaluation. I think its important to keep the customer in the loop even if its the insurance company that has the final say on the repairs.

Worked very well with me and problems I had the were quick to resolve and restore back to perfection. Hands down great customer service and great body shop to get my vehicle back on the road within a few weeks

After a parking lot collision my front passenger door would not fully open because it would get caught on the dent on the quarter panel. GEICO sent me to Caliber Collision for repairs. I showed up to my appointment and asked if they could help at all with my deductible. They informed me that since they were a chain business that they must do repairs in accordance with their corporate policies. No adjusting the price for repairs. They checked out the damage and told me the parts I would need to get if I wanted to do the repair myself since it was only the panel that needed repair. They took the pictures and contacted GEICOs adjuster for me (who promptly replied). They also had a technician pull out the panel dent enough for the door to fully open, no charge. They were extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process.

I was impressed with the work done, but super unimpressed with the fact that they put over 100 miles on my car and left it with 30 miles till empty (dropped it off with over a quarter tank, my car generally gets around 500 miles to the tank) after having it for less than a week. They took my air fresheners off my vents for absolutely no reason and tossed them into the passenger seat... which in itself isn’t a huge deal, but it’s clear to me that they don’t have respect for a customer’s vehicle. I won’t ever use them again.

Great service quick in & out

This place is okay for some people. If you need same day service for a claims adjustment, they wont do it. GEICO only finally worked with me after I cancelled my policy. ABRA wanted me to just sign and go with the flow when some of the things they wanted I could not do due to my job. In the end I was able to get a check and get the work done myself . I had to make a little waves but was happy in the end!!

Great work on my car, my insurance company sent me there after an accident. However, a worker decided to contact me through social media (different name so its unclear how he found me) to make comments on my physical appearance. Completely inappropriate and I dont feel comfortable going back.

Great auto body repair

Im giving one star because the original CS person from the call center was very nice and because I have to assume the work would have been done correctly to my car.The negative four stars are for the terrible customer service from the Webster St location itself.I attempted to drop off my car first thing in the morning and after being ignored for over 30 minutes (in which time I listened to them bad mouth other customers on multiple occasions and every employee seems miserable) the person handling my car repairs finally arrives.After informing me my car will likely be taken to another shop to be worked on because theyre so busy (he said by flatbed but based on reviews I think they occasionally drive it to another location) we attempt to look at my car and shortly were informed they wont have a rental for me.The rental was supposed to be setup by Abra.He calls the rental place and tells me they wont have a car for me until 1pm. I arrived at 8 and its already close to 9. Apologizes in a very uncaring way, he admits they dropped the ball.That evening I call them to see if I can come by after work, which I can but *I* have to call the car rental place and there is a deposit that no one told me about (the repairs and rental are being covered by the insurance of the driver who hit me)Im annoyed at the lack of relayed information, the blatant lack of caring about their customers and our time. My vehicle and I will NOT be back.

A job well done

Highly organized, professional shop. My Pre Op Manager was able to determine damage that I thought was part of what one incident caused; actually was caused by another and completely separate event. I was completely surprised and had no idea what had happened to my car, so I started to investigate. I discovered that a car parked next to me in the carport area where I live had backed into me in the carport. That discovery saved false charges against my insurance company and kept my neighbor from getting away without paying for the damage he caused to my car. I was going to call the Sheriff Dept. but he begged me to let him pay me for the damage. All this from the experience and professionalism of the Abra Auto Body Repair of America.

Do good work, I had to take the car back twice for small issues, but the paint work was top notch blended well, but panel fitment was less than perfect and when they buffed it they left swirl marks but when I called they got it in next day and made it right, the front bumper was not fitted right, but again made a call and they took care of it, so all in all other than the inconvenience having to go back they do great work

When I initially picked up my car the first time. It had a few mistakes on it and some work that was not done. Tiffany, the manager went out of her way to get my car back in the same day I informed her of the problem. She also set me up in a free rental and took her time to listen to me and we came up with a plan to get my car back to its original shape. I think the mistake were on both sides and lack of communication between the insurance adjuster and the inspector at the body shop. Thank God Tiffany, the manager stepped in and saved the day!! Worst experience here, worst service here. The employees do not care about the customer, the managers do not either. All they think is that they can have large amount of customer from insurance companyAnd, finally just remind everyone who plan to go to this place, do not trust any word they are telling you. I made a big mistake to trust the employees there, waste additional time and money.Just to update, never try to contact their manager if something bad happen. Their manager or supervisor do not care about you, they do not even reply to you. You can not do anything, all you can do is forget about it, and never be back again.

This company ONLY works for the insurance company NOT the customer. Took my car here of course because of being pressured by the insurance company to do so because that was the only shop in the area that they deal with. Worst mistake in my life was trusting a damn company that works for an insurance company. They will only do repairs to get the car passable by the insurance company. Make this place your very LAST choice to go!!! I cant express that enough. My vehicle still wobbles and has road noise

**********DONT EVER EVER GO TO THIS SHOP************I will not recommend either GEICO or this shop for any repair. The 2 main reason 1. Costly and 2. To many days to get your vehicle back.I dropped my car on Oct-09 to estimate the damage(Geico) and for repair. The estimate was around 4K.Its a straight forward repair to replace the bumper and the fender and some little paint works.I have been informed it will be done in a week.When i called to inquire today Oct-17 ( 7 working days), the reply was they ordered aftermarket replacement and it did not fit . So they ordered another OEM and its yet to arrive. So the 7 days is a waste. While dropping the car for repair, I did not sign to use after market replacement. BUt they tried after market product. I dont know why they have the signing formalities. I still dont know when i will get my car back or what will be the estimate again .just because of their GEICO tie up, they increase the estimate double and delay the repair to justify the bill.Note: Before dropping here, I checked a near by shop for estimate . It was < 2K and the repair could have been fixed within a week .**********DONT EVER EVER GO TO THIS SHOP****************************NO GEICO & NO ABRA******************

Poor communication and iffy workmanship. Took two weeks longer than estimated time of repair and the car started making a screeching noise on the side they fixed. They made 3 attempts to fix it to no avail. They somehow kept buying defective axles. When I called the last time, Greg said old cars go bad. Its not an old car and it didnt make the noise before the accident. I had to take it to another mechanic who fixed it in an hour. Abra had improperly installed a tie rod end. Overall a frustrating experience.
