Has been a good to if Loews is out of things. The store is great but employees are rude sometimes. Its a clean store just marked 3 stars because of employees.
Service was great! No long wait, the Lady in kitchen appliances, very kind and helpful. Had to return next day, manager was so very helpful and kind also. My product was ordered and has been delivered.Appreciate great service!
Placed an order for 2 space heaters. The management was gracious enough to get the product out of stock for me. I personally want to thank. Ms Keisha. For her outstanding customer service. I bought paint yesterday and after waiting well over a half an hour to have someone come and tinted the color we left. We were the third in line to get help. I returned this morning to get the paint tinted. Again, no one at the paint desk. I finally flagged down the return guy who was great. He tinted my paint. I then when to the electrical dept and the item I needed was not on the shelf. I could not find any help to see if they had more. I went to Lowes.
Helpful knowledgeable people on the floor as well as cashiers. Everybody knew what they were doing. very pleasant experience.
This morning I went to the store to purchase a ring spotlight camera. I went to customer service, and the young lady pointed me to the self checkout area. When I approached the lady working that area I asked her if I could purchase the item. Her immediate response was so dismissive. She stated Im over here by myself, I dont have time to be digging in that corner. Then she got on the radio and called Eric from electronics. Mean while several others customers came up and she more than polite and ready to help them. Eric arrived and got me the item that I came to purchase. Funny thing is the corner that the lady was talking about was literally, three feet from her. Eric scanned the product and asked if I wanted the warranty. As he walked away he mentioned to the self check cashier that I purchased the warranty. She said well the booklet is right behind the counter, to which he responded the customer doesnt know that. She then walked over and threw the brochure on the register and walked away. As I was headed out the door she asked did you brag the brochure for the warranty? I asked is that what that was that you just threw my direction? I grabbed it and walked out, this lady has a huge customer service problem. If it werent for Eric I would of just left there and probably not return.
New screens on self checkout are very nice. Found what I was looking for. It was a good day!
Always friendly helpful staff.Twice in past 2weeks an employee ran across the parking to help me load blocks, mulch, lumber, concrete, ect. They always stop whatever they are doing to go to a customers aid!
Home Depot is my favorite place besides Menards but love this place. Theyve got everything and their staff is Awesome too.
This store has gone down to complete chaos. This store thrives on the hard labor of majority high school graduates and college students, with low inadequate wages in comparison to their competitor across the street because they are young people. Despite the struggle to provide good quality customer service, some if not most of the young workers are poorly trained and eventually are self-taught. The management is disappointing and it’s truly sad to witness how poorly management treats their workers due to favoritism and carelessness to listen to their workers whenever they have a problem. There’s a couple that are okay, but the rest is despicable from a professional point of view. To have more money in their pockets, they tend to unnecessarily fire more workers than to hire more workers but still have the propensity to hire college students or high school graduates; consistently ignores the concerns of the lives of the workers and attempts to mess up their scheduling by forcing hours they can’t work or drastically cutting hours; and by paying them low wages. The cleanliness of the building from either overnight or during business hours should be considered a consistent safety hazard as soon as you walk in the doors. Once again the management does not seem to listen to their workers’ needs to keep up with cleanliness and performance improvement and are not awarded for their hard work. But let it be any corporate manager roaming the store, the whole store suddenly looks better than the one in Miamisburg. If you are to ever shop here and you see a young worker, understand that despite how they perform, all poor performances reflect on how their managers treat them and establishing their store to represent a company.

We went to Home Depot yesterday to purchase a replacement part for our toilet. We found that they offered lots of options, and we are very happy with what we chose. We also purchased a new refrigerator. The appliance specialist (Irma Williams) was very knowledgeable, and as sweet as can be! I will be contacting her when we are ready to purchase our new washer and dryer! We are very excited about our refrigerator delivery!

I have shopped at Home Depot for 20+ years all over the USA and this is the worst one I have ever been on too.1. Thair is never a employee around to help you2. If you can you find an employee they dont know anything about for what you need3. The checkout people are either rude or incompetent.4. The tool rental is slow and never give you any info on the tools.I will never go back to the Home Depot in trotwood, OHIO agien.I will go across the street to lowes

BAM!A middle aged, short, Mexican appears from within the depths of the Depots endless rows of wonderess merch!! And like a stunningly tanned angel, He said unto me ..Hola, u-blah HA! Ahhh?? Tee-kitty Tuh-flokeety!His smile grew bigger and more sincere with each word.I couldnt help but cringe with confusion.That has nothing to do with the humidity... Anyways..I forced a smile, His Home Depot apron demanded respect. Top shelf, guys....

They subcontract and the service is awful!!. No professionalism, failed to deliver major appliances to my home. The truck broke down. Only notified of this after calling 800 #, they were not even going to call. I paid thousands of dollars to a company that could care less about accountability. I have to wait several days on a questionable subcontracter to come to my home, Im afraid because these people sound lazy and haphazard.

Bought a refrigerator on 1/30/21 was given a delivery date of 2/19/21. The delivery truck broke down. Got a second delivery date of 2/23/21. The delivery truck got to my house without my refrigerator. Got a third delivery date 2/26/21. The refrigerator showed up severely damaged. Got a forth delivery date of 3/12/21 and given the opportunity to buy a second refrigerator by Sam (management) then return after the first refrigerator gets to my house. No thank you Home Depot.Now waiting who knows how long to get my money back. Because Home Depot wants to make sure that a refrigerator don’t get delivered to my house.
This was my 4th stop looking for replacement registers for a customer. Not only did they have the sizes I needed, the whole selection was well stocked, well organized, and easy to find the ones I needed. 👍

Worst customer service ever! Stood at the paint counter waiting for the MANAGER to come and help cause no one knew where the associate was that’s suppose to be assisting. People ahead of me stood a lot longer than I did. If it wasn’t for needing behr stain I would have left!!! This store sucks!!!!

Nothing but positive things to say about home depot. They sold me paint samples(lowes would not) also paint staff was so much more helpful than lowes.. today was my first time needing to make a return, I had a recipet but had heard horror stories about people having issues with home depot but im happy to say that it was one of the easiest returns Ive ever made. Staff is helpful and respectful, lowes should take notes.
Sure they got what you need, but they are high dollar expensive.I can remember when a 4x8 sheetOf plywood went for $5, now its $80.

The store itself is easy to navigate around, clean, and stocked. The lot is usually clean. Sometimes it can be hard to find staff.
Home depot is better than lowes and they offer a military discount
The absolute BEST customer service I’ve had at any hardware store. Eric Alexander cut down my 4x8 sheets exactly (a very specific way) how I asked with precise measurements. I’ve been to other HD’s and Lowe’s where they could not manage it. He was awesome and we will come back just for him.
The phone rings a lot. When they answer you get put back on hold only to get hung up on. Guess Ill go to Lowes; Im tired of this bs.

Im glad I followed my instincts and stopped at the Trotwood location instead of driving out to Beavercreek. Im very happy that I found the flooring that I was looking for.

I want to share with you our experience while visiting your Trotwood, Ohio store on March 13, 2021 around 3:30 pm. Our family of four traveled from Saint Marys, OH to your Trotwood store with the intention of purchasing a $600 saw. The 10 Dewalt Table saw. We had done our research and your store was the closest to us that had it in stock. Online it showed us you had 4 available in store. We loaded the children and made the hour plus drive, upon arriving at your store we stopped one of your employees, an older gentleman with grey hair, I unfortunately did not get his name nor could I see a name tag. I asked for help getting the 10 saw as it wasnt stored underneath your display model. He looked at me point blank and told me your store didnt carry it. I pointed right at the display and said its right here on display. He looked under the saw and also saw that you didnt have any underneath the display model. He then began to insist I purchase the 8 1/4 saw instead. When I continually explained I needed the 10 inch saw, he scanned the barcode which showed him there were 4 in stock. He then told us he would go check upstairs. He walked away and we waited for 20 minutes before he returned telling us you had none in stock. I showed him where my phone said that you in fact had 4 in stock. He used his handheld device to scan the item again and still seemed very adamant that your store had none in stock. Then started stating that your company had just done inventory and it could have been entered wrong. He then proceeded to try to talk me into purchasing a chop saw ($300 LESS than the table saw I drove over an hour to purchase). We started to walk away frustrated and disappointed. We walked by aisle 15 and noticed you had some Dewalts stored up above the shelves in some netting. My wife and I started looking at all the compartments and low and behold my wife found all three missing 10 table saws at the farther end of the aisle. I immediately went back to the clerk and told him we found them and asked him again for assistance, as I know employees must get them down. He told me he would be there in a moment. Another 15 minutes go by and we are still waiting for this gentleman to help us. We are now at 35 mins of waiting for something that should have only taken mere moments to get our hands on. As I wander away to look for someone else to help us the clerk walks away from another customer to ask my wife where she found it. She walked him down the aisle and showed him where it was and even made the comment that she didnt understand why it was separated from the other saws. His comment to her was that with the inventory people were finding any open space to shove things in. She then commented on the sign underneath the space stating that it was mapped out on their devices. He blew her off and said he would go find someone to get a lift to get it down. Upon returning empty handed on finding another employee that could help us my wife tells me he was getting a forklift to get the saw down. We wait another 20 minutes and he returns to us saying that the forklift driver he found isnt available for another 20 mins. So we have already been standing in this aisle for 55 minutes wanting to make a $600 purchase that we drove over an hour to make. He tells us not to move and he would see if he could find another driver to help us. At this point our children could no longer sit still, we were getting very frustrated and after waiting another 15 minutes we left empty handed. While waiting for the clerk to find a forklift operator the gentleman he walked away from to help us approached my wife and asked her how long she had been waiting for help, she expressed he was obviously irritated that the clerk had left him to help her. Which we both feel he should have been. My wife explained that we were darn near an hour and he stated that this gentleman had been assisting him for over an hour as well.

If there was a negative star ot would be for home Depot. We tried to find someone to help us out.we was going to buy a storm door. No one was willing to take the time to help out. They were to busy talking to other employees about what they were doing after work. That was over by the olive rd in Dayton Ohio.So we went to Lowes down the street and got the items. So home depot lost alot of money from us today by the way the employees was acting
Typical Home Depot. But the staff at the returns desk were very knowledgeable in directing me straight to the items I had come for. I was in and out quickly. I didnt have someone trying to pressure me into self checkout. Good trip
I ordered online waited till after they [text me to let me know my order was ready (3 items)Phoned the curbside dept as asked on the sign, said Theyd be right out, waited 15 more minutes then walked in and the girl was just walking up with the snake I ordered. Then kinda rude while I continued to wait. I could have gotten it faster myself and not had to wait for curbside. If your gonna offer it Please put employees there that also like that job. If I didnt love the store already I wouldnt come back. Dont tell customers your orders ready and you come 2 hours later and they hadnt even started on it. Ridiculous.

Ok usually I dont go to home depot.. I go the other route.. In this instance I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was immaculate in cleanliness, well stocked, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.. I recommend this this location with a 5 star rating and hope you visit soon..

Store service was great when we asked where the respirators were... However the clerk ignored us twice at the self checkout counter. The bathroom was DISGUSTING, there were feces all over the floor in the 3rd to last stall to the point where I got too scared to walk anywhere else in there and ended up washing my shoes. This store needs to step it up seriously.

I love home depot. I by plants from here and I love them. I buy paint and all kinds of things for remodeling. I love the solar lights I bought for my walkway and yard. And they are very reasonably priced.
Horrible service from the tool Rental. First, the staff were not sure how to use machine, so no directions given before I left, but rely no big deal. Went to use machine and it wouldnt turn on. Tried a few minutes later and oil started dripping out every time I pulled the string. Took it back to Rental place but they still wanted to charge me for the entire 24 hours! Did not offer another rental. Finally offered to only charge me a 4 hour Rental instead of 24 hours, but still not right. I paid for a 4 hour Rental and could not use the machine. Make sure your tools work before leaving the store!
I go there all the time. The cashiers are really friendly. Mercy is at the register by the Pro Desk and always has a big smile when she greets customers. Many of the guys who work there have experience in the trades in the department they work in. Like a plumber works in the plumbing department etc. Very helpful people.
Needed 3 items, used the app to go straight to the isle and bin location. I was in and out super fast. Masks on and sanitizer at check out. Great stop.
