Service was great. Some appliances are high priced for the condition they are in. I bought a basic Amana washer/dryer set for $599. A basic freezer above refrigerator for $299 that was full of mold in the freezer. Other than a few scratchess on the front, the only other thing I noticed was a very distinct smell which I thought was something they had cleaned with. Didnt find the mold until after the appliances were delivered and it was being cleaned.

This company and their warranty is a joke. I don’t recommend buying anything from here. Had a washing machine for 7 months it went out repair guy came out said this washier has been repaired before. I paid 399.00 and had to pay 99.00 deductible for a service guy to come out. Now the Insurance people are only offering me 175.00 and I have been battling with them since August and someone with their company offered me 250.00 through their chat and the gentleman tried to argue and say wouldn’t give that till I showed proof. This company and the warranty company is a joke and they sound like nothing but a scam. Sell used stuff and say it’s scratch and dent.

Well on sunday me and my mother went looking for a specific set of washer and dryers that will be used at one of there rental properties, the gentalmen that helped. Us was knowledgable and ahowed us exactly what we wanted we ended up gettjng a set of comercial washer and dryers brand was speed queen very nice simple cut and dry built in the US with a 5 year manufacture warrenty cant wait to have them at the property . They sell stoves that don’t work I recently bought a stove from them and they won’t give you a 30 day warranty instead is 24hour because they already know they’re faking. These other reviews are paid for so be careful. Wouldn’t advise anyone to buy appliances from them unless you want to offer your money to them for dead stuff.

This establishment doesnt inspect their inventory before selling or just do not care. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from them in December of 2020. Since then, this refrigerator has broken twice. Once in April and I am currently going through a two month battle with their shotty warranty company that is incompetent of getting things right. In return, purchasing from them has caused me mental anguish and I would just like to warn people before buying from this establishment. I understand that these are used appliances but I should be able to get more than 4-6 months of use out of it!

Weve purchased several appliances from here. we have been pleased with them and every one that works here.Our newest purchase was a washer and dryer set we had an issue with the items so we called the store.they directed us to the warenty department.They responded quickly and we were able to find a resolution to the issue.They were very helpful and friendly as well.

Prestige home furnishings is hands down the best furniture store in Dayton, Ohio. I have been going to this store for my needs for the last 4 years. Each time the customer service was the best. Personally I like to work with BJ, his knowledge of all the products are the best. He has always shown genuine concern about what I need and the prices are the best. If you are ever in need of any home item I would make this your first stop.

I would rate zero if able, but that isn’t an option.My dad just bought a $600 washing machine from this place today at about 3pm. He got it home and hooked up and it wouldn’t even complete one wash cycle fully. He tried calling and calling the store, no one would pick up. I live close to the store so I went over to try and speak with someone. There was only one person working in there apparently, which by now it was about 7 so all other people may have been off. They talked to him on my phone and took his name and said they would have their manager call him right back. They didn’t have a manager call, they sent it to the warranty place. They have no customer service skills, first thing out of someone in customer service’s mouth at this point should have been an apology and trying to relate to the customer. None of that. First thing out of his mouth was about calling warranty. Refusing to give a refund on something that didn’t even work the first time same day, within 4 hours of it being purchased. I can understand if the washer had worked for a couple days or a week or something. But it never worked period, and all they will do is give you another one basically equal to what you purchased. They won’t give your money back, so basically I’m saying definitely beware. I know it says no refund but if something didn’t work at all to start with then that is bad business point blank. And the warranty people sound like a bunch of people sitting in their living room on the phones talking to each other “like he wants his money back, well they aren’t giving his money back he’s not getting it back” just very unprofessional. Why would he want another washer from them when the one didn’t work to begin with same day, and then everyone acts like they have no basic customer service skills. I mean, buyer beware is all I’m saying. Wouldn’t shop here unless you’re ok with adding more stress onto getting a simple appliance.

I was referred by a friend and have had a great experience with this place. the staff is very patient and understanding of my needs and never rushed me to make a decision. very happy with all my appliances, will be coming back for furniture in the future.

I would give a lower rating if allowed. I was injured and could not get to the store, so I purchased a Washer and Dryer set over the phone and was assured that this kind of thing was done all the time. The delivery guy was rude and didnt attempt to install the washer and didnt even try to move the dryer, saying there wasnt enough room. He told me that since I didnt measure first, that they would charge me to deliver a different dryer. When I told them I would like to just cancel the order, they told me that I would need to deal with the financing company and not them. Rather than go through that mess, I agreed to have them deliver a different dryer and they agreed to do that without charging another delivery fee. I ran the dryer just before leaving to visit a friend all day on the auto dry setting. When I returned, 6 hours later, the dryer was still running and the close were still slightly damp and they were cold. I didnt think much of it because I had a lot going on. The next time I did laundry, I noticed the dryer wasnt really drying. Called the line for customer service and it went straight to voicemail. In the voicemail greeting, the announcement suggests that even within the first 30 days that I needed to reach out to the manufacturer! For a product that hasnt worked since they brought it to me. No one returned my message and I left another one that also wasnt used. Called a local appliance repair company to fix the dryer and replace the heating element that is not functioning which I will pay at my own expense just so I can avoid ever dealing with this company again. I read some of their bad reviews and decided to do this anyway. LET ME WARN YOU AGAINST GIVING THESE SCAMMERS THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.UPDATE - I attempted to reach out to them to see what they would do about the dryer. They told me that they would send pictures for options for a new dryer and then they would someone out to swap it out. No one called - no one sent pictures for hours. I texted the number for customer service to ask why and I received a text that read - the sales reps are busy - come to the store and pick one out. To me - selling someone a product that doesnt work should not take a back seat to new customers. I told them not to worry about it and I will a repair company come out and fix the dryer at my own expense. I simply cannot overstate this - DONT GO HERE - YOULL BE SORRY YOU DIDNT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS.

Is a great place and very close to me in Kettering. Got a great deal on a new linenspa mattress and it came in a box so was able to pick up in my car. They deliver also if needed. Have bought several mattresses from here and will always go back when I need more.

I bought a refrigerator from these people, when they delivered it, it was the wrong size. They told me that they would replace it with an even trade. And wouldnt charge the delivery fee.. They sent an even bigger one they charged me for the delivery. It cost me $150,and I got nothing. Dont give them your business

This store and its admin staff are supposed to be a Christian based business. But, asanex employee there, if they treated their workers the way they do their customers, Id still be working there today. Worked there for a month and three days. When I got my first paycheck, I noticed that I had been shorted 30+ hours. When I complained, they cut my hours and never compensated me for the hours I was not paid. My second and final check should have been received on June 18, 2021. It has not arrived as yet. When I called you speak with someone, I was placedonhold and then got a dual tone. Each and everytime itry to call them now, I go straight to voicemail. So, now I have been shorted pay on over 80 hours. My only remedy now, according to their other employees, is totaled them to municipal court in Kettering. Guess where Im going this afternoon.

If I could I would give them zero stars or negative stars. On January 29th I saw a post in marketplace, decided to give prestige a try, I was approved for $1700 prior to showing up. so after work I went over there and was shown a GE scratch n dent washer and dryer, dark gray, nice looking . The told me that this set was still under the one year warranty honored by GE. I was also told that after they purchased them, their repair man ran them to make sure they worked, dish detergent could be seen where you pore it. They couldn’t deliver till that next Monday. February 4th I received the appliances, I was told to wait 48 hours before running the washer. The dryer was hooked up and during the test run, it sounded like two trapped gremlins trying to get out of the dryer. Posted a video of the noise, also posting a pic of the delivery receipt written on it about the noise. I was tempted to tell them to return them. I was advised to call prestige Warrenty dept. they apologized and credited my account $60, the finance company didn’t receive that request. I was instructed to call the GE warranty number and have GE repair it under warranty, I wasn’t happy about having to call and file a warranty claim. I had to register the appliances with GE then get a service call scheduled. I did all that and had to wait till February 11th for I thru a small load int the washer, it threw an H2O error message and didn’t spin the water out of the clothes. Now the washer needs warranty repairs. The repairman, (Kevin) called me instead of showing up for the appointment. He explained that they do not service scratch n dent appliances. That prestige is supposed to repair any faulty scratch n dent appliances purchased from their warehouse before selling to the public. GE will cover the cost of parts to fix the appliance with the retailer, not with the consumer. I called prestige and was told ALL SAYS FINAL, NO REFUNDS. I was instructed to call the financing company, I informed them I would sue, their response go ahead and sue, then hung up on me. I called Progressive leasing and they handled the situation extremely professionally, definitely a five star company. I explained everything in great detail. They assured me they would cancel the remainder of my contract and not charge me the weekly payment. Scheduled a time to pick up the merchandise February 13th. Will investigate the fact that Prestige sold me appliances that had not been repaired. All in all I’m out the initial $58 it cost to start the contract. Like I told progressive home furnishings, I will be filing a civil lawsuit in small claims court against their company. I will be filing a detailed complaint to the better business bureau.I also went to SEARS OUTLET, in Huberheights, got $2500 90 day loan. New washer dryer, new Ashley electric reclining love seat, LG microwave oven and a shark vacuum cleaner, for less money per month

DONT SHOP HERE!!! These guys are like used car salesmen. Everything is overpriced by 10 times. They charged my 70 yr old mother $600 for a 15 yr old Kenmore washer and dryer and then tried to charge $75 to deliver it. We got it in her house and neither one worked properly. Before we even picked them up, she tried to just cancel the order and they said it would cost $200 if she backed out. So again...DONT SHOP HERE!!

Bought a dryer less than a year ago, stopped working the first week. Brought it back and they replaced it with another dryer that stopped working within a few months. Called the warranty company and they came to look at it - offered to settle with us because they said the dryer is only worth $200, not worth fixing. These people take advantage of inexperienced buyers and are awful. Will never recommend to anyone. DONT TRUST THEM

They have a lot of appliances which have been refurbished. Not the size I needed. I thought they were a bit pricey but the one I was looking at had a two year warrenty. Which is good. I would revisit if I had a need. The salesman made every effort to find the size I needed.

Dont go here I should of learned the first time but Im hard headed long story short both washers I purchased had a problem within the first month first one went completely out in 9 months 2nd one is following the same routine they will never get my business be smart purchase new from a better place.

So this was the first time I was there. We walked in and maybe 2-3 employees were wearing masks. One employee that was delivering something came in without a mask on and started coughing on his hand, not in his elbow!! We left right after we saw that and went to Best Buy. There was also a mask on the floor. 😩It was very unsanitary. Places should be cleaned frequently and employees should be wearing masks.

Wasnt sure what to expect going into the store, because the outside wasnt very inviting and made me nervous. There was some shady stuff going on outside of the store that also made me nervous. But, nonetheless went in and found what I wanted, everything was quick and easy. Delivery was set up, a little later than I wanted, but not horrible. The delivery was very professional and the guys were respectful of my home and ensured no damage was made during the delivery.The items were as described and I havent had any problems. I am happy with the service and appliances thus far.

I needed a extra fridge/ freezer for the house so i gave this place a try. I went over to young guys was friendly and very helpful. I do believe it is a scratch dent place but for a extra it was perfect. I was greeted as i walked in and told them what i was looking for it did have a small dent but i got a $1500 digital Samsung fridge with bottom freezer(exactly what i asked for) for $348 with a small dent. Inside looked great like new. So if a small dent or scratch dont bother you then its perfect...

Me and my family went into this store looking for a new fridge. The Owner of the store, BJ was amazing! He was reasonable with the prices and he worked with you! My family walked out with an amazing deal including tax and a fee for them to bring the fridge in and set it up, and take our old fridge. Dont go to prestige appliances! They told me that everything is disassembled and cleaned and make sure it works. Once I got them both home I found out the washer was still partially disassembled and flooded the room. The dryer ended up having to be completely rebuilt. Before I rebuilt it I put in claim for warranty. This was one day after I bought it. They said since I didnt let them deliver it and took it home myself that my warranty is voided and they will not repair it unless I bring the unit back to them. The warranty card I had did not say that. They said it is on a sign on the wall. I went back in unannounced and walked the entire building and found one 8.5x11 sign staying this on a wall behind a washer and dryer. I ended up rebuilding the entire unit myself from top to bottom and found a grocery bag full of hair and dirt. As a reminder he told me that all units are cleaned and disassembled prior to being sold.Do not recommend this place!

If you want people to lie to you about how they recive and fix items. Go here. They have a great selection of broken appliances here for you to work on. They just re tracked a broken track on my washer that was worn and told me nothing was ever wrong with it. Shredded the inside. It lasted a month and a half. Dont go here. They have mold all over their building and smoke out the back of shipping and receiving.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Of course I got a used washer and dryer set with warranty and the washer started acting up. I called them they replaced it but the second washer started acting up as well. They told me basically It was nothing they could do due to my warranty. So I had to take a loss. At his is with in like less than 2 months. This place is a huge rip off if you ask me.

I love to shop local businesses and this store is one I frequently come to whenever in need. The business is not perfect. I have had some issues with 1 of the 4 appliances I purchased but within a week everything was squared away. They try hard to serve their customers and always seem to be extremely busy. They stole over 1,000$ from me. They tried to drop off a set i didnt purchase and I refused to take it because it was not what I paid for and they never gave me back my money or anything. Dont trust them. They try to pull a fast one on people and because most people dont pay attention they get by with it. But because I got a bad feeling while checking out I decided to video record everything and im glas I did . Time to hire an attorney for theft

My fiancee and i needed a washer and dryer and we enjoyed our experience. They brought our items and installed them. The dryer crapped out on us, to put some context on this. We were days from getting married and going on our honeymoon. It took a couple of days to get into contact and the stress of everything a busted dryer didnt help. Prestige got in contact with us and quickly replaced our washer. They even extended our warranty to give us time after our cruise. They were very kind and gracious to do that.

Customer service here is great but they gave us a package deal on a stainless steel refrigerator and oven and the fridge and freezer doesnt work properly. I realized it didnt work when I went to get a popsicle out the freezer on day 2 and they still werent frozen. I called the next day so they could send someone out to fix it but I was then told that you can only get an in home repair if they deliver it. If they would have mentioned this at the time of purchase we definitely would have had it delivered. It took 3 people to get the fridge into the house. There is no excuse for selling products that dont work and then expecting the customer to bring it right back. I would not recommend shopping at Prestige Home Furnishings.Update: They decided to go ahead and replace the refrigerator. My husband went in and picked out a side by side. He paid for delivery this time. They delivered it and it seemed to be getting cold but still could not freeze ice cream. Fortunately the repairman was able to fix it this time. Just wanted to give an update but my opinion remains the same.

Just a heads up to future customers, these guys will tell you they are giving you a steal on a mattress when in reality you can buy the same mattress from amazon for half the cost. Went in and the salesman offered me a “steal” on a mattress and upon further research I found the exact same model and exact same mattress on amazon for $400 cheaper. Would recommend NOT purchasing anything from this company.

These people sell poorly repaired appliances and when the item stops working, they tell you theres nothing they can do about it. I purchased a $1200 refrigerator from these people and it went out after a year. The repair man that we called stated that they never shouldve sold the fridge in the first place with the damage that it had incurred and that he was surprised that it lasted as long as it did. Do not give these people your business.

I’ve purchased my mattress set including bed rails, a set of washer n dryer that messed up and they fixed it in less than a week!! They were fast about service and concerned about my well being around the holidays. Now I came back with my family to get another washer n dryer set as a gift! And now they provide more warranty options like 1/2 years which is music to my ears!! Love this place...would recommend to anyone!!

I purchased a washer and dryer on 11/29/19, delivered 11/30/19. Dryer delivered with some kind of gum or sticky substance all on the inside. They were friendly and replaced the dryer on 12/5/19. I discovered shortly after that my washer was not working properly (does not agitate when washing). I called the service line to report the issue on 12/7/19. Did a follow up call on 12/15/19 and 12/16/19. To date, I still have not received a response to my service request. I have filed a BBB complaint. Initial customer service was great, but beware when they get your money!

I purchased a stove the day they brought it it did not work I repeatedly called them they act like they was not concerned they kept detouring me to their in-house warranty people who will never return none of my several messages now I’m stuck with a broken appliance

The associate that helped assist me in finding a refrigerator for my home was more than polite and helpful. He was patient and helped me find something that best suited me. It was affordable and the delivery time was great. I would refer anyone to go to him with any appliance and bed need.

I bought a refrigerator and washer and dryer from them and was told they were brand new and came with a 1 year manufacturerso warranty. Well 2 months after I come home to a freezer that wont get cold. Lost the whole freezer full of food. Call them no answer and no response to multiple voicemails. Call the manufacturer for that warranty and they tell me that the refrigerator was manufactured 2 years ago and was registered to someone in another state. So I spend the next 2 months trying to deal with prestige and with no response. I would never recommend anyone ever get anything from these lying people. No Im stuck paying the finance company and prestige just ignores my phone calls and wont respond.

We bought a new washer and refurbished dryer from here. The process was easy, we never once felt pressured, and we got great products for the price. Did we expect to buy brand new set with no flaws? Certainly not. The delivery was perfect, they kept us in the loop all morning on their ETA. The guys were super nice and they were more than happy to take them to the basement and hook them up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Hands down the absolute worst company to deal with. we needed stuff in the pinch and i sent my fiance here (before reading the horrible reviews) for a new washer & stove as we have family coming in town for the holidays. not only did they deliver us appliances covered in dirt, but neither of them work. i have been blowing up their phone for the last week and nobody has returned mine or my fiances calls. they have not worked since we got them EITHER OF THEM.. and now we’re out $1500. i’ve called the finance company to complain and will continue to tell everyone that i know to avoid this place like the plague. they were nice at first, now they have our money and they don’t care. how is a place like this allowed to operate when it’s straight fraud? these reviews are all the same complaints. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here! I financed 4 appliances from them. The very first day I was supposed to have them delivered, they let me know at the last minute, the delivery truck had broken down so I had to wait to have them delivered. I literally bought these appliances on August 11th of this year, and roughly two months later, I had to have a repairman sent to my house to repair the faulty stove the sold me!!! I reached out to customer service, which I then realized was the manager, Chuck. They nothing to offer help or anything! Mind you, I am still currently financing this stove. There’s absolutely NO WAY I should have had wiring blow out on me in the middle of me cooking! This place is a joke! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t go here! I WILL DO MY BEST TO COMPLAIN TO EVERY SOURCE POSSIBLE!!!!!

I would not buy anything from these guys ever again. They sold me a washer and dryer which needed repair. Once repair guy shows up you have to pay for it to get fixed. They dryer was so bad I had throw it out. Keep in mind they have no returns once the appliance leaves the building. Also, notice you have to call a warranty department and the sales guy has nothing to do with you. BEWARE Please. I am down 300 on this deal. Save your money and go to Home Depot. Good luck.

This was the number 1 worst experience I have had purchasing an item. The first oven that I purchased stopped working after less than a week. After going back to the store multiple times in an attempt to get a new oven, another oven was delivered but was no where near the quality that I was promised. (I.e. there were bolts along the whole side of the oven door and the oven door did not seal. The bottom drawer would also not open or close)I understand that this is a “scratch and dent/refurbished” company, but I could have gotten a better quality product at the local junk yard. Also, the customer services was as poor quality as the item itself. I would recommend looking else where to spend your money!!

Went, in desperate need of a washer and drying machine, on the cheaper end... Ended up going, on a rainy Sunday, and made my way into Prestige Home Furnishing, where I Glady met BJ, a sale associate there. BJ was very helpful in his actions to show, and explain everything we had questions for. I thank him for the quick transaction, and wonderful appliances he hooked me up with. The entire experience with prestige was great. BJ was super busy when I came in but was very attentive and actually took me to the warehouses to help find what I was looking for. The prices were the best by far around here and I did lots of looking around. My items were delivered the next day by friendly staff. I definitely recommend them!

Ive never experienced god awful customer service until i came here. i saw the reviews and decided to give them a chance because there were some good ones. but the overall experience was so bad that i regret doing that. they were super friendly at first but after actually spending my money here.. they didnt care. all they wanted was my money. my fiance i bought a fridge, washer, and stove... 3 items... none of them work. at all. nobody is helping me because its been over 30 days. why would i pay top dollar for like new appliances then be told to kick rocks because its been 60 days. not sure how anything here can be called like new considering most everything here is covered in dirt. ridiculous. i feel bad for people that purchase from here, who are stuck in the same boat as me. buyer beware!!!!!

At first, I was very pleased with their service. Reasonable prices, they delivered it on schedule, etc. But now, Im very very disappointed. Our dryer went down, and we tried to get them out to fix it, and they wont do it. My husband spend good money on the washer and dryer, how hard is it to come out and do a simple task? This is the second company that ripped us off.

They try to sell broken appliances as new. At higher prices than Best Buy! If youve seen all the reviews on Facebook. Then you should know by now. This place is full of scam artist crooks. Should be shutdown by the BBB.

The absolute worst place I have ever purchased anything from. They delivered a completely different fridge to our home that didnt work since we received it. After 2 weeks of trying for their warranty department to fix it, they forced us to do an exchange. They didnt apologize or give us a refund. It is the most shady business and they deserve to be shut down

After battling the warranty department for months we finally received a refrigerator (not our first choice by far, but it was a refrigerator). Little did we know that cockroaches were an extra bonus with our fridge. Our house now has a cockroach infestation and we are beyond mortified. Customers... Do NOT purchase from this company! There is a reason why things are discounted here. It is not worth it... go across the street to Home Depot, spend an extra $50, and save yourself a living nightmare!!!

I wish I have read the reviews before I went to the store. Be careful everyone, they make a living by cheating their customers! Bought a washer and dryer. What they tell me is that the washer and dryer were like new ones, except some dents and scratches, but what they tried to hide from me is that the washer and dryer is a refurbished set (GE customer service told me this information), although it is factory warranted, they are refurbished! They also purposely mark wrong information on the sticker that they put on their machines. I guarantee you, all the machines they sell are either customer returned ones (if you are very very lucky), factory refurbished ones, or ones with design defects, plus dents & scratches and whatever issues that they told you. They never tell you the truth, trying to cheat you with false information and lure you to pay. Also, keep in mind, they will not take any returns, once you pay them, they will not be responsible for anything anymore and their attitude change dramatically in minutes after you pay. This is how they make money. You might be able to get a good machine at a good price sometimes, but most likely you will regret your purchase like me, because they are very dishonest and you never know what kind of problems the machine you buy from them may have (and they will try their best to hide this information from you). Its very risky to make a purchase here.

I bought a used washer and dryer set over 4 years ago from Prestige Home Furnishings and my washer just now went drown the drain. I went today to purchase a new washer and was met with very friendly service from Austin and was able to walk out of there with a delivery set up for my newer washer. I am very happy!!!!

The salesman when I went in was great but he told me that the refrigerator was tested and the water and ice maker worked because the inspector didnt write in the refrigerator saying it didnt work so I took his word for it.(big mistake) Long story short the ice maker doesnt work on the refrigerator that I spent almost $700 on I could have got a used regular refrigerator way cheaper if he didnt lie about the ice maker. Also I referred my best friend there and they sold her a refrigerated with bugs in it. To put the icing on the cake when my refrigerator arrived I discovered a bug in mine while cleaning it. The people are nice while they are trying to get you to buy the products but the appliances are not quality or cleaned thoroughly. I will never go back or refer anyone else.

Very rude staff, Spent over $700 on a washer & dryer set, washer stop working in the first week, Their repair guy said he fixed it, but only lasted another 5-weeks. They stated to me they will do nothing cause they only offer a 30 day warranty which is sad considering what I payed. I rec going somewhere like Sears outlet great staff and they warranty it for 5 yrs almost the same price too paid a $100 more, but got a 5 year warranty. Nobody wants to spend $700 for something to only last 2-months, and for the company to stand behind A 30 day warranty knowing their ripping people off. Stay away from this place

My wife and I were looking for a laundry washer, and they had a nice selection of new units with minor blemishes. Our salesperson, Todd, was very helpful and did his best to get us the best price on our washer. His co worker BJ was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks guys.Scott and Shannon

I went in on wed and bought a washer and dryer it was delivered the next day and neither worked. Called and worked with Chuck went down the next day picked out another set. New set delivered the next day both work. I actually got a much better set for my trouble for the price of the original set. The delivery guy is great! Both sales people were great too.

Terrible experience all around. We didnt even want to buy anything from here in the first place.. but we just moved here from Georgia and needed stuff ASAP and they offered delivery same day. 33 days later... our fridge and washer do not work. They wont help us because its been 3 DAYS AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED. BS.

Bought washer and dryer from Prestige Appliances in Kettering. Both appliances were said to be refurbished, thoroughly tested and had a 30 day warranty. However when they were delivered, the dryer made such an awful noise that we couldn’t use it.Took almost a week to get their service guy out to look at it. A dent in the side was pushing against the drum. He fixed that and left. Now finally able to do laundry, we discovered that the washer doesn’t work right. It turns itself of and on, off and on, endlessly, for no reason. Also the sensor dry cycles don’t work on the dryer.Called for service again. 5 days later, no repairman has shown up. I’ve owned this washer and dryer for two weeks now and I’ve been able to do two loads of laundry. Totally unacceptable.
