Rude on the phone while asking questions about a product. Sadly, I won’t be even visiting store to buy due to customer service skills over the phone.

Absolutely rude! Zero customer service skills! And now we know!

These guys are awesome they will come to your house and buy your old appliances

I called to see if this place would buy my working washer and dryer set and the person on the phone was extremely rude. They hung up on me before I could even say bye. I was shocked. My husband heard the conversation and even made a comment about how rude they sounded on the phone.

I was shown proof that they willingly and knowingly went to get appliances that were meant for the needy/struggling and took them to sell for profit.

I went to this store during hours which are advertised as being open for business, opened the door, only to have the owner start yelling at me. He said why did you come in here? The store is closed.I guess it never occurred to him to lock the door if the store is closed.This place does not sell to the public.

Called the store and the man that answered was rude and not pleasant at all.

Very disrespectful. Not worth calling
