We purchased 2 couches from them...in 1 year both couches had odd cracks in the frame. We called the store and were told to text over receipts and pictures. We did so over 4 weeks ago, we have asked for updates and constantly text they do not respond at all any more. Ashley cannot do anything since they are a distributer. I do NOT recommend them at all.

Amazing family owned business! The owner was very informative and new exactly what love seat we needed to suit our needs. All In all we were in and out with our new couch within 10 minutes.

They seemed nice on the surface. But I ended up getting an item I did not order instead of what I ordered even after Omar said he had the item in stock. And he didnt offer a refund. Also, he tries hard to sell you items without showing what they actually look like. Will not recommend.

I bought a beautiful sectional from Davis Furniture Outlet a couple of years ago and I still cant get over how amazing it is for how cheap I paid for it. I am constantly getting compliments about how comfortable yet modern looking it is and how you cant find sectionals or even couches like that very easily. Whenever I see anything even close to the same style, its always way more expensive. They were also able to deliver it to the second story of an apartment building and helped assemble it, so you really cant beat that. Ive been meaning to write a review for them ever since I bought it, but now I can write this and say that the couch is still as beautiful and comfortable as ever. I love it and absolutely recommend Davis Furniture Outlet to anyone looking for the same outstanding experience and addition to your home!

I came from Los Angeles to Davis but did not want to deal with renting a truck or moving My Daughter things.So it was convenient to just buy her a new bed and night stand.Reed not only gave me a Deal he Delivered the next day on a sunday and assembled. I have been searching for a cream colored L-shaped sectional for the longest time but I haven’t found it at an affordable price anywhere, until a friend recommended this store and I haven’t shopped for furniture anywhere else! I understand the furniture takes awhile to be delivered but I know they don’t have any control over that hence the pandemic, still a very pleasant experience!!!

Furniture was varied and well priced. All of my purchases (couch, dresser, desk) came well packaged and efficiently delivered. The owners were so kind as to lift our couch through the patio door, which was quite the hassle. In addition, for the inconvenience of my desk being back ordered (no fault of Davis Furniture Outlet), they upgraded the desk I purchased to a more expensive, sturdier one. Couldnt recommend Davis Furniture Outlet more.

I placed my order back in November and I still have not received it. I been calling and they keep pushing my order.

I ordered my furniture back in October 25/2020. And today is March 22. I only got half of the order n recliner is missing. When I ordered was told 10-12 weeks. I got my order in after 15 weeks n still not complete. Call and messaging the owner excuse over excuse

Originally purchased the furniture in July and theyve been stringing me along all this time and blaming the manufacturer and everybody else no following through no contact had to chase him down every single time horrible customer service I would never ever ever recommend anyone to go there

If I could give no stars I would. I understand that things are delayed & out of their control. But the communication is terrible. They gave us the wrong chairs, then chairs that were defective and were mad at us for wanting them to get the correct ones. They wanted to charge us to return the defective chairs and were very rude. Absolutely no customer service. We like to shop locally but not Davis Furniture Outlet.

We’ve been looking for a sofa for weeks! Got in an out of Davis furniture outlet in about 45mins with a couch and rug ordered!Cute and comfy options, really great service, amazing prices.

Omar was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about his products. On top of that, he does the price negotiation for you for very reasonable prices.

Went there to find reclining love seat. Had one in box. Had me sit in one he said was just like it. I asked if it had USB ports in the controls to which he said yes. Should have trusted my gut instincts. Said he’d beat Ashley furniture price. Out the door $900. Got it home, very uncomfortable, not like the one in the store, no USB ports, and Ashley has same love seat, plus sofa for $999. I would not recommend these guys to my worse enemy. I asked for restitution and no response.

This place is dishonest and use every trick in the book to extend her time or send you something replacement of what you ordered that’s not the same they’ll even send you stuff that’s not what you ordered to begin with and that’s what happened to me that’s why they’re getting a one star review because there wasn’t a zero star option product came in broken

I have been to many furniture stores with unpleasant experiences, but as soon as I walked into the Davis Furniture outlet I knew it was the best place in which I can purchase all of my furniture from my desk, my couches and even my lamps. Omar the guy that helped me out was very nice and also hooked me up with the prices, I had a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely be returning there. The delivery time was as Omar promised, everything went smoothly. I would also like to also add the fact that at Davis furniture outlet you dont feel rushed, they help you find what you need until you are 100% satisfied with what you are going to purchase!
