Very bad experience here I 100% got ripped off bought a couch and when I took it back because of it being uncomfortable they promised they’d hook me up with a better one they ripped me and my wife off. Had me pay for a bigger couch and gave me a smaller one with a “no cash return policy” said my new couch was all wood. That was bs. Only come here if your wanting to be ripped off

I unexpectedly discovered this store and didn’t expect much. But it turned out this was a great store to shop for beds and couches. I bought a queen size mattress with a frame and it cost around $300.The owner is honest and conscientious. He asked me how long I anticipated I would use the new mattress and recommend the one I bought. He didn’t try to manipulate me into buying expensive mattresses, which surprised me and made me believe in humanity again. Lol.Because I live nearby he delivered both the mattress and the frame for free! I’m glad I’ve finally got a comfy bed for myself. :)

We went to quite a few furniture stores, and this one was our favorite. The price was great and the owner, Glenn, was exceptionally personable, helpful, and answered all of our questions. He didn’t pressure us and he seemed like he genuinely just wanted us to find the right couch for our apartment. He personally delivered the couch the same day purchased. Definitely check his store out if you’re in need of furniture or a mattress.

I went in today with my 2 month old son and 10 year old daughter.I was worried because Ive been to other furniture places that werent very happy to have children in the shop.Glen was incredibly kind to my kids and made sure my 10 year old felt comfortable.Hes very knowledgeable and really takes his time to help you.Very friendly service.He answered all of my questions and didnt rush me at all.I got a mattress, the boxspring,top mattress, and frame for a very reasonable price!They have financing options that is really simple to set up.The entire experience was under 30 mins,which i love because I didnt want to have a long trip with a young baby.He offered very quick delivery and Im extremely happy with their service.

He gave me over two hours of his time without being pushy in the slightest. While Glenn advocates for high-quality products, he has a range of beds to fit anyones budget and caters to students as well. He can both help individuals or families select a bed for their home as well as fill large commercial orders. Glenn clearly believes in his customers ability to select the right bed for themselves, but aids your search with diagrams, dioramas, and animated explanations of the ergonomics of sleep. In contrast to large showrooms, Glenns modest but well-curated store has a lower overhead (I believe he is the sole proprietor and employee), enabling him to offer wholesale pricing, passing off the savings onto you! Bought a whole living room set was very thorough in asking questions before buying we asked if we had any problem whatsoever with the furniture they would take care of us right? They both assured us told us to our faces if anything happens we will take care of it get the furniture home and less than a week later a seam on the couch cushion comes undone we call to get help and all of a shdden it dont have nothing to do with them we have to deal with the insurance company its out of their hands blah blah blah so long as tory short they are liars and will say anything to make a sale its been 6 months later and my couch still aint fixed

Walk in the front door and the salesman practically jumped on me and scared me and said welcome next thing I know Im telling him what I want stops me in mid-sentence started helping another customer I let him know I was ready to purchase and he said after he was done helping the one customer that came in after me so I left not good customer service at all

Excellent service, especially for a one man op. He took initiative when our box spring was scuffed in the move before it even got to us and called to propose a rebate or an upgrade.He was timely in the delivery and friendly.During the sale, it didnt feel like he was pushing any extra bells or whistles. Lastly, great prices. Our quote at a different shop was actually double the price we payed here.

Got a mattress for my sons last year of college. There was no pressure to buy a higher quality mattress, and they delivered on the spot - on a Sunday. First class service.

Shopped around quite a bit in Davis. Wound up buying a $400 full mattress here which seemed to be a better value than at the other places we shopped. Other places offered special sale/student discounts to get to the $350-400 range, but were for what I think were lesser/thinner mattresses. And no special order needed, the one we wanted was in stock and available the same day. The salesman was nice, no rush, no upselling, which was not the experience we had at the other shops we checked out.

Best deals in town with best savings. We paid so much less than any other place and they had split adjustable mattresses my folks got. Great price and superb experience
