The staff at this location were very quick to offer assistance and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this store.

Went into the store on a whim, originally heading to Home Depot. I was approached by Will, who offered his assistance with picking out color and paint. I had a project that called for the best paint to cover wood furniture. I told him I was okay with choosing color, but really needed help with paint. He consulted some coworkers who concluded a specific paint type for my project. I was astonished at the high price tag, and he immediately consoled me by offering whatever discounts they had at the moment. I was still hesitant on color, and needed to go home to verify. Will gave me his card and told me to just call when I picked a color, and I could order over the phone. I did, and it was ready in 10 minutes for pick up. He honored every discount he knew of. I was a very happy customer. The paint worked well for the project it was intended for. Thanks again, Will!

One of those places where you better be a guy or be with a guy, if you want to be taken seriously. what girls cant know things about paint ? or hardware? The fact that i fit into those stereotypes shouldn’t dilute my point. For all they know i could have been .......bob villa? . That fits I think. Other than that, a cute little old timey store. Maybe the gender bias was part of the ambiance :). Or maybe i just had a bad experience. Was my first and last visit.

I would give this store a 5 star but I was there this past Saturday to buy paint... they didnt have the base color for the paint I wanted... i understand that part but they were supposed to order it for me for Monday... I passed by on monday and no one placed my order for me... thankfully for Ashley has to place the order and picked up for me... I got a call from Ashley when it was at the davie store

The staff here has been so helpful.And they caught a mistake before it could become a huge mistake on my part. When I gave them the amount of paint one was 5g and the other 1gallon. I had them mixed up.

We came in to find a paint color to repaint my apartment since we are moving out and the complex required a very specific impossible to find new off white. We were greeted very nicely by all the staff there and on top of that, Brittanii went above and beyond to call other Sherwin Williams to get us the right color that we needed. Out of this stressful experience, this was the highlight of my day.

I dont know how much variability there is from one paint store to another, but the reason to go is the customer service - Michael is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly, and in todays world, thats worthy of comment.
