We received excellent service from the owner as well as the staff at our house. We had new hurricane windows installed. The workers were extremely careful and considerate. They cleaned up everything everyday after they finished.There was one problem; however, the company fixed it as soon as it was evident (a broken sill). They have been back to double check that everything was installed correctly and this is after the city inspection. I’m almost sorry we don’t have more work for them. We are thrilled with the results and I am sure if there is any problem down the road it will be taken care of.

They don’t fix second floor windows! Here’s my review:Waited a month for a new piece of glass for a window. They are working with a short staff, so that’s totally understandable. When they arrived to complete the job, the workers didn’t bring a ladder and said they would come back the next day with a ladder to install. I called the office this morning to confirm what time they would be here, and was told the order is now cancelled because they don’t do second floor window repairs. This is hard to believe as the workers were here yesterday and told us they would return tomorrow. They never said “we don’t do second floor windows” nor was that ever communicated in the morning leading up to them coming. So just be mindful, they don’t do second floor windows.

Loved the service, and quality of work that was done. I had multiple bathroom mirrors put in. they measured and installed perfectly. i had a shower enclosure, with black hinge and handle, also measured and installed perfectly. Lastly, they captured and executed my vision of enclosing the space above my kitchen cabinets with frosted glass to allow above lighting to show through. Really great job! So Happy!

Excellent work installing impact sliding doors. I would use Davie Glass again and recommend them to anyone. Owner, Juan, personally came to quote & take all measurements. Juan called immediately after installation to see if we were pleased and if things were left neat & clean. Final inspection was completed 2 days after installation & passed without any issues.

I have used Davie Glass on 2 occasions and would never use another company other then Davie Glass. They are professional, their installers are wonderful to put up with my dog for 8 hours of an install, I do plan on using Davie Glass again in the beginning of the year.

Sadly but honestly davie glass is no longer the company we all once loved and trust! I remember the days of good old business but this people are not honest and definitely don’t know the business! Don’t listen to their lies as they will tell you over and over! False hope that the job will be done correctly! Don’t waste your time with these new owners who do not know the glass business!!!

When we thought the door to our glass shower would need to be replaced completely, we called Juan and his team at Davie Glass to come and take a look. They arrived and informed us that the issue was with the screw to the glass door - which they fixed in less than 2 minutes. What I loved about this, was the honesty of the company. It says a lot about the owner and integrity of the company. Highly recommended.

EDITED- These guys made it right. They gave me my money back and as an apology, the glass too. The worst customer service experience! I placed an order, required to pay in full, and was told 7-14 days. Never received a call and when I called after 2 weeks, the order was never even placed. Was promised a callback, never happened. I called again, more excuses and promised a call back. Never happened. I called again, left a message. No callback. I called again. More excuses, still no glass. Now I need to drive back out there to try to get my money back. This place is HORRIBLE. All excuses with no service. So disappointed.

From the moment I called for an estimate, to the final inspection, everyone was pleasant and on time (which is huge!!!)I received excellent communication from everyone here. Put in a simple order for small glass shelf. Told it would be 3-5 days. Three weeks later it is still not finished. No one is able to give me any straight answers as to what is going on. I had a sideboard I also wanted a glass top for, but I will be looking elsewhere.

I called them this morning for a quote for a piece of glass for my desk top. I had broken the one I had which cost about $100 including delivery and install. Davie quoted me $207 to pick up at their location. I found the glass on my next call for $68 at Batista Glass.

I am so impressed with Davie Glass. My kids broke a kitchen window. I called two other companies who could not get to my house for three days. Davie Glass said they had a cancellation and could get to my house within an hour. The installation technicians were prompt, courteous, professional and SO efficient. They were done in 15 minutes! Davie Glass prices were comparable to the other companies I called as well. I will definitely refer this company!

I was disappointed that when I ordered a pane of glass to be replaced in a fan shaped window, that no one bothered to tell me that the glass came in different colored tints. A little extra effort goes a long way.

Had a small mirror fixed and they threw it away instead of calling to to come pick it up

Davie Glass & Mirror cut out two glass table tops for me One is perfectly fine, however, the 2nd one is about 3 inches too long. So I called & requested if they can help me fix/correct the length. The young lady who answered the phone, first of all did not bother to apologize, and instead told me to drop it off and pick it up after its fixed Hence telling me to make two trips to their shop so they can fix their mistake, because..... they are too busy to come by to pick it up! Still keeping my calm and courteous manner, I said I dont mind bringing it to you, but could you try to fix it as I wait so I dont have to make two trips, after all, this was a cut incorrectly! Her attitude and answers just awed me. She showed no customer service mannerism what so ever! Instead, she started being rude and said shell have the owner call me back. So now im waiting to see how this goes with the owner if and when he/she calls me! Hoping the owner gives me a totally opposite impression with his/her customer service knowledge and mannerism. If so Id be happy to change my review and will definitely recommend to have this young lady attend a workshop or a seminar to enlighten her about whats called a good customer service.9/27/18So the owner did call and apologized and offered to cut the glass to the right size. However, I still had to drive to the shop with the glass between the half hour window given to me during the morning rush hour! They cut the glass for me fairly quickly and also, Cynthia, at the front desk apologized. I couldnt help but tell her what I would have done if I was the owner of the shop as a good customer service, which she said she will make a suggestion to the owner. Anyways, I was not able to meet the owner. Good Luck to ALL :)

I was very dissatisfied with job that Davie Glass & Mirror did installing mirrors in my business. They left my place very dirty and did not finish the job. I call to add some more mirrors and they where very rude and very expensive. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for mirrors.

I was promised 3 working days for my mirror and I received it 14 days later. Then after delivery I requested installation and the person on the phone was not very friendly with my request to install the mirror I bought from them. I would not use them again.

Only go here if no other place is around for 100 miles. In the construction biz myself for years, this place is always rude in person and over the phone, forget asking them any questions and expecting a helpful answer. Never will return here.
