Overall a 3.. place is good and has great selections for vegan / vegetarians I would give the store a 5.. But the Bakery is overpriced and taste horrible. $25 for a small strawberry shortcake.. and the icing is probably the worst I have ever tasted. There are other bakeries which are about half the price and put out far superior tasting food. I thought it would be good at the price they charge.. I definitely thought wrong. You know something is bad when it sits in the fridge and the kids wont eat it..
A shoppers delight when it comes to variety and freshness. Be careful you normally buy more than what you want. No matter your culture they have it waiting.
Love the Whole Foods... but the parking lot...I get it, pedestrians have the right of way, but they also have the free will to stop and wait because it serves their community and society better to not cause traffic. Look both ways pedestrians, but the implied part is the part that goes check to see if you are impeding on the natural harmony that exists by crossing
Great place to shop for fresh produce and products - if you can afford it!
The staff and manager in the floral department were so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to assist me in getting together arrangements for my special event. They were very professional and deserve recognition.
First time coming to a Whole Foods market and I have to say I am impressed! Its a big big grocery store, clean, bright, has a nice atmosphere about it and had plenty of room to walk through and, as I experienced, VERY Clean bathrooms, and what looked like a mini cafeteria made just added a cool credence to the store overall. Inventory is massive, there seems to be a little bit of everything for everyone in terms of normal or exotic or hard to find food and other such items though I must warn you about this; anything youve heard about expensive pricing is PROBABLY true. I actually didnt need any help while I was strolling through the store and I used a self check out so I didnt really need any service but from what I saw they seemed friendly and helpful enough. Id say give this Whole Foods a go if youre curious or want something a little different, if youre anything like me it might just be fun to walk around in and see what they got!
Easy to shop. Friendly service. A bit expensive, but Im assuming, if you shopping at Whole foods, then, you already knows that.
Theyve nice food. Doesnt seem too terribly packed considering the area.
Everything is wonderful but the parking lot is a complicated labyrinth. Very hard to get in and out or park. Whomever designed did not make it very functional
It was very expensive and I thought that having prime Meant that you got 10% off anything anything now I understand that its only 10% off if you buy sale items which makes no sense at all. Its been a while since Ive been there but it will be a while before I go back way too expensive for me.
Excelente place to do groceries.Fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers. Also you can have a great lunch there. They have good soups, fish, salmon, etc. and many more. Coffe and cake. Its really good
I was happy to see most all of the bulk self service items available! Their homeopathic selection have much improved from a year ago!
Called a lot of other places, J,P in the grocery department saved the Day! & found my spice I was looking for. Outstanding customer service! Thank you !
Is the third time I come here and all I receive is old old items.First was a ground beef. When I open that plastic it stink so bad. Second time, were 2 bags of chips Cauliflower chips we open one bag and they were as old as old can be. And today September 6th I bought some chicken wings, and the taste was like they were there for at least a year. This is supposed to be a healthy quality place to shop at and its worse than buying in Walmart.
Very clean, well organized, excellent products with several options. Some items are expensive but I dont feel like its over priced. Just better quality cost a little more. Self checkout was a plus, no wait.
Good selection. Price is much cheaper since Amazon took over. If youre a prime member you could even better deals.
AWESOME STORE, LOTS OF PREPARED FOODS, SOUPS, SANDWICHES, SUSHI ON AND ON. UNUSUAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE NO WHERE ELSE.
This place was very nice and spacious. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
Totally awesome place to get real food at reasonable prices..tip, order the brick oven pizza before you shop and pick up on the way out..the fine cheese section is amazing. The fresh fish section is also really good!
All of 0ur employees shop here on a daily basis and theyre both healthy as well as blissful!
Prices higher than average stores but great quality !
The best grocery store if you want your health to improve
Great place! Bakery needs more variety of hard crusted breads .
Variety, products quality and exceptional service make them a wining combination. Ill certaintly will come back
I would like to see more Alkaline foods. Especially, fruits and vegetables with seeds as its organ. Thank you.
They have Tropicana orange juice but they really should carry Trop 50 both pulp and no pulp
Love Whole Foods! Disappointed that they would not make a customized fruit platter for me....nothing over the top. Theyve done it for me twice before, but all of a sudden they couldnt make it anymore. Other than that WF is my go to grocery store. Associates for the most part are pleasant and helpful.
Recently reopened hot & cold food section, try the crispy Orange Chicken, delicious, speedy checkout, Freshness is always worth the extra $!
Shout out JOSE over at the pizza counter. He literally makes the best pizzas. We can go to pizza spots anywhere in Broward and still we choose Whole Foods. Best pizza in town. We love coming to this Whole Foods always feel good walking in. The parking situation is not the best but Jose’s made pizzas are worth it. Plus he’s very nice to me and my husband every time we come! Thanks you that!
Very nice! Was very friendly and helpful. Im not familiar with this store chain, but this location was very welcoming! Oh and the 5th star was because of how thorough they were with sanitation areas!
Large store with a limited assortment. Great deli and cheese selection. Ok wine section. I go there for hypoallergenic cleansers for the most part. I live in Florida and Im ouside a lot, so their anti-salt stance on all their deli items are off-putting. They are not a replacement for a non-organic supermarket. They try and.... well I go their for 20% of my groceries. Maybe
I love whole foods, excellent service. The cashier forgot our salmon at the store; when I came back, the manager on duty was so lovely she allowed me just to take another fresh one. This example is the modern-day customer service that everyone should take after.
I love the selection and all the local products, of which there are varied and many. Theres a hot prepared food bar as well as a salads bar. Amazon Prime members get an additional 5% off. However, this chain is too expensive to do a weekly or bi weekly shop for most people. Hence, the four stars. Its great for hard to find natural products and specialty items. Just bring your piggy bank and your Charge Card!
I love the culture in this supermarket. Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Very well stocked with fresh fruits and veggies. I appreciate that they now individually wrap each pastry item
Love this place come here for my groceries!
The traffic flow they must do something about this plaza so annoying to get out of the plaza
There is a lot to like. There are more wholesome choices. Their clam chowder is very good and the chicken sausage is a great product.I think what bothers me is how unfriendly, and/or, unhappy the customers and workers are. Maybe its a sign of our times. Additionally, if you want to save money on some items, order them from Amazon.
Everything here dramatically overpriced but the staff is amazing. Meat and seafood area are super clean as is the rest of the store
I wish that would be more affordable so I can my shopping here but I am there is competition because give the shoppers more options.
Great grocery store, they keep good stock levels and the staff is always amazing.
Good food, the prices are high as usual but accomodations to eat in are very bad, it is recommended to take out and eat elsewhere.
Love this place. My favorite things from here are the aeromatic Lilys, Ribeye, tuna salad with cranberries, chicken salad with grapes. No mask required yay!
Ive been a customer of whole foods for over 25 years before Wild Oats . The only thing that changes is their prices but you have to go with the flow .
Was very disappointed with our purchase of the 3 berry cheesecake we bought for my daughters birthday. It was very dry and did not seem fresh Ive had cheesecake there before so I had my hopes high.I believe you could do better.
I love the products and the variety of wholesome foods that they offer.
I would give one star to the packing of hot food at WF, terrible containers which get wet quite fast and they dont even close easily, no rubber bands the food spills over often!!!!
I love the natural orange juice machine. You can do it yourself.
Picked up a cheese charcuterie plate. Such friendly staff, great value, easy pick up! Highly recommend
Horribly understaffed! Just came by to grab some quick hot food on my way home. Family wanted pizza 🍕 looks like we’re ordering dominoes - not a single pie available to grab slices. Guy was super behind working on orders and had no hot slices for anyone to buy of any type of pizza. All departments here are horribly understaffed and it’s starting to show, same thing with bakery and pre-made foods.
A wide variety of items to choose from. In and out quick.
Nite place!! Expect pay more for their quality but their own brand has a superb selection as good alternative!! Hint: look for spanish tempranillos wines!! If something they should advertise Staff’s recommended choices.
Whole foods is the standard. Whether youre vegan, vegetarian, paleo or just health conscience youll find it at whole foods. Moreover the staff is very courteous helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable.
BEWARE of the Expiration Date! How many of us will check the expiration date when we doing grocery shopping? I was surprised to find out the dairy product at this Whole Foods are always close to the expiration date or expired. I was first notice it on last year when I purchased the Horizon Organic milk box package(12). I wasnt notice until my son almost finish the bottle. The package was 1 month pass the expiration date However I just bought it one week ago. Please check your dairy products exp. date before you put it to the cart. You will be surprised.
Young lady walked up and offered assistance, we found what we were looking for and left. The store was busy but everyone was pleasant. BUT you must pack your patience for the parking lot!
Glad to see the hot food section available again.
Good quality chocolates in many varieties. Staff is good about ensuring your best possible value for your money.
Always fun to watch the narcissistic people walking around.
So much attention paid to keep one safe! I was impressed. However, two things stuck out. One, at noon in the deli there was no roast beef. I asked and was told it wasnt ready yet or something. That sounded off - why would it not be there at lunch time?Second, there was only 1 person filling hot bar and soup bar orders. The line was long and slow. Again, why at a busy time when there were a lot of staff in the deli? I like to get in and out quickly these days, not wait for something that doesnt make any sense.
They open up the serve yourself hot food area with new guidelines. You hand sanitize wear gloves and then pick your container so you can serve yourself
Im sad about the Amazon buyout but thats old news now anyway. The store was well stocked and had fairly good pandemic measures in place. I was able to access hand sanitizer easily, though not wipes for the basket. The self serve bakery was moved to pre-wrapped materials so it could still be available, which was nice because this is one of the few places I can get fresh vegan baked goods in the swamp of Broward. I will say that as far as Whole Foods goes, this branch doesnt have as much of a vegan selection as I am used to with WF. But as far as the swamp goes, it has a great vegan selection! Everything is relative, I guess.
Best place to buy things.
All the employees I encountered were really nice and helpful. Interesting food items on hand and really not much more expensive than your regular Publix. I couldnt find corn tortillas to save my life though lol.
Theres an attitude among the employees.. some are really nice and helpful but more often than not they seemed annoyed to be bothered. Lackluster group.
Whole foods was a quick in and out run.... just to grab a couple of beverages.
One of my favorite stores.
Nice place! Huge.
The best supermarket
Excellent service and fresh food
It was a good visit as always. I was able to locate all the items I was looking for. Checking out was safe as it adheres to the proper distancing of the customers during this Covid-19 times.
Hot bar is a mess, dont waste your time.
Great selection of holistic products with exceptional service.
For a peek into a dystopian corporate infested future, look no further than Whole Foods, brought to you by Amazon.
Nice staff . Great products
Beautiful, fresh produce. Organic products and produce are always abundant. LOVE it here.
Its been awhile since but they have self check out now wasnt crowded out right away
Always excellent service even thru covid they are always available to help when you cant find something or to explain the different meats to checking out always curtious
Like always the best costumer service and the best products in the market
Good variety, nice place, horrible parking lot
Wonderful groceries. Mainly organics but in general everything is excellent.
Love this place.
My favorite place to get healthy wonderful food and supplements.
Whole Foods is a whole vibes from the moment you enter produce are fresh, fish best in class . Love ❤️ my Whole Foods
