Always in disarray, cashier did not know how to answer a question, poorly trained.But store has good products always. It is a Dollar Store.

Went to this location just before 6 pm yesterday and the doors were locked. Called the location three times. No answer. There was no sign on any windows indicating that they’d be closed three hours before the posted close time. There were a dozen other people waiting to go inside and people kept pulling up asking what was going on. We all had to shrug and say “we think they’re closed but there’s no way to say for sure.” Will not go to this location again.

Other than some dirt and mess around the store, its a nice place for a quick purchase.

They had everything I needed so I didnt have to fight the hurricane frenzy at Publix!

OK for cleaning material and.gft cards. Help is OK. Convenient if shopping elsewhere in the plaza, otherwise not worth a special trip.

The door was not open when I got there at 9:00am !!! Waited 10 mins -15mins probably more ! Very unprofessional ! I had an emergency

I stopped in here shortly after 9 AM one weekday morning, the store was fairly quiet.This Dollar Tree is located in a strip mall, parking shouldnt be a problem here.I mainly stopped in here to pick up greeting cards. They have a lot that are 2 for a buck or $1 each, you will definitely save money by stocking up on these here.There was an item of the week by the front door, they had solar powered flamingos or hula girls. Super cute!This Dollar Tree was well stocked. They had plenty of the colorful organizer bins that I love. Nice selection of kids beach toys too. I saw some gardening supplies as well.As always, they had a nice selection of party supplies. I like that they have gift bags for $1 as well.Decent selection of office supplies.I always like picking up cleaning supplies here, its a bit cheaper than Walmart.Unfortunately, they only had one cashier working. She was friendly and efficient though.

Just went in there to shop and had to leave everything. The employee stocking shelves was not wearing a face mask. This store apparently doesnt care about mandatory face masks during covid. I wont be coming back here.

Well stocked, polite staff but very slow check out and male manager is useless.

I was upset I did not see any trees with dollars!! This place was false Advertising! But there were some nice homegoods and Christmas decorations cheap. The cashiers were friendly but the holiday area sure was wiped out.

Would not even rate it 1 star. Employees could not assist me at all. With finding something and blowing up balloons. Disrespectful. Terrible customer service. No carts, no helium, no scotch tape while employees are all mostly hanging out in the back.

This is the best stocked store in all Davie/Plantation. Everything they carry online they have instore, which is hard to find! They are always fully stocked with usefull things for the home, car, snacks, decorations. Its always clean and full of stuff that you actually can use and want. Ive tried other locations out of curiousity but in this area this store is the best! Tbh I could care less about a companies customer service i mainly want to make sure the product is good, and this place is! Customer service has always been nice here. But I think when companies lack in product quality the 1st thing they mention is great customer service which isnt my #1 concern. I want to be able to buy good quality products, and Dollar Tree is underrated! You can make your home look like a million bucks shopping at this location!

I feel very upset about the way I was treated by one of the cashiers, I arrived less than a month ago to this country, I logically get confused on the coins, and by accident I paid with one of the coins of my country and the cashier made me feel like i was trying to cheat, and the worst thing of all is that She comment with the other clients who were in line.

Dirty floor, directed to the manager, would like it to be cleaned and kept organized. When you walk in everything looks messy, there are hardly any products. Empty shelves and the floor with large chiclet sticks. Urgent reorganization
