I was pleasantly surprised by this finding in the Hard Rock Hotel. Everything was well present and tasted delicious 😋

Worst service experienced in a very long time. Cashier on duty on Saturday 14th 2021 at 8:15PM had the worst attitude and shouldnt be working in the service industry. She made an error on our order and when we asked her to correct it, basically threw the bag with the correct product on the counter and stormed off.

The pastries and chocolates are fantastic! The strawberry shortcake tart is out of this world! We also had the cookies and creams chocolate which was super sweet, but small, so just enough to get rid of that “chocolate” urge you get sometimes.I did not have the coffee or the gelato, but from what I could see, everyone in shop was extremely pleased with their desserts.If you are visiting the new Guitar Hotel I definitely recommend stopping in and trying something!

Constant Grind is the only place in the resort with a decent dessert selection. The shop has nice social distancing measures in place and makes a mean chai tea latte. My only complaint is that it should be open past 5pm.

Vast selection of interesting pastries and coffees are available at this casino coffee shop. They offer both breakfast sandwiches and paninis along with a wide variety of coffee pastries. I was surprised by the size of the French macaron and strawberry short cake. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and the staff was amazing!

I’ve stayed at the hard rock multiple times and every time I’ve bought coffee at this cafe, the customer service is horrible. The workers act like they don’t want to help you and they seem annoyed. I asked if they had a spinach danish and she quickly said no and didn’t even look when I saw one? It didn’t really matter but it was upsetting

Customer service is horrible. We ordered 2 drinks and ended up with 3.(We did not order the third drink, not sure if cashier got confused but she charged me for the third drink). When we waited for the drinks, this worker was rude to my sister just because we asked her if one of the drinks was made with soy milk. I guessed she didn’t get that part but it’s not our fault. It was our first time since the “guitar hotel” is new and we wanted just a quick coffee.

The lady attending sweets is sleeping she needs to wake up yesterday she gave me all wrong sweets the ones I didnt like it. The most disappointing it was a gift but the order was not what I wanted. If you buy here check your merchandise .

Poor service, ask for a latte the lady took her time and made my latte set it to the side and made 2 other coffees for the people behind me so I was forced to wait thats a no no, staying in room 1807 if someone needs to contact me

Came here for gelato & coffee. The gelato & drinks were good but the customer service was disappointing. The server Emily seemed bothered and annoyed to have to help anyone. She didn’t scoop full scoops and just generally seemed annoyed and unwelcoming

I love this place. Everything here is really good. Plus great customer service on top of that. I would recommend stopping here for sure. I guarantee you will leave happy 😃 !!!

Coffee is average. Customer service terrible. We were not greeted with hello, no thank you at the end. We were the only ones in line but the lady who served us seemed bothered with our presence. Sunday October 21st at 3:15 pm.
