I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7 and decided to take it to this place instead of having to make an appointment with an apple store and was not disappointed! Excellent customer service and great experience all around! Took less than 30 minutes and they even went far and beyond what I was expecting, cleaned my phone and left it looking brand new ! Would come back even though I live in Miami!

I have an older MacBook Pro from 2015 needing battery replacement. Well in South Florida, the battery with critical in the computer started shutting down. Checked online and found Experimax nearby. Emailed and got a quick response, the price was good and they could have the battery in two days. Three days later Im sitting here with a brand new battery and a laptop that has a life extension.The tech who worked on the laptop, Danny met me when I brought the laptop in, was very friendly and open and answered all my questions. I picked it up the next day spin little bit more time just chatting, really great guy. If you need any type of Apple device service at a good price with reliable and consistent customer service, give these guys a call. If I could give six stars I would.

Danny was excellent he help me to fixed both phone in a very short period of time. He personally is very nice and outstanding customers services. The only bad thing about this place is they don’t take apple paid and their system is slow but overall place was great.

My Macbook Pro had some water damage and Danny took it in right away.He thoroughly inspected it and cleaned and did not charge me for a diagnosis. Even though I had to replace my monitor, and he told me he could give me one for a great price( Incredibly cheaper than at any Apple Store), Im not sure if I want to replace it right now, so he made it so I can connect to any external monitor for now until I decide.He was so kind and professional and did not charge me at all for his service. Other places (like Best Buy or Apple Genius) would’ve either charged me an arm & a leg, noting “well ... that’s a legacy product, Sir. We are too good for that. Where do I begin! This place is fantastic I was having issues with the memory on my new MacBook. I called around to several places who all told me it would be a week or more for me to get service, and some of the prices were outrageous. I Experimax and boom, came to the store they install my memory and clean my Mac same day. I could not be more pleased with the service or the phenomenal price. They have just became my go to place for all computer related problems and purchases.

I drove 1 hour from Miami to buy a MacBook Pro at Experimax. I had previously emailed the store to find out whether they had what I was looking for. They replied and asked me to come by, so they could help me find the right product in store. Matthew, the salesperson, wrote down my partners and my details (he had both our phone numbers and email) and assured me he would get back to me with offers (they only had 3 laptops available in the shop), but I never heard from him again. I ended up buying one on ebay instead which arrived within 3 days. I simply expected to hear back from Experimax with options, instead, they never got back to me and provided terrible customer service.

This is not nothing personal. Just being honest with my experience. I was recommended experimax West Palm Beach by someone i know but that store is too far from me. I googled it and found out they had one in Hialeah Gardens which is at least closer. I called them and asked if it was the same as the West Palm Beach store (original store) and they said yes. Different owner, same franchise. So I went there and to get straight to the point, I had a terrible experience. They had my laptop for almost 3 weeks and absolutely nothing was done. A whole lotta beating around the bush, didnt seem very honest and it was just a sketchy experience. Even getting my laptop back was a hassle because of the phone games (oh I called but u didnt answer. Oh my phone never rang, etc) I do not recommend this store to anyone! I havent been to the West Palm Beach one so I cant really say. All I know is that when I was trying to get a hold of them to get my laptop back, they werent answering any of my calls to the point that I had to contact Megan Fletcher, which is corporate and no answer from them either. Smh very unprofessional. A friend of mine had to pass by and pick up my laptop 👎👎👎
