Very accommodating and welcoming service center staff. I have been going to them for over a decade for my Hyundai and Genesis routine maintenance repairs and they always offered top quality service and realistic times on when my car will be repaired. Service seating area is a clean and spacious. They have free fast WiFi and leather seating and TVs. They have a mini food bar to have a cook that prepares food or drinks for you.Highly recommended and will continue to go to them for future car repairs.
I had an appointment at 10am on a Friday morning. Was greeted by a service representative Aaron. He was friendly and courteous. Informed me that I could be there for 2-3 hours. I told him I would be waiting for the car. By 11:30am I received a call stating my car was ready. The only negative comment was the car wash. Several people including myself had a difficult time with getting it going. No soap it was just water. I understand it’s free.
If I could give 10 stars I would. From the very begging they made us feel comfortable and confident. No one came out to chase us down, they waited for us to come in. And from the start of that process they helped us all the way through. Thank you to Eliecer, Jose and the kind lady at the cashier desk for helping us and bring so patient with us and waiting till past closing time to finish a deal and make sure we made the right decision. We never felt rushed or forced into any part of the process and they treated us like friends and family. I 100% recommend this dealer ship. I personally will be coming back again for my next purchase even if I have to travel. You don’t find dealerships like Rick Case. Trust me go check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I just got my first car and I love it. I got a 2022 Sonata, and it’s just beautiful. All thanks to Daniel, who was extremely helpful since the moment we first walked through the door. We were expecting this, since Daniel was recommended to us by a friend, that’s how nice and caring he is. We all know the situation the vehicle industry is facing, even with this being the case, Daniel was able to advise us in what our best options were. Terrible customer service and complete lies about service. I bought my first and last car from this place. I have called for days with no one calling or emailing back.I brought my brand new car for oil change at 5k miles. This after waiting for two weeks before I got appointment. I finally went on day of appointment only to be told by service manager I don’t need oil change until 7500 miles. I questioned the manager but he was adamant I didn’t need oil changeOne week later alarm and indicator lights all over the place about needing service. I tried bringing car in and was told it will be 3 weeks before I could get service. They do anything to avoid the supposedly free oil changes promised in sales cycle.I’m now forced to get immediate oil change and service e from their competitors.Terrible service.
This was the faster car purchase I have ever been through. Jaime was great and informative. He did not send me back and forth to the manager and did not try to keep haggling about the price. He listened to what I said I wanted and did not try to convince me to purchase something else. It was a great experience and I am very happy with my truck.

Purchased a used vehicle 10/09/21 from Rick Case Hyundai. The best part was we located the car online for a fixed price. I text the internet contact we would be arrive at specific time. Once arrived.... it messy and uncomfortable. There was confusion among the too many salespeople trying to figure out who would help us. OMG the noise in the showroom (which is also where the desk are located to conduct the sale). We got matched to nice gentleman but with his extremely thick accent and mask most of the conversion was myself leaning in and asking him to repeat himself. I asked how you can conduct business in ridiculously noisy environment ....we got moved to an office. It was also quite cold, which ok for short while...but for hours. It took over 4 hours to process the sale. Mind you the vehicle was preselected before we arrived, no trade in and we paid cash. If we had not preselected the vehicle before arrived we would not stayed and shopped in the noisy, cold and chaotic environment.

Wonderful!! Went this morning with no appointment. Called and made one right away. The gentleman that helped me is named nick. Very nice and respectful. Answered all my questions. The cashier was also very helpful. Neither of them rushed me along. Waited a little over an hour which is totally agreeable. This branch is way better than the one in sunrise. That one has horrible service. I am willing to take the extra time to drive to Weston.

I bought my 2022 Tucson at a different car dealership. When it was time for my first oil change, which is complimentary, my dealership was booked for a month. Rick Case had a appointment available for the following week. They got me in and out within the time quoted, but didnt fix the rattle of a loose screw in my hatch gate.
I visited the Rick Case Hyundai dealer off of i75 and Weston which is where I met two of the most wonderful people. The first person I met was Jackie who instantly felt like Mom. Despite my hysteria due to my new car breaking down on me, she made sure to calm me down, that my car would be looked at in a timely manner, that my car was safe and that she got me to the right people.With her help, I met a Service Advisor named Robert Toppas. This man was God sent I swear and the MOST professional person I have dealt with in such a long time. I had to leave my car at the dealer for a few days but he gave me his direct number and his cell phone number so that I could always contact him if I wanted to, and when I did, he would reply immediately with updates and walked me through the whole process step by step. He was so kind and patient with me, again, because I was losing my mind. But he and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, offered me a rental, and did everything possible to get me back on the road before my first day at a new job. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude I must have thanked him a million times.Customer service, professionalism and compassion like the way Robert and Jackie displayed and offered seems so rare now a days. It was needed during a very stressful few days. It was greatly appreciated and this should be the norm, not the rare occasion with any industry. Sadly, it is the rare all over the place so I am just thankful that theyre are still people and companies who truly understand how far customer service can take you and how much we need it sometimes. This will be my go to place looking forward as I know I wouldnt trust anybody else with my car but him and his team.Kudos to RCH for having people like them working for them. Service advisor Aaron was very pleasant and apologetic for the lengthy service time which was out of his control. Service for an “Express” oil change & tire rotation with an appointment took a little over 3 hours. I was told my vehicle had a recall for road noise, however when the vehicle was returned to me, I was informed that the part was not in stock and needed to be ordered.After a terrible sales experience early last year, I doubt I will be returning to Rick. Ase after 5 previous Hyundais purchased there.

Cory and Fred took care of my car today. There was some confusion about whether there was two recalls or only one and if the part needed was in. It was one recall and one software update. Unfortunately the recalled part wasn’t in so I’ll need to come back a second time, very inconvenient. Normally the appointment maker won’t make the appointment unless the part is in. Not sure what went wrong. But the guys are always working hard to take care of me and my car, so I appreciate that.
Freddie is great. He goes above and beyond. Service was great. I wasnt happy about how dirty my car was when I picked it up. I had to go get something from the car while we were waiting on the new engine to get in and it was out back in what seems like the woods edge. Dirt Daubers had built a nest on the side of my car and it was nasty. Inside was a mess, but the outside was clean when I brought it in. The guy that escorted me to the car said it would be cleaned up when I get it back. Imagine my surprise when the guy pulled it up and it was the same nastiness that I saw a few weeks before and the Dauber nest was still on the side of the car. The guy told me I could use the car wash. I dont think I should have had to do it myself and on top of everything else, my car was infested with ants for weeks. I never had ants in my car before it was parked out behind your garage. Thats why I took away that 5th star. Love your company. This was not cool though.

Had an unfortunate break down of my wifes 2013 Hyundai Sonata due to a valet parking incident at Memorial Hospital West. Long story short, the vehicle was taken to Rick Case Hyundai in Weston for repair work to the transmission lever shift cable. The service manager, Corey Wells, was outstanding in all aspects of this incident. He contacted me that the service department had received the car late afternoon, advised me of the shift cable having been broken and called me the next morning that the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. Excellent service. Very fast turn around repair time.
I am finished with this dealer. First, the person who answers the incoming calls has the personality of a penny. With that thick accent who speakers so fast the it hard to communicate with her. She doesnt understand her job

I always have such a great experience here! TD Newsome at the end closest to the lobby and farthest from the garage is the best! He always remembers me and gives such great and fast service! I swear every time I go to him I am out the fastest! This is the best place for me to go whenever my car needs anything. It’s a 16 mile drive from my house but always worth it to drive the extra miles and get great service!

Went to Rick Case VW first since I was looking for another car, then I went to Hyundai and found Jaime Calderon, a kind, fun and very cool advisor who helped me right away with the Tucson Hybrid I fell in love with. Services was top notch, all members very supportive, but Jami was the best above all. The whole process was smooth, so Im glad I went there and now Im a happy Tucson Hybrid owner.

I’ve been a loyal Hyundai owner for 15 years and have gone to Rick Case Hyundai for just as long. Unfortunately I will likely not be a Hyundai customer any longer. I drive a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and several months ago my front driver window regulator broke and I immediately had it repaired.Two weeks ago, my front passenger window regulator broke and 4 days ago both my back driver and passenger window regulators broke.Hyundai was not willing to work with me since I was just barley outside of my warranty. I had to pay for everything out of pocket when it is very obvious that this is a bad part that should be under an extended warranty. The people who tried to help me at Rick Case Hyundai were very kind and I feel they tried to do their best, but after spending thousands of dollars having an obviously bad part repaired, I can no longer be a proud Hyundai owner.
Overall the experience at Rick Case Hyundai was a good one. Ivan Rodriguez was very professional and courteous. Cesar Torres made the financing portion as painless as possible. The main reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that we were never told the car we leased was a demo and also never did a walk through to mutually acknowledge the few knicks in the car. There were a few that we photographed and sent to both Ivan and Cesar to be included in our file to the bank.

Every time you call the dealer, the automatic response tell you, car wash is free as well gas. Well recently I had oil change service done at Rick case Hyundai at David . None of those services were offer to me . When the car was ready, no one called me to let me know. I have to call and the guy was helping me left home without telling me first my car was done .

Staff is nice and helpful. But the waiting time for a service is extremely long. An oil change and tire rotation that can be done in 20-30 minutes in any location, here itll take 3-4 hours. Great dealer, great people but the slowest service ever. Cannot give more than 3 stars.

Service was great from beginning to end. We received a call verifying our appointment. We received a call letting us know what service was needed for our vehicle. We were given the cost and we approved. Within a couple of hours we were notified our car was ready. When it was time to pay Mr Clark got my paperwork back from the Cashier and handled my payment because the Cashier was very busy. Absolutely great service all around.

My service writer Issac was very personable, professional and knowledgeable while listening very carefully and addressing all my problems. Not only did they resolve my known issues but also replaced an additional part I was unaware existed, all being covered by my extended warranty. The only complaint I have, is that wherever I bring my vehicle for repairs, additional problems seem to exist. Not being very knowledgeable concerning automotive needs, I am at the mercy of the professional, not really knowing if the recommended repairs are legitimate.
Fred in service waqs great. However I brought my own oil but Hyundai supplied my oil filter and I was charged $14.46 and 14.20 for the oil change. Using your oil the price is $34.00 for oil, filter, and service. I was charged $29.78. That is no way to treat a VIP customer. I want the $14.20 refunded to my bank account. The invoice number is 625562 and the date of service was Sept 14, 2021 to Sept 17, 2021.Thanks,Al Caroccio

I appreciate the way my service advisor ( today it was Nick Marquez) explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. He also explained my choices as far as repairs and the cost of each. When I asked for an oil change along with the repairs, there was no problem. I was surprised at how quickly my car was ready! All in all, I was very pleased with the upfront explanations of my cars problems and my repair options, and Nicks friendly courtesy. Thats why I keep coming back.

First service on my new Santa Fe. And omg it was so seamless. They advised me ahead of time that it would be about two hours. And they finished in about 45 minutes. They even offered me assistance if I wanted to be driven to any specific location. Daniel was very helpful.
Dealt with Chad. Spoke to him first day I showed up, bought a brand new Hyundai Venue 2022 same day. Highest marks, very satisfied. Want to ensure Chad gets the recognition he deserves.
I was told the car was suppose to come in today or tomorrow, I said let me know when it comes in and ill be there. A few hours later I was told the car is there and what time I can come see it. So I dropped everything I was doing and drove to the dealer which was more than a hour drive away. When I get there, they tell me they dont have the car but I can look at other ones that I am not interested in. This was a total waste of time, money, miles, gas and tolls. All to deal with a bunch of unprofessional people, such a scam just to get me to their dealership. Definitely not trustworthy. BEWARE.

I come to this place many times because I liked it the service, I travel from another county just for that but the last two times I have come BY APPOINTMENT I have had to wait more than 3 hours just for an oil change which seems like an exaggeration. I always have to stop to ask what happened to my car and when I do it is when they decide to hurry. I dont know whats going on with this place!
They advertise cars on Carfax and then when you go to the dealership the price is $3,000 more. And when you have to argue and prove your point by showing them their own advertising in Carfax they reluctantly lower and say it is because you did your research. When confronted with this they will laugh in your face and this was from the manager of sales! Oh and lets not forget the $2850 for their reconditioning fee. The car we looked at had several flaws and they refused to even acknowledge them. This is the worst sales for a car dealership that I have ever experienced
