BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Waiting on this dealership to do the right thing after they put me into a car with a failing engine. Its been more than 5 days since Ive reported major faults with the car. Faulty pistons, no airbag, leaking steering wheel fluid all less than a months time. Ive had the car less than 3 weeks, and was assured the vehicle was in good condition and nothing was wrong with it as quoted by Jay. Ive called several times and tried a diplomatic approach, but have still yet to see this dealership react with any eagerness to satisfy their customer. I understand things happen and cars can be sold as is, but when you take someones money, give them a car that is falling apart and all they ask for you to do the right thing so their lack of morals doesnt affect your livelihood, you would expect a much better response than Im waiting for the owner to call me back. I will continue to post, and then get the local news and television involved shortly after. If you dont care about your customers, you shouldnt be allowed to operate a business in our neighborhood. Point blank. DO THE RIGHT THING!

Very poor customer service. I was promised a refund of $207 since February 7, 2018. Ive visited and called countless times about a refund that was promised to me. Each time being feed with a parade of lies an excuses. I just want the refund that was promised to me. Ive already sent them the receipt in question and left my number numerous times. This has gone on long enough and I just want my money back!

When a dealer refuses to put in writing a quote on a cash price (not a financing price), you know you cant trust them. Emailed David the manager many times, just trying to find out what the best cash price is on a Honda CRV - just a SIMPLE question like that - he wont put it in writing in email. Its like Im asking for his most personal and private information!!! Seriously - how hard is it, just tell me what your best cash price is - and Ill come test drive it. Had dealers in the past TELL me the cash price on the phone, then when I get there its completely different - thats why I want it in writing. If hed just given it to me via email, I would have gone and test driven it and probably bought it. What a shame, his communication was great, very prompt, courteous, and I thought I had finally found a decent car dealer - but when he refused to put it in writing, that speaks volumes.

I didnt want to do this but you dont give me no choice. when I went to your dealer you help us well you give a extended warranty that was should be good . But the true is horrible!!. The didnt want to cover us in couple different times . I call the warranty to cancel warranty because of it and get my refund and the told me I had to go back to dealer where I purchase warranty. Here where it starts to get agravating I call you many times and all you can tell me owner handles this kind of problem. He usually not here but I will tell him to call you back. I waited many times also I call many times and still till this date no phone call!!. This goes back to April. You seem not to care about your reputation or your clients .if I dont here from you soon the next phone call wont be from me . Legal actions are being considered. It didnt have to come to this . You guys all you want to do is sale and take peoples money and then you look away .

The salesman by the name of Feruk is by far the worst salesman that dislike Haitian People. He stated and I quote Haitian People always trying to purchase things that they cant reach. Feruk did not know that I was a previous customer that purchased a 528i BMW and E350 Mercedes in one day. He did not know that I wanted to buy a car cash. All I was trying to do is be a Loyal customer but he wanted to do is argue with me and insult me for being Haitian. I honestly dont know why Larry would ever allow an ignorant egotistical self centered jerk to work for him.

So I saw a 2010 BMW 135i just 5 hours after it was posted. I immediately called and got in touch with Giancarlo. Very professional and helpful. I set up an appointment to see the vehicle 2 days from the day I called. On the day of my appointment I called Giancarlo and he told me the car was not there at the moment and that they were closing up early that day. So I reschuled for the following week on a Monday. Got out of work early just to be told the car was now at BMW getting the turbos replace and other parts as well. So I once again rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday I left work early once again to be told they were closing EARLY and that the owner of the dealership (Larry) had taken the car to test and to go and purchase more vehicles. ONCE AGAIN I reschedule to see the vehicle for Thursday afternoon. After driving 2 whole hours to their dealership on that Thursday I get told I cannot test drive the vehicle because it has an ABS issue..... but if I want the car to go ahead and start the paperwork and pay the down payment.... I tell them I will wait over the weekend for them to get it fixed and I will be back Monday to test drive and purchase the vehicle. ALSO they stated on all of their posts of this vehicle that it was a ONE OWNER, which was a LIE. Car was a 3 owner. So Monday finally comes and I was advised that the owner of the dealer now wants to keep the car to give to his son.... I called the dealer several times to find out if this was true and just got treated terribly by them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY,

Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! Huge scammers that do nothing but screw people over. I bought a BMW 535i in February 4, 2017 and Ive been having numerous problems with this vehicle. The day after I purchased the vehicle I find out that there is a leak in the oil gasket. I reported this to them and had my car taken to their shop. They claimed they fixed it. Today is July 12, 2017 and I come to find out that these SCAMMERS never fixed the leak! Because of them not fixing the leak, it spilled all over my alternator and took the belt completely out of place. Also prior to finding out this issue I was having AC trouble and it cost me almost $500 to fix. Thank God I had warranty! Its been 5 months and nothing but problems after problems with this car. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! SCAMMERS!!! My car was quoted at $7,000 worth of car repairs. Basically the so called finance manager Jay scammed me and sold me a car that was having major issues and he knew that. I called Jay to resolve this issue and hes not taking any action on this matter so I will be taking legal action on this company and will report this to the BBB!!!

Wish I could give this place no Stars . Wesley is the biggest liar for starters . IDK who lies more him or the finance guy. My seat was messed up & when it rains my car leaks through the sides. I came down there on about 6 different occasions, til they finally got my seat fixed but my car still leaks when it rains. I had to cancel my extended warranty because I was misinformed as to what was covered. The warranty company refunded the money to the dealership but the money has not been forwarded to my lienholder. The dealership is not responding to my inquiries. I guess small claims court is my only option. Stay Away!
