We went to 4-5 Murphy Bed places in the Miami area. There is NO DOUBT THAT THIS WAS THE BEST. They did an excellent job. Family business and took the best care of us. This was the BEST experience Ive had since moving to Florida and working on my home. I have come to find out, that many people work on their own time in South Florida, but Alex and his brother Ariel are the needle in the haystack! From the very first day I met Alex, he came to my home to do an estimate, and arrived 5 minutes EARLY! Proceeded with the estimate, explanations, and even sitting in my dining room and drawing a digital rendering of what my custom unit will look like. Turn around was told to be around 4-6 weeks, but my unit was completed in 3!Ariel and Carlos came to install the unit yesterday, and were extremely polite, professional, and clean! Spent near to 10 hours in my home to make sure everything was perfect and spotless before leaving, and it indeed came out exceptional! I cannot rave more about this purchase. I looked online through several other vendors and Murphy Bed service was the only one that was hassler free and made themselves available to fit my busy schedule. They are not only professionals and masters of their craft but their product is high quality durable materials. I was not sure what to expect because I had never customized or bought a murphy bed before but they really met all my expectations and then some.

Great guys!! Easy to get to condo for estimate. Accurate measurements and generated CAD drawing for approval at my place to see how it would look before he left!! Came in ahead of schedule... and performed install with attention to detail and left place clean. Bed looks awesome and performs impeccably. Added CPAP access hole and wire shelf underneath with no problem. I would highly recommend them.

As our family has grown we needed an extra room for guests. My in-laws are amazing and I wanted them to be able to stay comfortable when visiting for long periods. Thanks to our new Murphy bed, I have an office/guest room combo that is functional and beautiful! Alex was extremely flexible with installation because we had some other construction delays. These are expensive, but far more economical than an addition or moving. They used my own king sized mattress. Im able to lift and lower with ease. Im trying to convince my Pareto get one next!This is the real deal!!!

From our first step into the Murphy Bed Sales store in Ft. Lauderdale my husband and I felt welcomed and comfortable shopping for our Murphy Bed system. Ariely helped us with deciding what we want and Alex came the next day to measure and draw us the finished product. Today, 2 months and a week later Ariel and Carlos installed our new bed. They say on their website “Our specialties include repairs, servicing, removals, delivery, adding parts, downsizing or adding new features to your wall bed, home office, closets, murphy wall beds”. Well.....maybe not the adding parts or adding new features. I have an old Murphy bed with a glossy black laminate frame. It had two tall cabinets on either side which we disposed of. I called them to ask about adding new ‘features” to replace the former cabinet units and something that would tie it all together into one cohesive unit and was told “oh, we don’t do that”. Oh well.....

My wife and I purchased a condo in Pompano Beach last November and had a queen/sofa combo Murphy installed in April 2018.Alex was great at showing us our options and came to our place to measure and consult on colors and fabric for sofa.The install was on time and great! It is obvious this is not an everday job ! It took quite a few hours and there are some complicated adjustments to springs etc, but this team new their stuff!I recommend this family run company without any hesitation! They met all my expectations fully!!

My friend & I visited Murphy Bed Sales & Services on Memorial Day. Paul was very helpful showing us the different units & features. Although I wanted the library unit, Paul explained how the unit was too large for my space. I purchased a basic model that would take 6-8 weeks to build on site & deliver to my home. Seven weeks later, the installation crew meticulously mounted the unit to the wall & floor. It looks great.
