They did not informed us properly about the process of payment, the total amount to be paid neither the financing. They supposedly were going to send a card to our home that never arrived. They do not tell you when you are supposed to received it neither. Since time pass, we decided to call them back and they said that if the card never arrived it was our responsibility to call to the bank they assigned to find out what could have happened. They obliged you to pay through that mean of payment and then when you have an issue the problem is yours. Finally we find out with the bank that the address they provide was wrong and that was why we never received the card. Now we have a debt and we are in risk of having our credit lower. Terrible customer service. We spoke at least 6 times to find out how much the total amount to be paid was, how much the financing was, etc and they never gave us a proper answer. The promise to send information that they never send. You paid a fortune for a bed they promise to improve your sleep but then the process turns to be a nightmare. PLUS THE BED DOES NOT WORTH THE COST.

What an amazing experience it was to visit the store. After seeing a commercial, I went over to the Davie store and met Andrew. He was amazing to say the least! Attentive and knowledgeable, he made us feel special and also make the best selection. We are excited about our new Sleep Number bed and look forward to having the best sleep of our live!!

The Sleep Number store in Davie is laid out nicely and all the sales representatives we met were pleasant and helpful. Our sales rep, Marcelo Marquez, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very patient and took the time to answer our questions, j is Neil we found the right bed. We are looking forward to sleeping in our new Sleep Number bed!

Both in person and over the phone the employees that worked with me to purchase my bed made me feel like they genuinely cared about my quality of sleep, and did not try to sell me on anything. They asked and answered my questions, gave me options based on my answers and inquiries and gave me all the information to make informed decisions. It is an investment in my over all health that I am grateful I am making. I would definitely refer my family and friends to Sleep Number!!!!!

Stopped to check about the hype of SBN - left 90 minutes later with a new bed... Marcelo explained in detail all about the system - bed /base and the science behind.

We went in to learn more about this type of mattress and walked out with new pillows, sheets and a new king bed getting delivered in 4weeks. Andrew was AMAZING at helping us and explaining everything. He was very patient as I went from bed to bed trying to determine which one relieved my bad back pain. I wish all stores had nice, honest workers like Andrew, truly made our day to have him help us make such a life changing purchase! Can’t wait to get my bed

Even though I did not receive my bed on the anticipated date, customer service took care of me. They gave me a discounted price and sheets to compensate for the inconvenience. They were very understanding and professional.I love my bed and Im so glad I stuck with the order.

The staff at Sleep Number was very proficient in their product. From the time we walked into their showroom we were greeted with a friendly welcome even though they were with other customers. The contour, the comfort, how the adjustments to your quality of sleep is important, and the extra features, was astounding to hear. We have back, neck and arm pain and all our questions that was asked, was answered and satisfying leading to our decision of choosing the sleep number 360 bed. We havent received it yet, (in transit), but I know we made a wise choice and investment. I know well be sleeping better and happier. If youre looking for that perfect bed, go to Sleep Number.

I called Sleep Number before I came over. I wasnt expecting much from this place just wanted prices. I got to this price Marcelo assisted me. He was so awesome as he explained the difference in their mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and made my visit very comfortable. He sanitize the mattresses and things was that helped with my covid anxiety. My purchase went smooth and their clearance on the bedding was a plus. Employees were very nice and helpful. The store was clean and followed social distancing protocols and they had plenty of hand sanitizers and disposable pillow shields. If you are looking for a sleep number bed I would recommend this location!

The service is great. Very helpful. Only problem is that you spend over $ 8000.00 on a bed you only get one remote. So when you want to change your bed adjustment, you have to wake up your partner. Then in order to get another remote you must spend $50.00 more dollars. In this case I really think for the money you spend on a bed you would get two controllers.

Leilani Fuller, the store manager, is absolutely amazing. She assisted my fiancé and I in purchasing our dream king mattress! Leilani was extremely informative and patient throughout the entire process. She had us try out every mattress to make sure we found the perfect fit, and she was able to explain which level we should each be at in order to achieve the best possible sleep. Leilani also showed us every kind of pillow, and showed us all of the unique features. Definitely ask for Leilani when you arrive - she will make you feel very comfortable, and she will give you the best possible deal. Shes very well-versed in all things sleep. Thank you, Leilani!

My husband and I went to the Davie store looking for a bed. Andrew was excellent very knowledgeable explaining everything without being pushy at all. We left and ordered it the next day on the phone.

Our salesperson (Leilani) was friendly, knowledgeable, seemed to earnestly care about our needs rather than what could be sold, and not pushy at all. Had a great experience and ended up gladly spending above my expectations based on the amazing bed and the amazing staff.

Sales person Andrew is fantastic but actual mattress is a nightmare. I had the worst nights ever. I wouldnt recommend this mattress to anyone. I returned the mattress and got a refund for it but the remote control refund takes 2 months to complete. Cant believe that!

Went into the store today to exchange out a pillow. Leilani was extremely helpful and explained to us some tricks on how to make our bed up easier (we have an adjustable bed, she suggested raising the head and raising the foot of the bed which will help with the reach). She also showed us some additional features that were available to us on our Sleep IQ phone app.

We finally decided to buy our sleep number bed after consideration. We couldnt be happier with how Jeff treated us. He ran us through all the latest models and had us lay down to check what we liked. He was super patient with us because we kept asking questions. Theres nothing better out there for great quality sleep so highly recommend anyone to invest on one of these babies and make sure you have Jeff help you out.
