This is a very good place to buy your mattress. They always have sales that last not only a weekend but a couple weeks. The people here are very knowledgeable and quick to help. I started with the Coral Springs and Zoila was very nice to me; she helped me fill out everything quickly and updated me with all information. I live closer to the Davie one so went there to finish the purchase another date. For the Davie one, all three workers there helped me with everything! I even got my mattress in 2 days instead of the back-order that was to be in August. Each of them wore masks, were helpful not only to me but with each other so everyone was in-the-know of the situation.The manager explained when the mattress would arrive, how it would be done, what the workers are expected to do (wear masks, gloves and foot gloves) and not to do (move furniture not including your mattress), how the mattress would feel (it will feel a bit stiff since it’s brand new; it will take about 20 days to feel like it does in the store as many people are constantly on them. There is a 40 day return policy and how much it would cost after 3 months if you decide to return it completely ($400). You can do a switch if you so choose. They will offer the delivery free of charge but if you are not happy and will not wait on them, you can always drop it off at the factory yourself in North Florida), and how to pay for it.The company that does the financing is called Synchrony. They will send an email. Mattress Firm itself sends many emails to let you know of your receipt, your pick up time, a reminder pick up time, that they are on the way, that they are nearby, how was the visit after, and so forth. You can choose phone, text, email or all three. The mattress delivery people were done in 20 minutes. They also allowed me time to vacuum under the bed before they fixed up the new bed and took out the old one. I highly recommend this location to get your mattress and recommend Mattress Firm for your mattress needs! 5 Stars *****!

Our sales consultant was very helpful assisting us in deciding on the best bed for our sleeping habits. The technology used takes away much of the guesswork in narrowing down the perfect mattress. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and the Davie store in particular.

I also like how there was not that many other customers so we really got to take our time and pick up the mattress we wanted with great sales. The manager was patient and kind with my parents choosing a mattress. He was also helpful in providing us the best deal.Update: The mattress was delivered and it was not clean. The delivery guys helped my parents by cleaning it but it definitely was not as expected. Be careful as they lie about cleaning clearance mattress. I kept my original post so you can compare before/after. I updated it to 1 star for the delivery guys going above and beyond.

Great Experience! Educational, not pushy, patient, affordable compared to exact same or similar options found online.The educational part was a treat, I found out why my last innerspring was more comfortable than my, about to get rid of, non-innerspring mattress, and why back sleeper and side sleeper makes a difference. Reading about it online, and laying down on different mattress, or two totally different experiences.

Long story short: I needed a mattress asap for somebody in NY who lost everything recently. The associate here went above and beyond to legit get me the best price he can and helped me tremendously.I went to two Mattress Firms last week and asked for help. The first one I went to I asked, is that the best price you can give me? and the associate pointed at the sticker price and said a blunt yes. This wasnt my first experience at MF so I went to the one in Davie and asked a similar question and the associate there said let me see what I can do. He pulled every trick possible and waived delivery and even was able to get a platform as well for a final price that was $5 cheaper than just the mattress at the first store.I was very impressed with this store here in Davie and would recommend anyone and everyone to shop here. They will take care of you!

I’m a super fan of Mattress Firm because I always receive excellent customer service when I go there and this time was not the exception. Mason was excellent in hearing me out and finding me a pillow that worked well for my husband. I originally went alone because I wanted to surprise him but I decided it was best to let my husband pick out his favorite pillow. So he went by at the end of the day and Mason took good care of him. As usual, it was a seamless transaction. He was in and out in 5 minutes. My husband is loving his new pillow. Thank you Mason and thank you Mattress Firm for taking care of your customers.

We werent planning on buying a mattress here, we were just passing by, but the assistant manager, Stephanie treated us like family and eventually helped us find the perfect mattress for my mother.We couldnt figure out how to work the adjustable frame, and a technician came out the next day to help.The past 3 days, my mom has overslept because of how well she sleeps on the mattress and wakes up with none of the shoulder/ arm aches shes used too.I would give Stephanie 10 stars. AMAZING. Cant thank her enough.

We bought the king Gladney Luxury Firm made by Beauty Rest for Mattress Firm. The worst mattress weve ever owned.The first two days it felt like the display at the store but on the third day it just gave in, and it turned into a super plush, you would sink in it.Be REALLY careful of their shark sale tactics, when buying it at the store they offered to give us a $50 discount but little did we know were voiding our warranty and buying it AS IS.Its been less than a year and we had to get rid of it and purchase a new one from Macys. I know it may seem pricey but we ended up paying 1000 dollars less for a Beauty Rest extra firm.Dont buy from mattress firm. Do your homework. These people are shady business.

I paid for the service to get my bed & frame installed which included tracking info and hourly updates on when they would arrive, which was the next day. Overall great service.

We wrre actually at the Check Cashing Store. Friendly service when you really need it. Great in pinch and so much better ( and cheaper) than face-less online payday loans. Learned the hard way Never use Dash of Cash or Green Arrow loans. If you do, youll regret it and be paying for it for a very very long time.

Ask for Sales Associate Frico Ahrendts, and make sure he is your guy. I stopped in because I was moving and needed a mattress, Frico took his time but knew I was on a time crunch, he showed me every type of mattress until we borrowed down the one I needed. I later went back to order the mattress, Frico was not there but the other gentleman took creat care of me and pushed the sale through making sure Frico got credit.Delivery is where is went wrong. The truck drivers called me two hours ahead of the delivery time telling me they would deliver it in 10 minutes. When I told them I could not make it, they got an attitude. They delivered the mattress on time but asked to borrow a knife to cut open the frame, then asked me if I knew how to put the frame together. I gave them water and pointed out the sections where clearly marked. Upon final inspection on the mattress I found it to be dirty. When I pointed it out they had me write it down on a paper, take pictures and leave right away. They left trash and the water bottles I had given them under the bed. They also left with my $200 knife. I called the warehouse, and they had the drivers return with the knife and remove the trash.Later that night when I tried to wipe the mattress down I got splinters, the dirt was a mix of dirt and 30-40 wooden splinters.The next morning, Frico called me personally to apologize for the issue and is sending a brand new mattress and is making things right to make up for the inconvenience. This is a level of customer service that has been lost in the past few years. This is why you go INTO a store instead of ordering from the internet. The person to person relationships go a long way.

Me and my fiancé had a wonderful experience at this Mattress Firm in Davie. We were assisted by Myron and he was extremely friendly, resourceful and very welcoming! We were so overwhelmed about what type of bed we wanted and we needed it in a timely matter. We are completely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this store to all our friends. Definitely 5 stars for sure!
