I started shopping for blinds without a clue on where to start, but I was lucky enough to find the Beautiful Windows Showroom, where I was able to bring the family over to experience the various options firsthand. We were given all the time we needed to pick out what we liked, had our many questions answered, and were never pressured to make a purchase. The Beautiful Windows team made us feel welcome and helped us from start to finish. They even came to our home with fabric samples so we could make the best choice that would work with what we had planned for the living room. We were fitting three bay windows with limited space, but the team was experienced enough to know what to look out for beforehand to ensure an optimal fit. Both delivery and installation was quicker than expected and before we knew it the living room had a completely new look! We picked the pirouette shades and I never thought I would be mesmerized by window shades, but they look gorgeous and I love the way they open up! This whole experience has made me look forward to future projects for the rest of the windows in the house, and I wouldnt look any further than Beautiful Windows.

I recently renovated my townhome and needed new window treatments for all of my windows. I had no idea what I wanted or what would look good so I had several vendors give me a proposal. I decided to go with Beautiful Window, from the start Faryal Ali came to give me some ideas and pricing- her eye for design was fantastic. She gave me great ideas, her customer focus was excellent and she listened to what my ideas where. So I placed my order with her. The products came earlier that expected, the installation was so seemless, in and out in 1.5 hours, the workers were covid ready, cleaned up all of the work area and Im thrilled with my window treatments. 5 stars and thrilled that its a woman - owned business!!!

I have being looking for a someone to replace my window treatments for about a year. A few company wants me to do my own measurement and others I was not comfortable with. One day I drove by beautiful Windows and decided to give them a try. The reception I received was very welcome, I was allowed to asked a lot of questions yet they were patient and willing to answer all my questions. It is very rare for me to write reviews online but I sometimes do when service is either exceptional or disgraceful!Our experience for Hunter Douglas blinds started off great with Angela Harris. There were some product challenges with size and delivery which is no fault of Hunter Douglas or Beautiful Windows (the authorized representative) and I completely understand. Because of this, we had a partial install with a follow up installation scheduled for a later time. The installation person could not be any nicer. I was not at home (my family was) during the installation and upon reviewing the work, called the office and asked for some minor wiring adjustments. I was told that it could be done with my next installation coming up in a few weeks.We went back to the office and ended up selecting a different color and design for the future delivery. At this time, we also provided our feedback about the earlier installation. We asked for a solution because the light filtering was not to our satisfaction. The room was too bright. Angela discussed a roller shade option. We liked the idea.After the first installation, things went downhill and then horribly crashed. There may have been issues in communicating with me via phone and email (I doubt the validity of that claim) but the office asked for two numbers and also had contact details of my wife. Never once did they contact her. Our second part of the order was further delayed as a result and I know Beautiful Windows will try to blame me for that but what I dont understand is why they did not call my wife.The installation person just showed up! Supposedly a call was made to me but when I didnt answer, my wife was not contacted. The installation person had no idea that he had to sync my previously installed blinds with the new blinds he just installed. He was kind enough to do some of it but it is not as the features on the Hunter Douglas (Powerview App) was sold to us. Furthermore, he did not want to make the wiring adjustments i discussed with the office. There was a clear lack of communication at this point. The roller shades ... that seemed like a lost cause at this point because of course ... he had no knowledge of this. He also refused to measure and said roller blinds would not fit.My wife attempted to speak with Angela Harris and inquire about the roller blinds and speak about the installation and this is where it crashed. Angela who was extremely nice at first turned! I guess she got frustrated at something and took a very unpleasant tone with my wife. It was certainly not appreciated and we felt like after Beautiful Windows got their job done and received payment in full months ago, they didnt care about any kind of follow up.What we learnt:1. We didnt shop in great detail and selected a beautiful, strong and dependable produce thinking service would match the product - Sadly it (Service) did not.2. Poor communication exists internally between the Beautiful Windows team. If you as a customer are going to pay for a superior product and you expect superior service then stay away from this place.3. They write their own reviews. Scroll down and you will notice that some of the reviews are written by individuals associated with Beautiful Windows. There is one by Angela Harris for sure!What will/ should happen next:1. Beautiful windows will either completely ignore this or respond back shifting blame back on me or on Hunter Douglas. I would like for them to make things right by correcting the deficiencies in the installation and rectify the light filtering by placing roller blinds (that match the style, decor and features of the other blinds) at no charge as we were told. Dont send me a quote. Take ownership for what you represent and make things right for your customers.2. I will contact Hunter Douglas and notify them about my experience. Beautiful Windows probably doesnt even care.3. I ask for all reviews posted by Beautiful Windows and their associated individuals to be removed so that a true rating can be seen by the public.

The women that work here are all very rude, they do not have a care in the world. they talk over you, scream at you and hang up the phone on you when they are done being rude and dont even let you reply. They are hard to reach and when you do they have attitude. I thank god i found out i was able to work with other Hunter Douglas locations for my warranty, because after using Beautiful Windows and blinds the first time for a smaller project of $1,500 i was not going to come back to them for my latest project on my newest home i just did which was an $11,000 job they just lost out on because of their terrible attitudes. i am shocked and appalled to see any good reviews for this place because it never failed they were rude to me every single time i had to deal with them. the women there need to take a class in customer service, they are all doing a bad job. i cannot believe my community continued to use them for blinds after i told my community about my terrible experience. their excuse was the lady there is sick but that does not give her the right to bring problems to work and treat people so rude. Angela and staff are terrible.

ALL OF THEM.they treat you like dirt, hang up on you, scream at you, give you attitude.they rarely answer the phone, it gets to voicemail all the time. they never call back when they are supposed to either. blinds have needed to be fixed 3 times already and the poor customer service on top of it is not ideal, i wish i did not have a lifetime warranty that im stuck with at this blinds place that i paid a lot of money for. owner never available to speak with their upset customers. really sad. t

My husband and I visited many window covering businesses before we found BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS. I knew within a short time that I was in the right place! Our saleswoman, Zaniffa, could not have been more knowledgeable and attentive! She patiently listened to what we were looking for and then explained and visually showed us each style. When we would ask her opinion she was honest and told us the pros and cons of each product. We are now totally confident with the choices we made - some silhouette duolite and some solar screen shades. I 100% recommend both Zaniffa and the designer Faryal - professional, honest, and knowledgeable!!

I absolutely recommend Beautiful Windows for drapery, Hunter Douglas Blinds and Wallpaper I just bought a home in Davie and had Beautiful Windows come in and they did a fantastic job with shutters, luminettes, Duette honeycomb shades . our home is modern and the wallpaper they hung makes our family room pop. they were attentive and made sure that every detail was attended to.

If you are looking for fabulous window treatments, Beautiful Windows is the place!!!Faryal and Teresa are the best,both very knowledgeable and creative, as well as sweet and careing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and knew that I had made the right choice. I just bought a home in Weston, and needed window treatments for all the rooms, including upholstery for my dinning room chairs. As I walked into the show room, I fell in love with the luminette!!! It makes a difference when you are able to see what it would look like up front in person.They did it all, custom drapery, upholstery, silhouettes, luminette and zebra shades. Excellent company to do business with. Michael Haltrecht, the staff member who took care of us was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot in choosing through the vast array of products they offer. We were able to sit down with him and obtain quotes for the different options of blackout rolers and solar shades we needed both for our bedroom and our breakfast room. They followed through with us from the time of the quotes, through the final purchase and installation. Installation was really proffesional and clean. We are very pleased with the service provided and also as important, with the results we got from the products we chose.
