1st of all I would like to say that the associate Leah was wonderful to work with, she was very welcoming from the moment I entered the door, she was prompt with greeting me and making me feel very comfortable with shopping in there store, she helped me in every aspect that I could think of, she was very educated and informative and answered every single question that I had for her. Told me the pros and cons on every piece of merchandise that I inquired about, that’s how I knew she did her homework and was passionate about her job. It was a great pleasure to work with her in this establishment. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future. Thank you guys.

This pawn shop and jewelry store is a decent place to score a good deal. Reasonable prices on everything. Not bad quality either. It does seem they low ball ya on what they pay for items that are pawned though.

This place sells faulty equipment. went in to buy some dj gear, drove over 4 hours to pick it up, the clerks were rude for 1 and wanted to charge me the tax for the state i lived in rather than just the flat amount that was agreed upon. they were at first reluctunt to also give the power cord. i got home and found out not only does the system freeze and crash at times but the volume faders are also botched and actually turns down when you turn the volume fader up.

Usually this place is awesome and I am somewhat of a regular but today the “woman” who works there was rude and treated me like a criminal when I was only there to pick up an item. I will not be returning to this store based solely on how I was greeted and treated by her.

I stopped in here as a secret shopper and this by far was the worst pawn shop I’ve been in. They offered less than half of what the current scrap gold value is on sellable pieces. The guy was very sketchy with what information he would give on pieces and wouldn’t break down how much and why on the individual pieces I took in. Instead he lumped the items together and gave a lowball number. You’re better off going to pawn king or EZPawn to get a fair value out of your items and without the shadiness. Makes sense as to why the shop was lacking customers, you’d think they would’ve improved after their publicity of legal issues. Guess not.

Wouldn’t tell me how close they will pay to spot for gold over the phone. Most places will tell you 70%, 80% I’m sure it’s way less the that if they won’t say

They scammed me! i got a classical guitar their for $135 i found out later almost nowhere on line sells this guitar and the ones who do sell it for 55 to $60.

Google their name! They took an Alford Plea, Not an honest business. Both Manager and an Owner was CONVICTED recently. It involved jewelry worth over 20k. They repeatedly lied to police.... do not do business here!
