This place seems to get more and more distant from its customers.. almost seems like its aimed for its employees and their friends to be a hang out. Says theyll pay top dollar and then they talk you into selling low. Ive listened in line as people were told lies and ripped off. They have cool toys and an awesome selection of video games.. cool decor and nostalgia. This is over all a great store. I do shop here but not as much as I used to.

Best video game store in the area. The staff are all very knowledgeable and even more importantly, friendly. Each one there has no problem taking the time to help you find what youre looking for, and making sure its what you want. Cant say enough about this place.

Ive Been A CONSISTENT Customer of Both the Disc Replays ( Moline Illinois closed year or so ago )EVERY Friday Id Visit (Rarely would miss) & Got too Know the Knowledgeable Staff ( recently major change of Staff & I Wish Them Success in their Move ) Just Yesterday, Ive Noticed Price Increases ( Im A Major Personal Collector ) BUT after the NOTICEABLE PRICE INCREASES May Slow or Stop My Visits. The $$$ Increases On Pieces/ Product(s) DOES NOT Justify To The Condition of the Collectable. I Am Very Knowledgeable on Condition(s) on the Collectable & Especially the Price That Disc Replay Places on the Collectable. ALSO Where The Price Sticker Is Placed on the PIECE / PRODUCT; NEEDS More Care & Deliberate When Placing on Said Piece. I Am Hoping That What Im Saying Will Be Taken Seriously & Reviewed. Went here once. great prices. helpful staff! Found some fun games. And tons more added to our wish list. An awesome part of our city is this little hidden gem at the east end of Northpark mall.Also went to Mama Bahamas t-shirt store just a little further down the mall past Von Maur. Mama Bahamas Is also a staple in the Quad-Cities area- They helped me pick out and Designed/created a tshirt for my toddler grandsons birthday for just under 20 dollars.

Great place to shop if you are looking for retro games, memorabilia or DVDs. They also have Cds and collectable cards. The prices are reasonable. I would like to go again when I have more time to browse through movies. I asked the staff about a particular game and she was very helpful and polite. The store is clean with plenty of rooms in the aisles.

Its a pretty nice shop. Sometimes I end up leaving empty handed but its still nic4 to just browse the large selection of games and whatnot.

Selection is lacking these days. Most retro games are just sports games but you can find some good gems here.

This place is absolutely wonderful!! The staff has always been so kind and helpful with everything. I love buying old gaming systems and this is the first place I check for anything. If I buy the system online I always buy wire replacements and games here. When price comparing, Disc Replay always has better prices than amazon and other online shops.

We had an issue with a console we bought there and they were very friendly and helpful with fixing the situation. Theyre prices are great and selection is really good too

Its cool, its like a extremely cheap GameStop obviously. They got movies, old video games, heck even iphones for cheap prices kinda. They sell collectables and TVs too. The one no no that I dont like but dont really mind is that they dont really care for covid and the employees along with the customers dont wear mask or wear them improperly. Just do the 6 feet thing

Games are poorly organized. Often will have copies of the same game out on the floor with two differing prices. Do not remove other stores tags. Unprofessional filing system. Only saving grace is the kindness of the employees.

Quite a good selection I was pleasantly surprised. when I went in years ago I didnt really like it but this time I did.

We went into disc replay to check on a used system to send to our son who is in ait training and can earn privileges for a gaming system. Rob was extremely patient and helpful with us. He took his time explaining the difference of the systems to us. He even went the extra step and downloaded the games onto the system for us. Now the system will be ready to ship out to our son and all his fellow soldiers to enjoy on their weekends off. Thanks Rob for all your help!!

Very pleased with purchases and promotions that they run. I bought nine used DVDs for the price of one movie ticket with popcorn. Their older stock flows pretty rapidly, so its worth stopping in on a regular basis.
