Worst customer service!!!

The building is almost new, so the store is really nice. They also have a friendly helpful staff. I think there prices are a little high, but it looks like theyve been lowering them recently and now they have daily deals (i.e. Tuesdays they have deals on DVDs).

Loved it!!!!!!!! Good prices and best customer service. I will be going back there and thanks Andy for being awesome!

Horrible place to do business at went to pawn my subs and was told I had to take the subs out of the box just for them to determine if they would pawn them. Never in my life have I had to do this anywhere else. Then when I mentioned I have never had to do this b4 I was told to get out of the store and not come back needless to say. Im avoiding like a virus. Very difficult to make sales they have no equipment to verify equipment is working or not and willing to work with customers. Bought something last year that broke a week later, I had to argue with them to return it. Now this year on one sale I had to help them figure out to hook up a piece of equipment on their own system, they did give me a good price for the item when they finally figured it. The second time Feb 2014, Id had enough I dont care if I have to drive 250 miles in any direction, Im bypassing this business its the principle. I purchased a firearm and was told they have no transfer agreements but based on the two experiences Id rather pay the money and get my gun from someone who wants my business. No Thanks

Very poor customer service. Kathy lied about to me about the legal transfer of firearms. Extremely shady for an FFL to lie about ATF laws.

Horrible place surprised they are still in business me and a buddy of mine went to pawn his watch pretty sure it was the owner gave him a terrible price for it so he said no thanks and we looked around for not even 10 seconds and he told us to get out of his store and started yelling at us this was shortly after they opened I never went back I wouldnt shop here once so ever horrible customer service

Firearms department not informed and prone to lies

Notified them that they had stolen tools that belonged to me and they sold them before the investigator could collect them.

They burn down the store for insurance fraud.Then they gave me back burn black items, and still charged me.They kept my game cases,knowing that I cant pawn my games again without the cases.Then literally stole my bike.

NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!
