I have replaced every window, door and piece of trim in my home over the years. We have always been guided to the product that works for us and our budget. They have been consistently good to work with over the years.

Builders and buyers beware. I was told by my builder that they purchased my trim through Preferred Builders. Ive contacted them several times, explained what Im needing and each time they tell me they will get back with me...that never happens. The most recent attempt I spoke to Randy who is apparently one of the owners. I emailed him a photo of the trim Im needing. I havent received a call and its been 2 days now. I called again today and Randy is not in the office this afternoon.Builders, avoid this company. They wont be there for the homeowners purchasing your homes. If they need to match some trim or anything for that matter, they do not respond. Apparently they arent interested in helping people out and offering a little customer service. So if youre needing anything from Preferred Builders, you may want to consider getting it from someplace that will provide service down the road when you need it. I believe that because I only need a 6 foot or smaller piece of trim to replace a damaged piece, they arent interested in helping because its not a big sale.
