Easy to set up an appointment. Shawn was very communicative on when he would arrive. Shawn and Jay were professional and provided a lot of education on both windows and doors that I currently have and what they provide. Only down side was the cost of the products. Pella installed 2 doors for me, my front has side lights and a transom and my deck also has one side light and transom with blinds in the center. The work was completed timely, and professionally, and delivered just as I had ordered. The front is a beautiful mahogany with a 3/4 window, I receive compliments on it all the time and I love it. Brett Wanek was a great help to our project, we had a commercial renovation to an older building where the originally specified window manufacturer was falling down on the job tremendously. We asked to substitute some Pella products that Brett brought to the teams attention and they were on site and installed nearly 4 weeks ahead of the other windows that had a 6 month head start. Brett did an amazing job and we wish we wouldve went with him from the start!!

Purchased 13 windows of various sizes for a house remodel project this summer. Replaced all windows and sliding doors in our cabin. My original thought was to go cheap as is just a cabin, but after talking with Greg Letvin, my thinking completely changed. We spoke of high quality, insulating properties and features. He was extremely knowledgeable in what I was needing, measured and provided a quote within matter of days, along with details Id not even thought of. Cost was better in many cases for much better windows & doors. Delivery was easy and well organized. When installed, several comments from contractors were how little to no shimming was needed and sizes were spot on.
