Felicity the agent manager does not know what shes doing. Best long story short, because she does not understand or is uneducated to her own job duties and responsibilities left three elderly and disabled people without phones for 2 days. I went to the store two days in a. row to have this problem fixed. I had to spend $200 on two new phones just so we can be on a family plan. On top of that an elevated phone bill. She shows no empathy or takes responsibility for a mistake that she has caused. Then has the audacity to be mad at me because Im upset over something that she did told me that I would see no changes to my account. She should be dismissed her duties effectively and immediately.

I had called ahead to make sure they had the phone I wanted, they were very helpful on the phone, I showed up a couple hours later and and they were very friendly and had me in and out pretty quickly

The store manager she was very rude. Service was hands down the worst of any of the boost store I have ever been to. I would like to think that as a long time customer with multiple lines that I my business is appreciated and my issues with my phone service taken care of or even looked at. It was so bad and disappointing I switched my family’s service over to another provider as soon as I left the store . She belittle staff from other stores over the phone in front of other customers and I. Extremely unprofessional. Hopefully the owners read their reviews and take action soon.

I ordered a phone through the boost up program online and never got the phone. Tried calling customer service about it and they never had any record of it but it was taken out of my checking account. Never ordering online again through boost. Im always going to go through the store to get what I need. The staff was very helpful.

Had to set up my moms phone and had nothing but trouble doing it by myself. Went to the store and got amazing service from rickesha she went above and beyond tio make sure my moms phone worked. Will definitely go there again for all my needs

My husband and I were in last Saturday looking for a new phone for my husband. We were Virgin Mobile customers for many years, I knew they had transferred to Boost but didnt really know much about the company. We went to several other stores and lert because they were too busy to help us. Jason was very friendly and helpful, he was still training but was very focused, if he didnt know he got the answer from zach or DJ. They were very friendly and professional. Explained all of our questions and got us through in a very timely manner. We both ended up getting new phones and were able to keep our same plans. Very happy with everything and everyone. Will definitely recommend to others

I bought a new phone through the boost up program online a couple of weeks ago. I was so excited when my phone arrived but that excitement turned to disappointment when the phone couldnt read the SIM card that came inside it. After about a week of chatting with customer service online and waiting for a new SIM card to arrive only to be told that it was not compatable with my phone, I decided to walk while out was snowing to the Boost store at 902 W Kimberly Rd #12 Davenport IA 52806 to see if there was anything they could do to help me. Assistant manager Zack Rettlg took the time to listen to the whole situation and after he tried everything he could think of to help, he called the online customer service and after being transferred to someone special in the someone special department he found that the SIM card that came in the phone had been scratch as if or had been rubbed across the pavement a few dozen times. He replaced the SIM card and activated my phone and I was on my way in time to make it to the birthday party. Thank you do much again Zack. You Rock!

Zack was extremely helpful and explained a better plan for our business. Even though they were busy on a Monday mid morning, Zack and his coworker handled multiple customers. Weve been Boost mobile customers for our business phones for many years and found this experience to be the best ever in terms of clarity about our plan and a new phone.

I love boost mobile my husband and have had them since 2014 there has been some ups and down with service when we moved to California but being up in the redwoods all phones have some problems with service. But I wouldnt ever think about changing services and Im always telling people to change to boost

The staff was friendly and wanted to make sure we received the best deal for our needs. The sales woman who helped us was professional and when she got stuck she called her manager who drove all the way from home to help her. That is great business in our book. Very helpful even though the poor guy that was the only one working was being swamped with people getting new phones and he clearly sick. I felt so bad for him. But no one walked out on him, everyone waited patiently. Been with the company since 2014, havent had a bit of trouble.

The staff are very helpful and they dont mind it taking a lil extra time for me to handle business when I have my baby with me and she runs behind the counter giggling and grabbing everything she can reach to throw away (even when it isnt garbage) cause she gets praise for doing so.

I told him the phones i wanted and without ever stopping his eating he just said we dont have those in stock. he didnt offer to call a different store or to even offer a different phone. super unprofessional and not helpful

Came in to switch from iwireless and the manager helped us. She asked us what we needed, what we had, and what we were looking for plan wise. She went over all the details with us and was informative on what phone does what. Gave us her recommendation and even retrieved our account info for us. We were in our budget, she set us up with insurance and even gave us a card for free accessories. We got the full service and she did all of this in a timely manner. We will be recommending her to all of our friends and family! So thank you Tawni for doing more than just your job but for really making sure our needs were met!

Was unhappy with us cellular and I stopped in to Boost mobile to find out what they had for deals! I’m disabled so I don’t move around well. Tawni greeted me at the door, helped me inside, talked to me about what I needed and would be comfortable in. Went over the cost of things and she got me set up. She gave a card for free accessories and even set me up for free bill credit when I refer someone. And to top it off she helped me connect my new phone to my blue tooth in my car. I was highly impressed with the service and the extra work she did. I will be sending all my neighbors to her for any phone needs they have!

Not open posted hours. Quite rude on telephone the next day when I called to find out when I could actually go in to the store. The attitude and incorrect posted hours have sent me packing to a different Boost store.

I have been with I-wireless for many years. Hearing they were closing made me nervous. I happened to come across the manager of this store in Walgreens while she was talking to the employees about the company discounts they give Walgreens staff. I chimed in and asked a few questions and she offered to help me transfer that day. I met her at the store she took care of everything! The phone I got is much better, and the service she provided was awesome. She even transferred all my hot rod photos to my new phone. She made everything so easy and smooth. And considering she had 5 other people in the store doing the same thing I was doing. She handled it very well! All 6 of us were impressed and she got us all done quickly! I watched her transfer stuff from 5 phones to new phones all on one table. We were all talking about how well she could multitask! We will be back to add my wife and we will be referring this manager to all my family with I-wireless! Well done Tawni “transferring queen”
