I am so glad I discovered this place. Needed batteries for wireless car key. They had what I need and put the batteries in my key. Besides batteries they had some light bulbs saving me a trip to Menards. Definitely will use this place when I need new batteries.

I shattered the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and they fixed it the same day. They were busy and it only took them a little over an hour to fix it. They also fixed it for cheaper than the competition (Yoshis for example). Everyone that worked there seemed. upbeat and happy. I was/am very pleased!

Just want to Remind everyone how horrible of an experience I had with this place. Two of my houses were flooding a few months ago and I needed a battery for my back up sump pump and went to Batteries plus and wanted to get a battery as my houses were flooding and they made me leave the store because I didn’t have a mask on, I asked them if I could pay for it and leave and they said no, no service without a Mask, cursed at me when I left…. Would Never use this place again… I used to use them all the time. Went to Thesian’s and they gladly helped me.

Went to another phone screen replacement business in Bettendorf and found out that my screen replacement from batteries and bulbs filled my phone with moisture because they did not seal my phone back after replacing my screen. they were missing a entire piece. will not be going back here, do not recommend

I went here to get my iPad screen replaced. It was ready later that day, which was awesome. They did a check to make sure my iPad was working well with the new screen. It didnt, but I was understanding. Unfortunately they ran into problems and rip a cord to my home button and had to buy a replacement home button. It was back ordered so it took 2 weeks. Which I had to call them to get updated on what was happening. No curiosity call. I understand that some of it was out of mine and their control. But the real complaint is how bad it turned out. Almost a month later my fingerprint still cant be recognized and now my home button wiggles. It has wiggled so much that it is stuck under the iPad. It needs to be fixed, but they wont be the ones fixing it. I would look somewhere else, make this company your last option.

Had screen replaced on Galaxy S8 and requested screen protector to prevent another incident. Accidental drop 2 days later and screen protector came off after first and only drop and cracked. Replaced screen protector again. Another accidental drop few days later protector came off again.... screen protectors are not supposed to pop off after 1 drop. I feel ripped off.

Usually a good price on batteries here so thats always a plus didnt have my brand this time though but I will return...

This store is great. The batteries for my key fobs are from this store. They are on the lifetime replacement. I paid a little extra a couple of years ago and now replacement batteries are free. Has saved me lots of money.

I scheduled a repair for 3pm at around 1:40pm the same day. Figured Id drop it off and pick it up in a few days. Nope. They said it would take an hour so I ran some other errands, came back in an hour and was out the door with a fixed phone. Saved $10 for using online scheduling too. Very happy with experience and outcome. Staff were excellent.

I see they have high ratings but my experience was not good and I want to share to help educate people. I took my garage door opener in and said that I would like the batteries that go with it. The young kid opened the case. I told them that I could put them in myself, just wanted the batteries. If you do not do this, they will automatically charge you a service fee. Which he did. And, he didnt even put it back together correctly, I had to. I told him there that I didnt feel it fair that he charged me for install. he didnt care, indignant. I paid it left. I called back to talk to the store manager, Danny . Once again he was scheduled to be there but wasnt. I explained the situation to the man on the phone. He too didnt care, said that they have long lines and just assume people want them installed. There were not long lines when I was there. There was an older couple to my left that were asking a lot of questions, but I feel totally cheated and a lack of customer service. Batteries that should have cost me $5.29 ended up at $13.90.

Batteries Plus replaced my iPhone screen. We had a few snafus with scheduling due to ordering a white border versus a black. When I picked it up the reverse camera function didnt work nor the ear speaker. However, they ordered the cable that was needed and it was fixed the next day. No charge. The store is typically busy but they take their time with customers. They repaired my phone at a reasonable price. Their techs are knowledgeable and Id definitely go back again. I scheduled it one of the various times that the scheduling tool offered. The day of the appointment I received a call asking to reschedule the appointment. I agreed and the appointment was rescheduled. Again, the day of the call, I received a call asking to cancel and reschedule the repair. Reluctantly I rescheduled. Again, I scheduled at a time offered by the company. I received an email confirmation. I was literally in their parking lot and my phone rang. Guess what. . .canceled and asked to reschedule the repair. When I asked why this was consistently happening, the snarky reply was, “it is a programming issue with the appointment calendar call them.” I asked for a manager. I was then told the manager would be around until morning. I asked for the person’s name. He provided it and then said, “fine dude, ya want it fixed that bad, I will just keep the whole store open just for you.” I thanked Gage, told home to have a good night. He then replied bet yours will be better dude.Customer service of this nature is the reason businesses, large and small, struggle with customer and brand loyalty. Batteries Plus lost a customer who has done business with them for a decade because of this experience.

I needed a new car battery. You can find one cheaper elsewhere, but I like pulling up to the front door and leaving with a new battery installed with little wait time and no appointment. Ive also gotten batteries replaced under warranty with zero hassles. Ive also purchased batteries for watches, car remotes and even sound and light story books all professionally and cheerfully installed.

Dropped off an iPhone. I specifically asked I don’t want to change battery if there could be an issue. “I have Changed out over 2000 batteries never had an issue”. Got back 45 minutes later. Handed me phone. I said hey screen doesn’t work. He said come back 20 minutes I replace screen. Came back and it still didn’t work. Said it will be a day before I get phone. Told them to put old battery back in. Then came out and said it potentially had water damage. The phone had never had water damage and worked perfect just battery doesn’t last. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. Totally screwed my phone!!!!

Searched their website for the item I needed and followed the instructions stating to call the store before ordering to pick up as it may or may not be in stock. I called, the guy answered and double checked the info I was asking about and stated they have the item in stock. I went ahead and ordered it through the website with my coupon code I was given and paid via my debit card. I drive to the store hours later because I never got my email stating it was ready. Come to find out they dont carry these in stock and are special order and the person I spoke with supposedly didnt get any phone calls regarding that item. I got a refund which I was told would be instantly back in my account but its not. Wont do this again!

Easy on line purchase and drive up pick up

I ordered a 12 volt deep cycle battery on line for over $140. I was notified to come and pick it up. I told them I thought the battery they presented was the wrong one. THREE employees stated that it was the correct battery. When I got home, I found that they had given me a non-deep cycle battery that costs $25 less. I phoned the store, and an individual there told me he would get the correct battery in for replacement, and would call me for the exchange. This has not happened to date, and its been over a week.UPDATEIts two weeks later, and Dave got me the correct battery. Hopefully the store employees have a better understanding of battery types and wont cause this kind of problem for another customer. Thanks, Dave!Stars updated from 1 or 4.
