Super helpful librarians and a great selection for my 3 year old who loves reading!!

I was at the fairmount library and needed a notary. The woman who “helped” was very rude and just left us without an answer and without signing. We ended up having to drive across town to get it signed. The woman helped us right away. It was very unprofessional and I will be checking out my books elsewhere. Thanks.

The Notary was extremely rude…. We called ahead and we’re told a Notary was going to be there until 7 30… The Notary that was there was in such a hurry to leave, she wouldn’t sign our affidavit of competent and disinterested person paperwork. Horrible experience. Had to drive to another library to get another Notary’s signature.

Everyone at library and book store are very helpful. Even during there trying times they do their best to insure safety precautions. Doing it with a smile.

Very lazy staff, ask for help they sighed. Very unorganized and do not know a idea about there job when asked.

Really nice receptionists/attendants.

This is a lovely place to visit, with the fireplace and kids section. The staff are absolutely wonderful and always helpful. This is a great study place if a busy coffee shop isnt your ideal atmosphere. You can rent movies, and they will even bring items over from other libraries. A GREAT Place to bring the kids.

Its good and quiet for studying for long periods. Selection of books is good. Ive heard good things about the multimedia availability but I wouldnt know.

We LOVE Fairmount Library. The layout is open, so much natural light, a fireplace with comfortable chairs & BOOKS !!!! Also computers, a bookstore which sells all kinds of donated books for great prices (.50¢ !)Lots of kids books,;. The coolest thing is that, as a part of the Prairie Catalog System ( Prairie Cat ) ... I can request Any Book in this system & request it to be picked up at any library. Also, they will buy books for the library if they dont currently have a book you are wanting to read. We love the staff & atmosphere - 100%

Quiet atmosphere. Tons of books, movies, and games for my kids.Standard checkout times and ability to use phone application to renew and reserve books.Located just off the bike path so I can ride there with my kids any time.

Love this branch! Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.Plenty of quiet places to study, read, etc.Computer station is always clean.

I love this library! I was there for the opening of this site and the Eastern branch as well and the staff is very helpful at all of the branches

Excellent variety of books, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, fabulous with children, everyone feels welcome, and the remodel is beautiful. The bookstore is great too! I could spend a whole day there... If the little café was still there. It was nice to have some refreshments available right in the building.

They have a massive supply of books. They can ship almost any book you could want to the building if they dont have it. All in all I liked it. I wish they could have a longer check out period so I wouldnt need to renew books every couple of days. A wonderful location for an autodidact such as myself.

The building is very welcoming and spacious. You just feel good when you walk in. The sections are well laid out. They have study rooms and community rooms. They even have a room where kids can go to hear story time.

Its a very nice place to visit as others have said, I found the staff very friendly and helpful, I dont use the library much, I am going to rectify that now, I have been there 3 times, one to browse, the next to use their computer system as mine was down at the time, I asked for help downloading files I needed, and the librarian help me to the max, now I am using it to find books I am interested in a needed some help as hardly been there before so Ive stated and the staff and librarian were most helpful and helped me find what I needed being disabled this helped emensley.
