Always great to go in and hold an actual book in your hands. I was looking for a particular book as a Christmas gift and they had it. Their staff are always there if you need help finding an item and arr always happy to help.

I love books, so any book store is going to be high on my favorites list. I can always find something new to read. The only negative was not finding a wide range of books on the shelf of one of my fav authors.

I love this store! If you need a book and dont see it the employees there will do whatever they can to order it in for you! I love coming here but have to be careful because if I dont set a certain amount of money that Im going to spend its very easy for me to spend money I shouldnt quite happily I must say. LOL I love this store!!

I have always loved Barnes and Noble. The non-fiction section is arranged according to the type (self-help, religion, fashion, biography . . . .) It is a very clean organized store with a little area off to the side where people can order coffee and read their books. The prices are a tad high, but they have a wonderful selection of merchandise. There are educational toys for children and graphic novels for teens.

It has been so long since I have been in a Barnes and Noble. What a treat. That is because we live in a small rural community. I am a book lover, so this was a treat.

Great place to find any reading material you need and want

I usually only go into the store for the coffee shop they have in there. But recently the coffee has been tasting awful and the people behind the counter are extremely rude too. They tend to ignore the people standing in line, letting them wait for a couple minutes before actually taking their order, and they don’t even greet you and give you a simple “hello” when it’s your turn to order. Especially the two girls with short hair and glasses. They are both very unprofessional.

My fave book store in the area. Live the selection. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I frequently place special orders and never have a problem. This store location ROCKS!!

Helpful and courteous staff. The actual store is like every Barnes & Noble: clean, classy, and stuffed full of books that are displayed in just the right way to get you to buy more than you intended to. This is also a great place to buy small gifts, puzzles, school supplies, and toys.

Still a nice place after all these years. While I realize the digital magazine publications are taking over, I wish their Automotive magazine selection was as good as it used to be. Like the Iowa city location. The cafe is a nice feature.

I adore going there. Emily I believe was her name was kind enough to help me with what i was looking for, it was saturday and she had glasses and hair pulled back and ti-die shirt. SHe was amazzzing!!! Now, the cashier was so helpful too! I am a ESL as a on call job and she told me i would qualify for discount. Been there 5 times this was by far the best time. She was older with glasses i think short grey hair. I am going to commit to just going there.

ONE employee visible to help and she was behind the register. She was very accommodating and helpful but had to leave the register in order to help.

I am rating this not 5 stars as I and others typically do ONLY due to having to wait in a long line to check out purchases these days, most likely due to COVID. Libraries are closed since COVID so we tend to pay for the feel and smell of great books. Sadly, one line with one register open out of the typical -- what? -- 4 (Im guessing) registers is not productive but just my opinion. Otherwise, adore B&N.

Its always a good experience going to Barnes and nobles. Having a Starbucks inside even makes it better.

Quiet atmosphere. Tons to look at. Starbucks locate inside do you never have to leave. In the childrens section, there is a reading and table area for kids. Also, a wooden Thomas the train set for kids to play with. There is usually one seat around the train set for the adult. :)The bathroom is located right next to the kids book section. Super happy about that.I always leave with something.

Barnes and Noble had become our go-to date night any night option... until COVID-19. Even on our travels East-West-South... we stopped at the nearest Barnes and Noble each night.All Barnes and Noble bookstores have a different flair. I make it a habit of spending a couple hours at Barnes & Noble every weekend. Just a great place to relax, look at some magazines, enjoy a nice pastry and mocha...whats not to like? They have a great childrens section, if you have any of those and the folks there are always smiling and helpful. Tremendous selection of books and they are always having great sales. Three thumbs up!

Great bookstore with many genres of books, including a game and puzzle section, I believe. There is a Starbucks here, I believe. It can be tricky to locate an author, but it is possible. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have gotten a few Stephen King anthologies, including The Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings trilogy book. In addition, I also purchased two collector edition books about horses and cats. There are many different types of books and genres and is worth checking out.

Always enjoy stopping in here when we visit the mall. Also around holidays because we usually get gift cards for books. Kiddos love being able to pick a new book. Staff always friendly helping to find books or order if not in store.

No I dont want the membership. The cashier tried to up sell us so hard on extra books and the membership that it came off as bad customer service.

It was very relaxing there but..... I would like to see better customer service because..... When I went up there it took 15 minutes to finally get up to the counter even though it wasnt even busy there.

It is a nice bookstore. They have a large children section. They offer a wide variety of books. They also have a coffee shop inside. You can get different drinks and snacks there. They also have a wide variety of STEM type toys that my daughter really enjoys. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be the prices. Books can be cashy.

This is a beautiful store. It its easy for one to lose themselves in a book store this large. The layout of the store still leaves a parent comfortable with their child exploring on their own. The coffee shop inside the store folks the air with that robust, get comfortable feeling. While the prices are similar to everywhere else, it is possible to find some really great deals.
