It seems like most people had a great experience here, but I saw so many red flags I felt it needed to be shared here.First, 165 dollars for a diagnoses that doesnt go toward the cost of the repair is the HIGHEST Ive ever heard anyone charge, especially when I came in knowing exactly what the issue was.Second, the man I spoke to told me he needed to keep my car all afternoon (I brought it in at 10am) in order to do a basic diagnostic. He repeatedly suggested I go home instead of waiting in the lobby, even though I expressed clearly I didnt want to leave my car here for something as quick and easy as a diagnostic.Third, the man I spoke to also told me that the original code I was given by AutoZone for my check engine light was inaccurate and that he Found several codes that told a completely different story. I found this strange, especially since he didnt specify the codes he found or what specifically they meant. On top of that, I had the print out from AutoZone that clearly stated what the issue was.In the end I went back to AutoZone, double checked that the code was right (It was) and I ended up fixing the issue myself with the help of google. In total it cost me 45 dollars and about 3 hours of my time. Keep in mind, I know NOTHING about cars. The issue was a very common one that only required minor maintenance. I feel as though any decent mechanic would have been able to diagnose the issue in a few minutes, just like I did with my 10 minute google search.If you have to get your cars check engine light checked out, go to AutoZone or Choice Automotive. Both will do a FREE diagnostic and communicate exactly what the issue is and how to fix it.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They give you a full report of your cars health, breaking down in detail what should be repaired or serviced in time. Very satisfied with the quality and cost of my repairs.

Tammy and the staff at Cars Trucks and Vans are awesome. Their honest and and do great work. Took my car in to get the breaks checked. Turns out I didnt need them and they didnt charge me for checking. Ive always had a good experience with them.

My family and I have been going here for several years now. Always great service. Most recently my grandsons car exhaust system needed repairs. Done! My car needed tire repair/replacement (new tire), helped me get car to shop, replaced tire, done in one day! Friendly, dependable, reasonable.

I needed tires, and had an idea of what I wanted. Gary gave me an awesome quote with installation and alignment. When I was ready to commit, he had the tires ordered for the next day and was ready for me when I got off work. I was in and out in about an hour. No gimmicks to be bombarded with, or extra this and that... a bonus, they found a new rebate for me and Tammy processed that so I didnt have to bother with it! These folks are top notch, are very eager to earn your business. If you are looking for a very reasonable, very professional and very efficient shop that is stress free... COME HERE! I love that I was able to support a local business too!

My daughter bought a lemon from Jeffs car corner it was the first car she has ever bought. Of course she did not listen to her parents we know nothing (young and stupid). After taking my daughters car to 4 other mechanics they are the ones that found a crack in the head that was in a weird spot. They fix everything that had gone wrong with it and told her some great advise. I would bring our other cars here. They are very nice and friendly easy to work with.

We always take our vehicles here. This time we had to have the windshield wiper motor and harness replaced. Reasonable price for the work. Tammy and Gary are wonderful people to do business with.

I was traveling back home through Iowa when my van broke down on a weekend and stranded me. Monday am, I called and they towed my van in and began looking at it right away and searching for parts (1999 Dodge Ram conversion). Two other repair shops were booked and couldnt get to me until mid-week. One never even called back. An extended hotel bill on top of repairs was going to be a challenge. Car,Truck & Van called me and said he had located the parts (wheel spindle,bearing) and most likely have it done that day! I was amazed at their promptness in fixing my vehicle, as normally with repair shops you have to wait days just to get in on short notice. My van was fixed Monday and knowing we were stranded at the hotel, he even offered to bring the vehicle to me. Very reasonable, affordable, great communication, explained exactly what had broken, cant say enough about these folks...Id read the other reviews while searching for mechanics, as I did not know anyone in Davenport. I can see why the reviews are good...they were a life saver in my stressful time.

I have only been in the area for almost a year and was recommended by personnel at work to Cars, Trucks and Vans. We have now have had our car here twice with great results! CTV was able to assist getting our vehicle in right away, help provide a ride, and provide great service! They are friendly helpful and go out of there way to accomodate to assist you in getting you down the road. I feel confident they have completed the service above and beyond and given me a fair price to fix the car. I am not one to post reviews, but CTV has earned my business. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Zero stars if theyd let me! Had my car in for a simple alignment but my mistake was probably using a 50% off coupon so all they did was pull it in if that. The vehicle pulled to the left when I arrived and pulled to the left exactly the same when I picked it up! Genius! Took it to Firestone in Davenport the next day and they did the job right the first time! Do not trust these people! Of course they said bring it back well look at it! Why? You screwed up the first time why would I bring it back. Keep in mind most of the good reviews are people they know!
