I love food lion. Less hectic than most places to shop at.

Almost at every location-it’s way better to go in the morning! It’s a fresh friendly atmosphere. The employees greet you that’s really nice!

A foodlion (Westover)employee getting off work, young guy..clean cut wearing glasses took my buggie back for me! Maybe thats not much but to me it was such kindness! Need more people like that! I wish I had gotten his name but I didnt. Thank You so much whoever you are!

I had to go to the Wrstover location because the Tuscarora store didnt have several.items I needed. Clean and a quick check out.

Small parking lot for a grocery store that size, but a good staff and stocked shelves.

If you are on a specialized diet or trying to boost your immune system. Food Lion has a great selection of items for green smoothies and gluten free or vegan diets.

Helpful & friendly staff. Well stocked store for Thanksgiving holidays. I went to Walmart first & they were out of several of the grocery items I was looking for, so I took a chance & went to Food Lion & glad I did. They had everything I needed.

Try to avoid going to foodlion between 1:00-6:00! I Stopped by to pick up a gallon of milk and ended up standing in the check out line over 20 minutes! There were so many people shopping, Ive never seen foodlion so pack! It was worse then the day before Thanksgiving! Some people were wearing mask 😷, some people werent. If you are trying to avoid crowded places try to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon. [Shop & stay safe]

This has been my favorite Food Lion since I was a young kid. This was also my first job after high school. Thanks to Judy she said as amazing.

The people who work out on the floor were very helpful & I had a friendly cashier. She got someone to put my groceries & heavy items in my vehicle. And she was happy to do that for me.

The section in the produce section where the flat leaf parsley is supposed to be was full of cilantro. Otherwise the store was okay.

Food Lion is somewhat high. I do go there a lot. I gave them a 5 star because the store is always clean and for their professionalism.

Since we have been shopping at this store since it opened many years ago, ill make this easy.This food lion is one of the cleanest, best stocked & most well managed of all the chains stores we have ever shopped in. Plus they have really good prices and sales.

The management in this store is amazing and its newly renovated as well. I generally have great service. Prices are cheaper on some items elsewhere but this store is closer for me.

I can find anything I need in food Lion, I dont need to go anywhere else. Just right up the street from where I live. And the newly renovated store is very nice and spacious.

This place has really gone down heal since the remodal ! Oh it looks clean and neat but they quit carrying a lot of the brands i like and the produce is horrible! I bought a bag of grapes ( the best bag out of all that was displayed ) got home in the middle of they bag some were rotten..hardly any bags of salad mix..no ribs eyes out at all had to knock on the door and get them to bring me some..asked why werent they on the shelf he said they didnt have room ..i will get my meats from Old Dutch from now on..fresher and cheaper and i will do my Walmart pickup ..much easier ..better prices and friendly service..you cant find anything in Food Lion things are scattered all over the place !! Food Lion you are loosing a lot of customers! I heard so many people complaining about your brands your quality and your Customer Service ! I have been a Food Lion Shopper for 30 yrs but Im Done !

Well there are things I wont mention in this message. But the rest of it is just fine.

I love the way they are remodling the foodlions in town. Seems to be more spacious, and i like the fact that some stores are even getting a produce room. Still the prices could be better on some items, otherwise i always have a good experience.

They no longer sell sweet baby jesus but the cashier called us to her line with a 2 finger wave as to say you will be out the door quickly she was awesome.
