Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Pella representative was informative and listened to our thoughts and answered all our questions. Installation went smoothly and the few problems that were encountered were taken care of without incident. We had all our windows and a sliding glass door replaced. We love the finished product.Highly recommend.
Our installer said he would only use Pella and recommended Troy at Pella for his accuracy and professionalism...correct on both! So very happy with the product as well as the professionals doing the work.. start to finish!
