I tried to give Byerly Garage Door my business. I reached out to them through their website regarding the installation of new doors and was told someone would contact me soon regarding an estimate. After several days without a call, I called them; I was told the owner would reach out to me soon. Five days later, and still no contact. I try calling their listed number on multiple occasions for further follow-up, but now no one will answer the phone nor return my calls. It seems pretty shady to me... so, potential customers beware...

Called and left a message after hours on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning my call was returned, my service was completed by noon. Professional and very competent. Will definitely use next time, and recommend to friends and family.

Springs broke over the weekend, I left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon, and they called me before 9am Monday morning. By 10am, my door was fixed, tuned up, and Todd was on his way to the next job. The guys were very professional, quick, and courteous. Price was fair and what I expected. Id recommend them to a friend who needs garage door work done.

The Byerlys are absolute lifesavers. Our garage door is used as the primary entry for our home and is probably cycled a half dozen times a day. Our garage door broke at 4:30 in the afternoon, by 2:00 the next day it was repaired with all new pulleys, safety cables, and some other loose odds and ends fixed. Excellent workmanship and service.

My husband and I were very happy with Byerly Garage Doors service. I called on Tuesday afternoon, and they were here at 9:30 Wednesday morning even though their truck was loaded with a whole days work. They fixed my three garage doors very quickly; even the remotes. Wonderful service, probably the best I can remember having from a business. If you dont use then your insane! I would give them more stars if I could. Went above and beyond doing the job right.

I called on a Sunday night, and Todd Byerly called me on Monday morning and said they could come out that morning, that they did a lot of their service calls on Mondays. They came out in about an hour and adjusted the backstop by the light because it had been pushed back too far. They also adjusted how hard the door was coming down and lubricated everything. They also cleaned out the cover, added screws to hold it securely, and replaced the light bulbs. They charged $75, which I thought was reasonable. I have used them many times before and have always been very satisfied.

Over all great experience. My dad had recommended them after they did some work for him. I was very pleased. They called and showed up in a timely manner. They quickly discovered the problem, quickly fixed it and made sure everything was in excellent working order before they left. Very courteous and they worked very well together. It was very happy with the quality and price of the work that was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Received a call back in 3 minutes and explained my situation of my weekly work hours and they were here the following morning right on time, made the repair and needed maintenance and pried the repair very fair and left me with a number and sticker above my garage opener button for future repair needs. Byerly installed a new garage door for my mother ten years ago. We called because the door was off the track and jamming. They fixed the problem and showed us where someone had run into the door some time earlier (looks like a large truck, considering the height), which started the problem. They were quick to respond, considerate in their service, and charged us just for parts, even though the warranty was not in force. Great experience.

Our garage door was inoperable due to the breakage of the large torsion spring. We made out phone call about 8:30 a.m. Ms. Byerly was extremely friendly and helpful. She contacted a service rep already out for the day and arranged for him to stop that morning yet, and informed us of his projected time of arrival. He was here by 10:00, even earlier than anticipated. He was able to produce a custom sized spring to meet our needs right from his service truck. In addition, he updated the rollers and tuned up the entire door operation. It now functions more quietly than it ever has. All this in about an hours time and at a reasonable price.

Cable broke over weekend. Called Byerlys first thing on Tuesday morning after holiday weekend - very swift and cordial return call setting up appointment for same day after installation of new door. Called again to say were on the way - arrived and completed job of replacing cables as well as replacing other worn parts as needed on both doors. Great service!, my door arrived nearly 2 weeks sooner than I expected, they installed it the very next day! removal of old door&opener and installation of new door&opener completed in just 2 hours! amazing! My garage was left cleaner than when they started. Sure I could have saved some money and gone to a big box retailer, but Im certain it would have been a hassle for me to install it, (Ive never installed a garage door). I splurged alittle on my door and completely love it, it changed the look of my home so much. Several neighbors have already stopped and commented on how much it really looks like a cedar door!!
