We have been trying for 3 years to have 5 windows serviced for defective parts and it falls on deaf ears. The president of the company came out (he was the only person that answers the phone and had talked to me several times over the 3 years) even though he denied ever knowing about our problem. He had asked a home improvement person whom was working across the street to come over and check things out. He and this person agreed that with the right parts the windows could be fixed. They further agreed to get the parts to this worker. This worker would fix the windows and we would pay him to do so. That has now been almost two months ago. Our calls go unanswered by both parties.We had always been positive about recommending Del Storm windows but we can no longer do so considering this most negative outcome . The windows remain unfixed, and cannot be opened without them slamming down.I give them one star only because I could not post this without giving that. I would prefer to not give any stars!
