Good Starbucks. Very busy spot! Service was as quick as it could be tho.

This Starbucks store has very large inside are and some outside seating. It has drive thru so very crowded at times. Ordering ahead is a good option. Very friendly baristas and clean store.

I got the strawberry acai refresher with peach juice instead of water and two pumps of raspberry. I promise you starbucks always make it with love. The service is so fast no matter the line and they are always friendly. I love Starbucks

They are always out of something. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and they were out of caramel then my daughter ordered a cake pop they didnt have any my husband ordered a n impossible sandwich they were out of those we will not be returning. McDonalds caramel Frappuccino is way better and cheaper

Great coffee iced or hot not big on coffee unless iced myself lol. Recently tried a breakfast sandwich or two honestly Starbucks food isnt getting the deserved credits love it!

I love the system they have at this drive-thru the line is always a mile long but it does not take no time to get through there the coffee is always great never has a burnt taste and they have a very good system working there I would recommend that Starbucks to anyone God bless everyone that reads this

I waited in this drive thru for over 35 minutes. I only went because my niece loves it and asked me to take her. Well I guess her drink was good, but the wait is outrageous for a cup of coffee or whatever. I mean really? Does it take that long to make a drink or serve pre made food??

Wonderful as always. The ladies and gentlemen at the Danville Mall location are always friendly and knowledgeable and the take care of every customer like they know them personally.

The customer service at this location was very poor. I took my daughter to this location because she really loves Starbucks. When we got there no one was in line but she did not know what she wanted so we stepped aside and let the lady behind us order. She received her order in a timely manner. Then we ordered but to mention there was someone else behind us. They ordered then two more couples came in and ordered. Tell me why everyone else received their drinks before my daughter and we ordered before them. So I informed the lady who was mixing for to go orders that we had been skipped. She addressed me with an attitude asking What is it? For one I should not have to tell you if my order was put in how the others were put in. After my daughter FINALLY got her drink there was no type of I apologize for the wait or anything. We will not be returning to this location again. And to put it out there I really do feel some type of way because we were the only African American customers in that store in that day. If I could I would give this no star.

Order said it would be ready 5:22 ordered at 5:14 finally recieved at 5:36. No excuses fir slow unmotivated employees with zero sense of urgency. Then after asking if it would be soon as I had waited 20 min already I got a smirk and have a great day. Never will this establishment revcieve my business again!

The customer service here was horrendous. The manager on duty today (who wasn’t wearing a name tag) was extremely rude. I later found out her name is more than likely Emily. They made my drink wrong twice. When I asked nicely to have it corrected, the manager was snickering and laughing. She is in the photo wearing white in the background. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life.

Store is clean and the service is fast and accurate. The drive through is also a good option on those days you are in even more of a rush. Nice seating outside but limited space. Items are a little costly but thats the brand not the individual store itself.

I always go to the drive thru and they are the nicest bunch of people! I usually see the same faces which means that they dont have a lot of turn around. I dont drink coffee, I go for the breakfast items. I pay a bit more than the average place but everything is fresh and delicious.

Went yesterday to the Danville store. Drive thru line wrapped around. Im a Gold member and have frequented Starbucks often. So I read somewhere during the shut down that if u mobile order, park out front, and call the store they will bring your order out. Well I was dialing the number after I parked, and an employee had seen me pull up and she directly brought my coffee to me. I cant express how awesome that was. I have a 4 month old and he isnt very patient sometimes. 😆I want to say the associates name is Mandy? (My apologies I even asked her to mention her name, but as mentioned, I have a 4 month old. Lol) But great job. 5 stars for real!

Ive been a regular at this particular Starbucks for a while and I have always been extremely happy with the service, cleanliness, and hospitality that I always receive when I walk in the door. Recently they moved location into a newly built complex which is still in a great location. I have to say, I love the new site. The inside is very attractive and modern. The entire place has a nice style and even the bathrooms are sleek.The baristas? All amazing. Many of them know me by name and greet my as soon as I step in the door. I enjoy learning all of their names too as it allows for me to connect with them easier. Many of them as genuinely the nicest people you will ever meet and its always a pleasure to see them. But trust me, if youre looking to learn names, there are A LOT of new people so there are A LOT of new names to learn. However if you ask me, thats half the fun of it all. Im sure theyd be able to know what drink I want if I didnt change so much, but if youre someone who stays consistent in their drink choice, no doubt theyll start asking you if you want your usual.All in all, this Starbucks is very pleasant. New building, great staff, clean area, good locations, and an amazing place to hang out and socialize. And you walk in for the first time, take the time to meet everyone! I promise you wont be disappointed and you may just make some new friends... :)

Quick fast efficient and safe

We had 15 girls placing orders. We placed our order, and received our drink quickly. Everything was correct! We are all very impressed!

Ordered a strawberry cream frap and I got a strawberry cream straight milk. I mean the easiest drink to make and they even got that wrong lol

Everyone was friendly and they got my order correct. The place was clean. The only thing I didnt like about it is the free drink policy. It doesnt follow what is stated on the official website. On the website it says reward members can get a free coffee or tea regardless of your first drink. So I was drinking my tall vanilla latte doing some work. I finished it and asked for a refill of coffee, but was told that they can only refill if the original drink was coffee or tea and that the way I interpreted the policy was wrong then went to say that each region has its own refill policy. Im not sure about that, but in the end they still gave me the free refill. I think the manager here is interpreting the policy incorrectly. I emailed corporate and they said that all their starbucks must follow the websites guidelines about the free refill.

Always Busy

White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino (no whip topping) is addictive. I have to get one every day or my day is off balanced. They also have this bacon,egg,and gouda cheese sandwich that is off the chain. I could eat 2-3 and drink 2 Frappuccinos and be happy all day even if nothing else goes right

The cashier was so preoccupied with her phone hard to place the same order 3 times and keep a straight face. The worst customer service. Got the wrong drink in the end. The same people sitting in the same seats every time you go in eating chick fila and not even making a purchase from the store. Paying customers have no clean place to sit.

The baristas were very friendly and knowledgeable. My complicated order was made expertly. This new location has nice big art on the walls and feels nice and open. Also, it has convening hours, considering other coffee shops in Danville hold hours worse than bankers!

The latte was very good, however had to wait 25 minutes to receive the rest of my order and after I had asked twice for my order. One employee stated he forgot it that he was sorry then another employee (female) was very confrontational, rude and very unprofessional, she wanted to argue with me about getting the order, Starbucks I would expect more from your employees

We just bought two almond milk lattes and the milk is clearly old. The coffee is sour and taste really bad!

Great atmosphere and staff but its not a great set up for going to read a book or work for a while due to uncomfortable furniture.

Always good service and good drinks. Overpriced but thats the corporations fault.
