The sausage gravy and biscuits was awesome. The eggs and grits... not so much. They had strong hot coffee. I may would go again if Im in the area. Its cool watching them make the biscuits.

Always wanted to visit Biscuitville because my friends has been suggesting it for the past 2 years now and I am glad I did. Starting with the staff: They were training a new employee when we were ordering but the management was very polite about it and apologized even though we had no issue with it. They took our orders patiently and before we reach our seats our sandwiches were ready! Its amazing how fast their service was. The food: I got the Hot honey chicken sandwhich and my partner received the egg and cheese sandwhich. We both enjoyed our food but when I ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit I thought it would be warm/hot honey but it was spicy honey but now I know 😅. The drive is was crazy packed so we chose inside and there were plenty of seating available. However, the good we good was not hot as the chicken tenderloin was cold ish so thats the only reason I am taking off a star. I have seen a biscuitville elsewhere, so when I saw that there was one in Raleigh I was excited. The last time I had food from biscuitville it was so good and there biscuits were fresh and delicious. So when I got here, I was upset that my biscuit was cold. This place was very busy so I didnt have a chance to let someone know about the food. And the cashier acknowledge that I was standing by the register and continued to talk to her co worker. Overall, I like that there is a biscuitville nearby even though the service and food didnt meet my expectation.

They got the best muffins. Strawberry is my favorite, but it is seasonal. Blueberry is my new favorite for now. This goes well with the hot honey chicken biscuit and homes fries.

Not having the dinning room open with such a small parking lot is absolutely ridiculous! Also having a delivery truck ( tractor trailer) making deliveries during your peak morning hours is also Ludacris. Please figure out a way to consider your customers time, after all they are spending their money with you. I really believe that because of such great customer service is the reason chic Fila is second to none.

Always love the freshness of Biscuitville. The food is great and the people are nice. They work hard to get everyone in and out while training new employees but you would hardly know. Thats the way to run a business.

Best biscuits in town

Havent been here in years, mostly because its not on my side of town but I went the other day and had one of the best experiences and wanted to share! The wait is always long but I wasnt in a hurry and the food and sweet tea is always worth the wait! I had my foster puppy from SPCA of Wake County and stopped to get a ham and cheese biscuit (yumminess) and sweet tea (pearl ice!). The gentlemen handed me my drink and food and it wasnt til I got down the street that I saw he snuck in a biscuit for my puppy! I NEVER knew they did this!!!!! Super cute idea and Annie approves! 🐾❤👍

I love the food at Biscuitville but at this location if you order cheese on a biscuit YOU WILL NOT GET IT AT LEAST HALF THE TIME. So my advice to you is to check your order before you leave the drive thru ! And yes my receipt shows that I was charged for it.

Need to serve hot food instead of the cool biscuits when you have been in line for 15-20 minutes!

I had a Turkey, egg and cheese biscuit. It was dry, needed more moisture. Not sure, if I will try again. Price was not bad. Like the choice that I could select turkey (need a more moist turkey sausage) than just pork sausage.

It was okay. It was a biscuit. Nothing exciting.Went through the drive through. I had a biscuit and orange juice. When I had a chance to eat my biscuit, it was not what I ordered. Not even close! I was too far away at that point to go back. Workers were okay, nothing over that.I probably won’t be back. And I live out of state.

This was a religious experience as far as fast food restaurants go. Sooooo good! The biscuits were fresh and flaky and the eggs were a great fried egg like you would make in your own kitchen. I would recommend highly although if youre on a Keto, gluten free, or low cholesterol diet i would say keep driving and find something with more diverse choices.

Biscuitville hires the most friendly workers. We do not have a Biscuitville in our area, so when I am in a town that has one I stop by for a meal. The biscuits are made fresh, and each of sandwiches are delicious! I have never had a bad meal at Biscuitville and their prices are very reasonable. My favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese muffin and the Double bacon Biscuit. My husband loves the Fried Chicken Biscuit and the Country Ham Biscuit. Their seasonal muffins are also delicious! Definitely worth waiting in line. They get you through the line very quickly.

I had a friend in the hospital who suffered a major stroke. The nurses were so nice I wanted to bring them breakfast. I ordered a large to go from Biscuitville and the manager was so nice!! They gave plenty of condiments, napkins, separated the biscuits by order (plain in 1 bag, bacon, egg, chz in another). I, and the nurses, were very appreciative.

This place is always quick and displays very good customer service 👌.... got me on the extra strawberries in my strawberry lemonade tho 😂😩

Worst turkey sausage I ever ate in my whole entire life. The quality of some of the food leads me to think that the cooks do not care or that they need more training! I will never visit this location again as long as I am alive! The other location on Fayetteville Rd got waaaaaay wayyyyyy waaaaaaaaaay better tasting food!

I am beyond disappointed. As always I come to this biscuitville everyday at this location or the one on 401 which Ms. Annie manages Every Sunday morning before church I bring my sons for breakfast however, this morning was beyond disturbing. I came in the same way I always come in on the drive thru line and was told I could not be serviced and would have to get off the line and get back onto the line. I am a medical doctor in this area for over 20 years and that is how long I have been coming thru even before I had my 3 sons. I have many staff members that work at my practice which does the same. I’ve seem many changes in staff and management. But thru it all I have remained faithful. With that being said, there is no sign stating there is only one way to enter and place an order. People always come in the same way that I come in everyday however, my sons and I was refused service this am at this location. In addition, a man knocked on my window and it caused me to get out in order to protect my sons. Also, another man I noticed was speaking to someone on the inside telling someone the color of my car and license place among stating that I was black. So, disturbing b/c my sons and I are black foot Indian. Since race and other things caused this uncalled event this morning we will never return to this location but from know on go directly to the 401 location. I can say that Rico and Damien are the most kind individuals we could have ever met at this location. It would be a welcome opportunity to hire you both into the medical field at my practice were everyone (staff and patients) are treated with respect. Our order should have been taken and not refused. You never refused children from eating without having two ways to enter to process an order. Staff members need to be fired! I should have waited for the cops to come instead of moving!

I came here one morning after an appointment because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. It was pretty busy in the drive thru but went quick. The strawberry lemonade was good but too sweet . The sandwich and grits were good as well and the staff was friendly . Ill definitely come by again

It feels mean to be critical during these strange times, but if you’re placing a catering order I would go somewhere else. The food was good, but (being my first time) nothing super special. Maybe they were having an off day but I placed a catering order and not only did they forget my muffin request, but I had to wait an additional 30 min (even though I called the day before to place the order). They should also probably put up a sign that says drive thru only. Again, they could have just had a bad day and I will likely go back - just not for catering.

The food is pretty good, the drive-thru is usually full in the morning but moves at a good pace. Make sure you have everything you ordered, like all fast food restaurants sometimes they forget stuff, but overall they are pretty efficient.

This Biscuitville is great, the food is always great and the staff are helpful and courteous. Their lines are going to be very long on the weekends (maybe always but my family only goes in the weekend) and when they are clearly innundated with work they are still very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend double checking big orders at busy times. I have had some food missing but they are always quick to fix it even during covid times.

This location has a tight drive through which is not easy to maneuver in large vehicles. I had to cancel my order due to this biscuitville location not having Apple Butter. I understand that there is a demand for biscuits but if you are a biscuit place you should be able to continue to serve every costumer even if they have to wait a while. When I went to this location, a pleasurable person took my order and I was eager to receive my food but again, I had to cancel my order due to the lack of Apple butter available.

Southern likishness,(if it could be said as such), and with a flare of its own. I like their offerings and constant addition to their menus, bringing something new ever so often, just to keep you guessing.

Food on point, fresh n hot,super friendly staff thumbs up!! All aspects except the word is out So when you pop in on the weekend be prepared to chill for a while. You and 30 other people are ready to munch some tasty biscuits

Service is so slow that they have two lines that are 15+ cars long and they won’t even let you go inside to order food.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, and with the other options they have I can get a gluten free meal there is well! Wonderful food, great service, and when we went there this morning the line was wrapped twice around the building its still only took us about half an hour to get through and get our food in his home! Wonderful job!

The people ahead of us had a dog, and the worker came to the window and let the dog lock her glove. I will never go back to this biscuitville ever again. I just pulled off did not get my order.

First time visiting this location and the food was great! Only drive thru was open and there was a line but it moved quickly. Looking forward to the strawberry muffins...cant happen soon enough.

Being from out of town, I recall the food from years ago, so I stopped through. Although the food was good, the drive-thru line wrapped the building. The wait was close to 20 mins, but they keep things moving... as best to be expected. But highly recommend, especially when theyre not so busy.

My wife and I got the Ultimate Breakfast Platters (bacon and sausage). Good, but the eggs were not they best theyve ever been. The Pumpkin Muffin was delicious!

The best food I ever had in my life, it should be a national landmark. I will move here just to eat at Biscuitville. They are angels that work there that make everything from their ancestors spirit and make it over the best cast iron.

That particular biscuitville I was not happy with. However in the past other ones I had visited I like. The country ham was real thin and the ketchup packs had syrup all on it.

Line was long but moved pretty fast very good biscuit.

Chaotic. Incompetent. Sub-par.Management screaming over customers to try and figure out their order that cant be fulfilled, so they substitute with items we didnt order.

Everyone I enteracted with was supper friendly, food was great and considering there was a long line wrapping around the building it was quick. In and out in about 10 minutes or less. Not bad for a breakfast place in the city during breakfast time 😆

This particular Buscuitville used to be the best, but now I very seldom ever get a biscuit that is a solid biscuit that can actually hold what is inside of it. Its normally just a sliver on the bottom and the stuff is falling out and you cant even hold it and eat it. I thought it was a one-time thing but its happened four times now over the last 3 months, so I just no longer visit them. Its a shame.

We drove from PA for Buscuitville and the staff was extremely friendly and the food was hot and fresh

The food was good. The service was also. But, the wait in line so long. The size of the parking lot and the traffic of the drive thru was a mess. But the hot food was worth the wait.
