Extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. My husband was given a gift card for Christmas. We have spent part of the winter in Florida. He went in there today to use his gift card and they refused it. Pretty safe if I do say so. You got the money for the card but youre screwing us out of using it for merchandise. To bad you treat your customers so badly. We definitely wont step foot in any of your stores and will be glad to see them go. Enjoy the money you ripped us off for.

I understand the Going out of business gimmick. They just jack the Original Price up 300% to make the Sale Price of 20-30% off seem like your saving money. I bought an outdoor garage heater for $125 after the 40% savings and saw the same heater at tractor supply for a normal $75 everyday price. Smh, just close the doors already and stop taking money from people you are lying to. Used to be something called truth in advertising which held businesses accountable for such things. Good ol days I guess.

I wanted 24 percent protein tubs for cattle and they didnt have any. They seem to be very poorly run/stocked on many things by compared to when it was Big R stores. They dont have Stihl chain saws and chains anymore as well. Be a good place to start a store!

No longer open. It is however supposed to reopen, under new management. Hopefully it will get back to the way big r was as the change happens.

Going out of business, so who cares I guess, but the employees here, including the managers, are rude and do not wear masks. ridiculous.

No one helped, a bunch of kids standing around goofing off. (supposedly the staff). Asked at the service desk for an item...Im thinking this was a manager, was told they didnt have this item. While shopping around, found said item. Very poor customer service. Nothing is priced. Had to bring several items to checkout to find out price, when I said something was told, they are just starting to stock..truly if they stock items, they should also be priced. This isnt a yard sale. Not happy with this store!!

They definitely have way more in stock than the Tilton store does. And a more helpful staff that will actually help look for something.

Its a shame the fool that bought it ran it down to make himself rich when the original put his life into building it up

6 weeks and no 5gallons of water, very disappointing, wont shop there any longer. Big R never had these issues.

They were fantastic a very good sale today.

Its not as good as Big R. I miss the people of Big R and the new store is unorganized and lots out of stock. Staff seems clueless and unhelpful more often than not. I hope they learn and grow as we need this type of store.

I give the store 5 stars. They have an excellent manager Jim and a great product line. I hope to see whats next as the new owners change it up. Hopefully they continue to sell our favorite animal products and feeds as well as expand on the tractors and farm.supplies.

Customer service was great. I wish i could remember the 2 ladies names that helped us out. Super big help... We actually found what we needed. Thank you ladies...

Empty shelves, stopped carrying Attica bottled water!! Been there 3 times in the last week to get water none at either location!! Going to Rural King from now on! Its a shame new owners running a great business into the ground. Upon taking over fired majority of staff!

Price on shelf was $6,99 they charged me $8.09 for liquidation they mark up the prices higher than what the normal price.

Store is nice, has most farm and garden needs. Staff not overly helpful unless you seek them out. Prefer a more proactive customer service than this store presents.

Great for pet supplies. Tools aplenty. Clothing is reasonably priced.

Lots of empty space on the shelves. Did not have what I specifically went there for.

It was ok for they had what we needed The one in Tilton has a lot of empty shelves. Moved things around where you dont where item use to buying is. I liked it better when both WERE BIG R

Stock and field is a go to for alot of great things. Highly recommend this establishment.

Lot of times they dont have things that are in the sale ads, but it is still a good place to get things that other stores dont carry.

Love big r. Can get everything my small homestead needs. Great toy selection and good clothing options also. My son loves the fresh free popcorn. Can take your pets in also.

The flower choices were great. I loved the variety of types, colors and condition of the plants.

I returned a top today that I had bought yesterday and didnt have the tags. Too small. So being helpful I went to get another one with tags so the person could have the info. When I came back the person (I believe her name is Elisha - seemed to be a lead person) proceeded to fold the top up, shoved it at me and said This smells washed. I assured her I did not wash it. She stuck to it. Said she needed to speak with the manager about it. I was glad she was. She was really loud. Really rude. Lots of people standing around hearing. I said maybe she should smell the one on the hanger. She said Well it wouldnt smell like the one youre trying to return because youve wash it. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she just looked me in the eye, smirked and shrugged her shoulders. She stomped back to search out manager. Meanwhile he came up. I quietly spoke with him. He in turn spoke with her. And yes of course I got the refund.Ive shopped this store frequently since it opened. If this is the way someone in authority treats your loyal customers then I think an employee meeting is in order and sooner rather than later.Will I stop shopping here? No. Because I like your shop towels. Will I buy anything else? 🤔

Love Big R. There are always sales going on but even when there arent the prices are set reasonably. Great selection.

You will be surprised at how nice this store is. Great clothing selection. My daughter was a CNA and she bought all her nursing outfits here.

The cashier was friendly.& the boy that put I salt in car was nice & helpful.

My experience with big r is amazing and love the staff I bought some rods and put them through my test and they never broke I still have them to this day I got them 7 years ago

No one offered to help me. After 10 to 15 minutes, I decided to leave.

They are close to my apt. They sell everything. And they have the nicest, helpful employees.
