Discriminates against people with medical conditions who can not wear a mask. Due to Governors orders, those who have medical conditions are exempt from wearing masks, Hot Topic is going against the Governors orders and have decided to discriminate those who are rightfully exempt. The employee at this Hot Topic did not ask nor practiced good customer service, he kicked people out of the store that did not have a mask on.

Love this store. The employees always greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Getting assistance is not an issue. They are great at tending to their customers every need. Always having awesome deals/sales.

Awesome customer service ! Great friendly staff. My son loves Hot Topic and we shop there a lot. If they dont have what he wants in the you better believe they will go the extra mile to find it for us. We just love the great friendly staff members.

Love the store, my favorite place to shop for clothes actually if your looking to show off your weeb side, emo or just goth like looks. They have it all! From band tees and more. Great staff making people always feel welcome and recommended to multiple people to check out the store and buy something they like! ♡

Hot topic is one of my favorite stores as it has merch from almost all of the fandoms I like! They also usually have some sort of sale going on so you can get stuff for a pretty good price.

I enjoyed looking at all the neat things in there.

Good customer service, but selection is too small.
