Im never walking into this store again. I understand that youre closing but the last customers of the day should receive the same common decency as the first. There was no need for your employee to be hateful, bullish and belittling in an attempt to rush me away while trying to get checked out. Do you think I want to be at Walmart at 11pm on Saturday? I wanted to leave as quickly as possible anyway. I could have done without your employees unprovoked bullying. I am a human being, not a piece of your inventory.

Walmart was a zoo as always with deals better than most.

The atmosphere is chaotic at best, most customers are rude, some of the workers are rude, the store is messy most times, and I avoid coming here if at all possible.

Got called for an interview and got hung up on just for inquiring about other shifts available. Incredibly rude behavior from management and I feel sorry for whoever has to work for these people.

I dont like going to this particular Walmart. The clientele are very rude there is a lot of crime in this Walmart. Safety is a big concern. I do like other Walmart stores and shop there occasionally but just not this one.I mostly shop online when I need something from there.Sams club is much better for me the clientele is a lot different

The lady there really helped me out she helped me find what I needed. She helped me do what I needed done very helpful very kind.

I try to avoid this location as much as possible. Occasionally, Ill come across a polite employee, but its not often. The produce in particular is low quality in my opinion. The first time I ordered online, I had to go in and wait for almost half an hour for someone to assist me. I will say, the second time, I parked in the pick up spot and was immediately helped by a smiling associate who had just finished helping someone else. That was one of the few good experiences Ive had here. If it has to be Walmart, Ill take the little one on Piney Forest.

Not only have they cut hours. Good luck finding any fresh produce, that paired with the nasty attitude you get from employees I will take my business and money elsewhere. This is the nasty they are selling, not to mention the yogurt that was 4 days past its expiration date and no one seemed to care.

Store setup is not shopper friendly unorganized and the employees are rude and totally have no idea how to help customers. I dont know must be rule 1 in employee handbook. Absolutely hate shopping at this store.

Shelves were stocked better than other walmart stores. Just not happy about standing in a long line to checkout because self checkout does not take cash.

If you have cash, you cant spend it at this store. They need to decide if they want to be an online service or a stock store. Use to be a good place to shop but Id rather drive 20 miles to a food lion.

So sad to see the attitude and customer service go so low!! Went to buy a dash camera, sd card, and a charger for my smart watch.would have been close to $200 dollars which isnt much in Walmarts world. The associate that was standing at the counter (on his phone texting) that I ask for help finding the SD card needed for the dash camera went and showed me where they were (which I already new that much) told me to Google it! How is that helpful? I just needed to know if they had the correct sd card. I knew exactly what I needed I just needed to know if they had it in the locked cage. He wouldnt even open it to look for it!! Thanks Walmart how about doing a little training your people on customer service!!!

Great experience every time with the shopping and pickup. Groceries are bagged well and logically and the staff that bring groceries out are polite and friendly. I have also used delivery and it went perfectly too.

Used to like this place.I have not visited since early spring in another town, okay yes once several months ago. This place went downhill seriously. Rude and food was gross,except muffin and cheddar soup.Bread was so hard could hardly chew,not much veggies on veggie sandwich.Mac and cheese on a sandwich?

All self checkout for debit/credit. Cash only taken at manned registers. This is a crock... Every where else they have change. Get real Walmart before you run off all your customers. Just dont want to pay the transaction fee to get bulk coins!

Need cashiers! Its ridiculous everything I come in and there are 25 registers and 1 cashier and 10 self checkout. If I wanted to check myself out Id apply for a job. Hire more cashiers, Walmart is not hurting for money! Hire some staff so your customers are not waiting and lined up in self checkout!

I would give NO stars to this location. Employees are angry and rude. We they have system problems with EBT they tell you they dont know how to fix it. Ask for a manager to be called more then twice you will get a security guard. This walmart is always a mess. Employees will walk away from you when you ask them a question. Not to mention the fact that a employee threatened me when asked why? All and all I hope this walmart gets help soon. For now I will go to martinsville or Roxboro NC store just to avoid the headaches at this store.

Had to wait over an hour in line. There were tons of people waiting in line cause the self check out is cards only. They were back all the way in to the clothing aisles waiting to be checked out. Dont waste your time going here just go to a different Walmart.

Very clean and boondocking friendly. Got in town a day before campground opened for a festival bought some snacks and hit the sack.

There is plenty of room between isles to get around. They have everything! The place was well stocked on Black Friday @ 9:30AM. The staff was very helpful and eager to assist, even while busy restocking sales items! Thats great service!

Honestly, I dont like going to Walmart, its just too much walking 😁. However, Danville Walmart Supercenter is pretty clean, the personnel have always been super friendly. And the pick-up service has been exceptional! They have all been so nice and welcoming - even when you know theyve been hit with a rush hour - theyve all still been so kind. Im grateful for their graciousness!

Employees get rid of the attitude. If we acted like that when I worked, we would be fired. There are plenty of people without jobs who would actually like to work. Things are tough all over. Deal with it. You are not entitled and very few people get handouts in this life.

Thats super Walmart is beginning to be like this it really sucks to go in there and try to buy something never any cashiers whatsoever and everythings going to credit cards.

Here at 2:00 on a Wednesday and there are only two actively staffed full-service checkout lines. If you have more than 10 items maybe some other store is a better bet...

I enjoyed myself because I was able to find everything I was looking for..they also have staff there to help you out with any of your needs or questions..you have to wear a face mask because of covid-19 but heres a plus they wipe down the counter or surfaces after every person checks out to keep thing sanitized which is great it keeps the spread of covid-19 down to a minimum..they also have a web page you can go to and buy any of your necessities far as grocery and they will bring them out to your car when you arrive for pick up.. WALMART is just a great place to shop all around!! They always have what you need at a reasonable price!!

Never enough registers open. Self service is always backed up with customers with alot of items which is fine but they need to have at least 2 that is 10 items or less for people who are trying to get it and get out. 90% of time If you come in with a list... at least 1 thing will not be in stock at this store.

Nobody in their right mind likes this place because it brings out the local numbers and wackos, but, you have to go if you want to save money on necessities, so, I say well played Walmart, well played .

Decent Walmart, usually stocked pretty good. However, there are some Rude Cashiers. MOSTLY YOUNGER WORKERS. Thats why I usually go to Self checkout. Because I will get vocal if I feel like I am not being treated fairly.

Dont get me wrong, I totally understand that some employees might have had a long day and are counting down the minutes until they close for the night because they are tired 😫 and ready to go home but that absolutely does not give you a reason to be so hateful or rude to a customer that just so happens to get off work and has just enough time to run in the store to grab a gallon of milk so her kids have it to eat cereal in the morning before school, the store is not scheduled to close for another 10 minutes. Now at self checkout ringing up the gallon of milk, I take to step and start to reach for the handle to the sliding door on the little fridge that just so happens to be conveniently placed near every check out line including the one at self checkout incase someone wants to purchase a cold drink for the road. I never got the chance to grab a 20 oz drink from the fridge thats literally 3 feet to my left. Instead I was startled by a older lady that apparently works at walmart yelling at me WERE FIXING TO CLOSE, YOUR NOT ALOUD TO GO BACK AND GET ANYTHING 😳 i wanted to say maam its not like Im leaving self checkout to walk all the way to the back of the store to grab something, its literally arms reach from where Im standing... The next time I get off work late ill just run in foodlion if I need milk. Im sure they wont mind me grabbing a drink for the road from the convenient drink cooler that happens to be present at ever register/self checkout. Smh .... walmart in danville really needs to educate their employees on customer service/Mannerisms.

They got a great pick up crew for the online pickup Fish,Zach,an his crew are AWESOME plenty of time I came to pick up an they was on point for pick up I never had to wait for 10 min just to pick up my orders. So hope that the supervisor will give them a big shout out an make them employee of the month for the hard work they are doing if it was a 10 star they are what you will call above an beyond status for customers

Only Walmart (Danville) that makes me crazy b4 I even get out of my car. Parking lot is an insane mess. Then you go in, and say that thing everyone has on their lips...NEVER AGAIN.Will drive out of state to go to a better run Walmart. Just sad...

Walmart has everything you need and more! Impressive electronics section, clothes, pharmacy, deli, bakery, produce, toys, food, snacks, cleaning, baby, hardware, auto, fitness, sports, fishing, auto center, curbside pickup, self-checkout, and tons more! Also, I really like the music they added recently outside in the parking lot. It really lightens the mood! Great place to shop more for less.

Big store with limited selection maybe the truck hadnt arrived on the day we went they were out of almost everything we needed

Worst Walmart Ive ever been to! Management is horrible especially to their employees!

I love all the variety to choose from. At my old Walmart store they had almost no variety and were always out of basic goods. Several times we had to go to another town because they continually ran out of their own brand of Insulin.

No salespeople helped me, but they were mostly stocked and had all but 1 item I needed.

I was in and out if there in less than 10 minutes
