Diablo Flooring did a great job and we highly recommend them! We replaced our entire flooring in our house (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/etc.). Diablo Flooring helped transform our house into a new home by removing our tile and carpet. The crew was great and very careful in moving our furniture, and putting everything back in place. The removal of the tile was messy, however, they would constantly be cleaning. We were going to keep our stairs with carpet, however decided to also do in wood with the white risers to match the wood placed in the entire house. Diablo flooring modified the layout of the steps to make it work and did such a great job.We are very pleased with Diablo Flooring and would use them again. We especially appreciate Davids assistant in picking out the flooring and baseboards at their Danville showroom. He was very attentive and provided great feedback and knowledge of the product. We had visited many other floor stores before selecting Diablo Flooring, however Diablo Flooring not only had comparable pricing, the customer services was great.

We hired them to install carpeting in a home we had recently bought. This was about a year and a half ago. The install quality has proven to be terrible. Almost every room in the house has severely buckled carpet. Ive attached photos to show the awful quality. They are side-lit so you can better see the bumps and wrinkles. I really wish we had picked a different company and would not hire them again. Learn from our mistake and hire someone more competent.Note to Diablo Flooring: Its under my wifes name: Carol. Highly recommend Diablo Flooring of Danville! Dave was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helped guide us in choosing new flooring for our new home. The flooring looks great and our installer (Javier) did a beautiful job with the install and trim finishes. They also worked with our schedule and got everything finished in plenty of time for our move in date. I have worked with a number of flooring companies over the past few years on our old house but Diablo floorings service and quality of workmanship far exceed all of them. Great experience.

I first had flooring and carpet installed in my Castro Valley home in early 2008. Such a beautiful job! Brian also helped my with getting new granite countertops from San Francisco Granite. Vence did an amazing job too. I was so happy that my house sold quickly with the new upgrades that when I moved to Arnold, CA later that year I asked Brian if he woud come up and give me an estimate for the home I had since 1986 with no upgrades for 15 years. He installed a beautiful wood floor (rustic looking, perfect with the knotty pine ceilings) on main level in entry, kitchen, living area and a bathroom, and wool berber carpet in two bedrooms. Upstairs he installed the same wood flooring in that bathroom and same wool carpet in the loft & master bedroom. Downstairs in Great room he installed same wood floor and in that bathroom as well! The home looked amazing, clean, fresh and updated! He also made two area rugs for me in the wool carpet for the main level living room and the downstairs Great Room. All in All I was so very happy.But as newly widowed, living alone in the snow area without a garage, I decided to sell this home and bought another (in a lower elevation) in Hathaway Pines. Yep, again, I called Brian. I told him what I was looking for and he brought samples out of which I chose the one I wanted. Since I hadnt moved into the home yet I was able to have all the painting and flooring done easier. He put large ceramic tiles in 3 bathrooms, carpet up a staircase (see * below), and hardwood thru out the rest of the 4 bedroom home with a large Great Room which is open to the kitchen, living room, dining room and dining area and connects to a large laundry room. After I moved in I had an *upstairs room (that was framed over garage) that Brian carpeted stairs earlier, finished off to a large Bonus room. I had seen a carpet in Brians showroom years before that was light brown with blue, beige and tan stars. I called him (a year after last installation) and asked if he remembered the carpet. He gave me a name and I went on line and found it. Brian ordered it for me and had his installers come put it in. OMG it looks AMAZING! Was perfect for the younger grandkids, but now as they are getting older they still think its cool! I am NOT moving again, but if I ever do need any other work done, I will call Diablo Flooring, for sure.... also a friend of mine up here saw my floors and called Brian. They chose a light knotty pine hardwood that is absolutely beautiful!

Before picking Diablo Flooring for new hardwood floors I looked at Home Depot, Lumber Liquidators, Costco and the Flooring Store. HD and LL just didnt have anything I really liked. Costco sent a guy who hardly brought any samples and immediately tried to divert my business to another store. The Flooring Store had a lot of selection but were on the pricey side.Dave at Diablo in Danville was great and their prices very competitive. He knew the trade and was a straight shooter. I went in asking about hardwood and engineered wood and he introduced me to Luxury Vinyl. I thought that sounded like an oxímoron and checked with a friendly real estate agent who assured me this product was being used in high end homes all over the bay, so no problem. Dave added that LVP. is waterproof, does not require an underlayment and is very scratch resistant. Also it is absolutely beautiful. The printing technology on this product is exceptional. I highly recommend Diablo Floring and go with Luxury Vinyl and save about 50% on the whole job.

We received excellent advice about the different types of floors, and help with choosing the actual product, an engineered wood. Our house is about 2000 sq ft. The installers did a great job and completed within 4 days despite some serious issues with the sub-floor. It looks fantastic and the price was good too! Highly recommended.

When its time to put carpet in the bedrooms well be going back to Diablo Flooring.

Dave was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the various choices of carpeting. We priced similar carpeting at Lowes who were less expensive but we did not feel comfortable going with Lowes.
