They installed the flooring in our house we built 18 years ago, so I called them to get a quote to install new hardwood. This was in October 2018. Harold came and gave me a quote, and told me someone would call to schedule the installation. It is December 29th, and I’ve not yet got an installation appointment. Even after calling Harold, calling the company phone number, and sending a message on their website.

This place installed carpeting and flooring a month ago. I told them I was not happy with the seams showing and wanted to buy more tile to do another bathroom. Harold contacted me and couldnt answer my questions said he would call back and didnt. I stopped back at the store a week later told a man there that I wasnt satisifed. He said I would be contacted. Well that never happened. I guess once you pay the bill they could care less about the sloppy job that was done. Dont trust this place.
